Did a two day event of competing with fitness and also shooting. It was so rad and had a blast doing it. Vinny was there in person and help coach me along. Alright we are back with a guest this week!!! Ellia Miller age 31. She has done it all, traveled the US and beyond. Grew up in Modesto CA with 1 brother and 1 sister. She was a competitive dancer and gymnast as a kid into her teen years. Went to college at UC Davis, commissioned into the US Army National Guard. She worked in a Neuroscience research lab. Went to grad school at Princeton. Then deployed to Qatar. Has made it to the CrossFit semi finals 2 years in a row. And so much more!!!
