An interview with Cliff and Shenequa Stafford discussing marriage, ministry, and business. They testify how they met, their walk with the Lord, and their heart for God’s people. They are authentic and pure of heart. A couple who are an example of carrying God’s Glory now.
As they share their testimony, you will receive understanding and knowledge concerning Marriage today with the Lord as the threefold cord. He brings everything together.
They share their challenges as well as their victories. This is raw and a much-needed witness. Cliff says he is grateful to God for giving him a second chance. Shenequa says if you have a man who can hear from God, follow him! We discuss women in ministry, the correct way of a man’s perspective, and the support needed to elevate women to know their identity and ministry.
Cliff and Shenequa have established two businesses under the leadership of the Lord and understand how business and ministry coincide. Their business, Count the Cost, LLC, teaches financial literacy.
Scripture Reference:
Luke 14:28 - For which of you, intending to build a tower, does not sit down first and count the cost, whether he has enough to finish it—

You will hear the testimony of a young woman named Jada Pegram, who is also my granddaughter. She speaks about the trials of being a student who had a relationship with God, yet struggled with God when she found herself in a different environment she did not plan. She overcame as she persevered, and the Lord led her closer and into a deeper relationship with Him. She testifies how God helped her through the tough times and the processes she underwent as she surrendered.

There is healing in the unity of the Brethren still today. Listen to this interview with Barbara Knutson as she reveals how unity and blessing brought forth healing.
From a Cruise Ship to the Carribean, (excuse the noise) Barbara is celebrating her freedom from, and testifying of her diagnosis of a rare autoimmune disorder. For six months she was unable to walk. As she prayed and sought the Lord, remained in faith believing His Will will be done. She was miraculously healed after six months of being incapacitated, and has maintained her healing.
Barbara was healed while in the manifested presence of the Glory of the Lord, as she joined in unity with the body of Christ.

The Father, the Son, and Spirit are one but have different functions and personalities. This cannot be comprehended by the carnal mind but is spiritual.
Prophet Lisa will share her experience with the Glory of the Father and explain what God has revealed to her about the greater glory.
The glory is not just for the few; the Lord has already given many a preview of His manifested Glory and is now raising up those who will remember what He has shown them.
If you have not had an encounter with the Glory of the Father, listen in so when He does reveal it to you, you will be in the position to “Believe.”

I believe God has the Glory on His Mind. He is not focused on the gifts or the Anointing. I believe He has released the revelation on those matters. We are exercised in this revelation.
The Revelation He is releasing today is about the Glory!
The Glory is released through God the Father; through God the Son; and through God the Holy Spirit, the 3 in one, the Holy Trinity.
The Mind of the Father planned and timed the release of the Glory of time. He is releasing the greater glory on this last day.
Listen in as Prophet Lisa shares her experience and the revelation she received through time spent with the Lord concerning the Greater Glory and the measure of Glory we carry today.

There is Glory After you have gone through testing, temptations, and even a desert experience. As we move forward into a new year, a new day, and a new season, we will continue to go through a process. You've been in a low place for some time and have cried out to God to release you from bondage. You lost a loved one and are still grieving; you lost a job or found yourself in a position that seems to have no upward mobility, perhaps you have a business, and you work so hard and don't see the profit increasing. Joseph continued serving his captives as though he were serving his God. To serve is the position of the servants of God. Continue to do until the time of your release, the Glory After! Be encouraged as we look into this process of the “Glory After” seen in scripture.

Do you know your authority as a blood-washed, born again, conformed into the image of Christ Jesus, child of God?
Listen to the plan that will provide more understanding of your authority. The enemy will bombard you by sending confusion, distractions, anxiety, and fear to get you off-track. But GOD!
God has given us all things pertaining to life and Godliness. He has provided us with weapons wherefore, no weapon formed against you shall prosper.

Could it be that you are out of alignment; or out of position? It could be Satan building roadblocks to stop you from producing fruit.
Prophet Lisa talks about the three types of hindrances that could be causing you to feel stuck or stagnant.

When God has you in this position to save, oftentimes than not, He will relocate you. He wants to remove you from what is familiar to you so you can go through the process without interference.
During your process, God is also equipping you.
Prophet Lisa will talk about how Moses is a great example of how God will orchestrate the movement as well as the details to get you in position at the perfect and appointed time.
Although it may feel as though God is not with you during this process, God will always provide, equip, and prepare you for as long as it takes to ensure your success.
Esther is another example of the process. She went through a process of purification and prepared to have an audience with the King.
The longer the process, the higher the positioning!
Scripture References:
Exodus 3:2 CSB-Then the angel of the Lord appeared to him in a flame of fire within a bush. As Moses looked, he saw that the bush was on fire but was not consumed.
Exodus 4:10-13 - But Moses replied to the Lord, “Please, Lord, I have never been eloquent — either in the past or recently or since you have been speaking to your servant — because my mouth and my tongue are sluggish.” The Lord said to him, “Who placed a mouth on humans? Who makes a person mute or deaf, seeing or blind? Is it not I, the Lord? Now go! I will help you speak and I will teach you what to say.” Moses said, “Please, Lord, send someone else.”
Esther 2:20 - Esther still did not reveal her family background or her ethnicity, as Mordecai had directed. She obeyed Mordecai’s orders, as she always had while he raised her.
Esther 4:16 - “Go and assemble all the Jews who can be found in Susa and fast for me. Don’t eat or drink for three days, night or day. I and my female servants will also fast in the same way. After that, I will go to the king even if it is against the law. If I perish, I perish.”

