The Aura & Energy Body - Our body is a magnificent machine, it can be compared to a sophisticated piece of electronic equipment that has numerous circuits, wiring and electricity to make it function. You have an autonomic nervous system that controls your blood flow, heart rate, breathing and many other functions 24/7 subconsciously.

But apart from your physical body you also have an energy body made up of a network of wiring, not physical wiring but energy wiring called meridians. From the age of thirteen I have had Paranormal experiences. As a child I suffered what is now termed "sleep paralysis" and as I would lie in my bed, I could hear strange cracking noises like walking on broken, dry twigs in a forest, I would be unable to move, frozen in fear as the very atmosphere in my bedroom seemed to change inexplicably. I could see strange lights, colours, and creatures that seemed to float around my room as though in a dream, eventually although paralysed with fear I would eventually cry out "Muuuuum" to which my mother would come into the room and the atmosphere would return to normal.
"Don’t be scared" she would say "You were having a nightmare". But these nightmares became increasingly frequent throughout my teens. Always the same pattern, a change in the atmosphere not unlike static electricity, the sound of cracking followed by being unable to move.
These childhood experiences were the start of my paranormal/psychic experiences that continued into adulthood. I could see what we call the "Aura" around plants and humans, strange shadows and lights would appear in my peripheral vision. As I reached the age of 16, I seemed to have a vague memory of past civilizations long gone, and a world that was not as it seemed, I couldn't put my finger on it but it was a "knowing"
I have always been interested in the Paranormal, UFOs and the unexplained. The first book I purchased was Eric Von Dankiens "Chariots of the Gods" which made me think "What if?" In 1953, at her home in Wembley, Middx, a stranger telephoned Lilian to say that he wished to hold a sitting at a Kensington address. Could she be present at a certain time and date?

It was a condition of the appointment that the medium should not be told who the participants would be.

Arriving at the address, Lilian was blind-folded and taken to another house, where she was led to a chair and went into trance. She gave evidence through her guide, William Wootton, a former captain in the Grenadier Guards, who had been killed during the first world war.

When Lilian emerged from trance, her blindfold was removed – and she was amazed to see that the other people in the room were the Queen Mother, the Queen, Prince Philip, the Duchess of Kent and her daughter Princess Alexandra

Several years ago a gentleman got in touch with me through an article in Psychic News & The Daily Mail, "Mr Douglas" had many hours of reel to reel tape recordings of his father having private sittings with Lilian Bailey and transcripts of these private sittings. We arranged to meet up over a coffee and he told me of his family's acquaintance with Lilian over the years and her guide Bill Wootton and Father Hafed.

Lilian never sat in a cabinet or a dark room, her clients visited her at her house where she simply sat down, went into trance and her guide Bill Wootton spoke through her in an unmistakable mans voice which was so different from her own which was quite refined.

2022 Psychic Predictions from 21st June to 31st December. I don't like to call these predictions but intuitive Visionary Insights that I foresee happening. Dark Dream Entities and how to deal with them. If you are a Dream walker like myself you probably have very vivid life like dreams and have had them all of your life. I can recall all of my dreams in great detail in full colour and like many my dreams are not always pleasant but sometimes very dark nightmares. Dreams are in most cases triggered by our sub-conscious, what we have watched, listened to, experienced during the day which then manifests in our dreams as our sub-conscious processes the information. In 2000 a systematic review looked at 23 trials using different types of healing, including prayer, mental healing, therapeutic touch, and spiritual healing. Most of the trials involved people who had heart and skin conditions. There was one study of children with leukaemia. The review pulled together the published results of all these trials to draw its conclusions. It was difficult for the researchers to draw firm conclusions because the designs of the studies were so different. But over half of the studies showed that healing had a positive effect. These effects included lowering anxiety, pain and blood pressure and helping people to sleep better.

Following a deep meditation, I had a vision about the numbers 11:11 and their meaning. This number has been cropping up many times over the past few years or so and no one has been able to give a definitive answer to its meaning. There have been many assumptions and theories and I cannot say if mine is the Holy truth, I can only relay what I have received from the spiritual worlds which in my heart I know to be true. Trance Mediumship What Is It? Trance is an altered state of everyday waking consciousness. Most of us have entered into a light trance during our day to day lives without even realising it. For example your in a car driving mile after mile on a monotonous motorway journey. You realise you have missed your exit and driven right past out with out even realising as you were disassociated from the journey, this is a form of light trance. Apart from my Psychic and Healing work I have over 40 years experience oh Hypnosis and trance states as a therapist and a teacher. I have been a consultant to Dr David Lewis a leading neuroscientist in a clinical trial for Smithcline-Beecham. There are many misconceptions about trance Mediumship. Firstly it must be remembered that trance is just a state of consciousness that we all experience in various degrees. In trance Mediumship the medium will allow him/herself to slowly enter an altered state of consciousness, this can take about 15 minutes in my case but it varies from medium to medium. Once the altered state has been reached the medium who it must be remembered is the channel for spirit, allows the spirit guide to draw close to his/her consciousness. Trance Mediumship is just a form of mental mediumship, it is not physical mediumship or direct voice.
