Pam Rader & Andrew Francis created this podcast to help explore some of the decisions we have made in our lives that leave us stuck in limiting habits, routines & thought processes. Pam Rader, Shift Labs founding partner discusses her subconscious childhood decision that weakness was shameful and vulnerability was the epitome of weakness. She explores how that decision led her to hide that she was in over her head in an abusive and addiction riddled marriage.   A new decision had to be made as those habits of hiding became too costly when her son started struggling with addiction. Through vulnerability, She was able  to build a community of people looking for a safe place to be their imperfect selves.
