Strange as is sounds, but sometimes we need a friend to help walk us in to silence. Be it the busyness of life, the temptation to watch TV or go down a YouTube rabbit hole, or those jobs you know you need to do - sometimes we just need a friend to help us in to the place of prayer. Whilst not all of us can access this, we thought it would be useful to prepare a little guided prayer that you could have in your ear at work, or on a walk, or in bed at night. We pray it blesses you and helps you discover the 'fruit we would not think to ask for'.
