Last week, I recorded an episode where I explored the question: What is living a dream? Through contemplation, I concluded that living a dream is synonymous with living in peace. To attain peace, one must confront their destructive habits and self-limiting thoughts, which I view as the barriers that hinder even the greatest masters, such as Jesus and Buddha, from reaching enlightenment. I strive to elucidate how individuals can achieve the true dream of living in peace without relying on external validations often labeled as success.

On the tenth day of my engagement in the 75 Hard Challenge, I found inspiration to document this episode while driving home. Despite being early in the challenge, I was already sensing the psychological impact it was having on me, which, at that point, was largely positive. However, later in the week, I experienced a setback and had to restart the entire challenge. I thought it might be valuable to share these reflections and provide you with updates as I navigate through this ongoing challenge. Thank you once again for tuning in; I hope you find this insightful and enjoyable.

Welcome to Ganza Effect ! In this episode, we're diving deep into a topic that's been at the forefront of discussions around the world: the balance between free expression and imposing restrictions on it. We want to hear your thoughts and engage in a lively debate on this crucial issue. So, what do you think? Should people be free to express themselves without limits, or should there be restrictions on expression for the greater good of society?

Poll Question:

🗣️ What's your take on freedom of expression?

Option 1: "Absolute Freedom 🌟": People should have the unrestricted right to express themselves, no matter how controversial or offensive their views may be.

Option 2: "Balanced Approach ⚖️": There should be some restrictions on expression, but they should be carefully defined to prevent harm while preserving freedom of speech.

Option 3: "Strict Regulation 🚫": Expression should be heavily regulated to protect vulnerable groups and maintain social harmony, even if it means limiting personal freedom.

" Disagreements, when handled respectfully and with an open mind, are not just healthy but essential. They give us the chance to rethink our perspectives and grow if needed. 🔄 When we stay stuck in our own echo chambers, we limit our personal and societal growth. 🚀" - Ganza

Accumulating small victories often paves the way to achieving significant success in the long term. Sometimes, we hinder our progress by failing to take action in the present, despite having the ability to do so, in order to reach our desired future destination. However, by consistently stacking up those small wins, we can develop a habit of winning that propels us towards our goals.

Learning to effectively lead yourself and others all comes down to discipline. Happiness, success, and fulfillment stem from focus and self-control. It may be hard to believe when you’re facing an all-you-can-eat buffet, the prospect of making a quick buck, or the lazy lure of sleeping in versus getting on the Peloton, but studies show that people with self-discipline are happier. Why? Because with discipline and self-control we actually accomplish more of the goals we truly care about. Self-discipline is the bridge between goals defined and goals accomplished.
