There are many considerations in determining the style of business you should select, all of which are discussed in this podcast. However, any time we have this discussion with a client, we always end that conversation by advising them to make a connection with a small business attorney to ensure the structure is right.
In this new series, which will air approximately once a month, we select a topic that many entrepreneurs struggle with, or need to know more about … or perhaps discuss a new important small business trend.
