We all can use more discipline, so fortunately it is a muscle that can be trained.

In this episode, we take a closer look at the importance of discipline and how it can be cultivated through the 75HARD program by Andy Frisella.

Kevin is also sharing some of his experiences with the 75HARD program, especially since it is the second time he is going through it.

The daily tasks for 75 days in a row (unbroken): - Follow a diet - Kevin eats no added sugar and drinks no alcohol - Drink 4L of water, the earlier in the day, the better - Do 2 workouts of at least 45 minutes, 1 of them has to be outside (so you can't control the conditions) - Read 10 pages in a self-development book or some book that makes you smarter or better - Take a progress picture, since it's the small details that make or break you in the long term