When God wants to Position You to Save a People
Are you positioned to save a people, a tribe, a family, or friends?
The Lord will position you as He did Joseph.
The story of Joseph in Gen 37, 39-47, shows us a pattern that the Lord will take us through when we are being positioned to save a people.
Who was Joseph? He was Jacobs's favorite son. Joseph was a dreamer. He was perhaps a bit arrogant before his brothers.
When God Tests You
God took Joseph through a process to humble him and prepare him to qualify for his position.
During the time of testing, Joseph did not complain, but he remained faithful to God and was favored . God blessed all that Joseph put his hands to.
Joseph refrained from sin before God (Gen 39:9). He walked in the fear of God.
The devil did not oppress Joseph. Instead, it was God who took him through this process and testing.
He was on a journey. God tested Joseph while at Potiphar's house and while in Jail, and Joseph remained faithful to God.
Tested in Preparation
Joseph was in preparation to be placed in a position to save a nation.
Have you been going through test after test and wondering why? You may be in place of preparation to be positioned to save. God will, as He did Joseph, take you through whatever testing or shaping to get you to the position to save a people.
Don't be in such a hurry to get to your destiny. It took Joseph 20 years of testing before he was officially positioned to save. So it is today. We cannot skip ahead. God must have His time with you to mold and shape and even test you before positioning you to do great work.
The longer the test, the greater the work!
Stay the Course
Be encouraged to stay the course. While you are in the phase of testing, or shaping, level up in the anointing. Exercise your senses and do what the word instructs. Believe in God and the dreams He has given you. It shall surely come to pass.
If God said it, that settles it! IT IS!! Amen.

This particular prayer is for all my listeners on every continent. I appreciate and am grateful to be able to share the Word of God on this platform. So, I took this day and set it apart to thank God for you. I pray for Africa, Asia, Europe, South American, North America, Oceania, and Antarctica.
Start with Thanksgiving
As we go before the Lord in prayer, we first enter with Thanksgiving. This is key. The Lord will give us more when we are thankful, even for the little things.
God's Will
We all want to walk in God's will. It starts with Thanksgiving.
Although we in the United States set apart a day of celebration and Thanksgiving, we must live a life of Thanksgiving unto God.
God Multiplies in our Thankfulness
No matter how much or how little we have, we must offer thanks to God for what He has already provided.
I thank the King of Glory for His goodness, kindness, mercy, and grace. For His provision and Salvation unto all the people, favor and communion in the Unity of the Faith. I pray blessing and impartation unto all the listeners in Jesus' Name. Amen
Scripture References:
Psalms 100:4 - Enter his gates with Thanksgiving and his courts with praise. Give thanks to him and bless his name.
1 Thessalonians 5:18 - Give thanks in everything; for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus.
1 Chronicle 23:30 - They are also to stand every morning to give thanks and praise to the Lord, and likewise in the evening.
John 6:11 - Then Jesus took the loaves, and after giving thanks, he distributed them to those who were seated - so also with the fish, as much as they wanted.

When God puts you in a position to Heal, you have the anointing. In Luke 4:18, Jesus speaks about the Spirit of the Lord who is upon Him and has anointed Him to preach the gospel to the poor, to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, and to set at liberty them that are bruised.
We who are born again in Christ Jesus, baptized by the Holy Spirit, have the Spirit indwelling. We have the same anointing that Jesus spoke of in Luke 4:18. He gave us the Spirit.
The anointing that we have received abides (1 John 2:27)
But a caution. Let us not walk as the Pharisees. Jesus called them hypocrites. They had an appearance of holiness, but their hearts were far from the Lord. They did not carry the anointing, nor could they heal anyone.
Jesus showed us how to set the atmosphere to heal in Luke 10:1-16. Jesus sent the 70 out to preach, cast out devils, and heal the sick. The first command he gave them, which sets up the principles to follow to create the atmosphere to heal, is:
Remember the cripple man at the pool of Bethesda? He was crippled for 38 years. Jesus asked if he wanted to be made whole. It was only then that Jesus could command him to pick up his bed and walk
Healing comes in many different ways. You may be in a position to be used in any of these acts of healing:
Forgiveness heals
Kindness heals
Repentance heals
Just a smile can heal
(laughter is like a medicine)
Faith makes you whole
We are all commanded to go into all the world, preach the gospel.......and lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.
Let's get to work, huh?
God Bless You!
Prayer
Scripture References:
Luke 4:18 The Spirit of the LORD is upon Me, Because He has anointed Me To preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted,To proclaim liberty to the captives And recovery of sight to the blind, To set at liberty those who are oppressed.
1 John 2:27 But the anointing which you have received from Him abides in you, and you do not need that anyone teach you; but as the same anointing teaches you concerning all things, and is true, and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you will[fn] abide in Him.
Mark 7:6 He answered and said to them, “Well did Isaiah prophesy of you hypocrites, as it is written: ‘This people honors Me with their lips, But their heart is far from Me.
James 5:14-15 Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.
Proverbs 17:22 A merry heart does good, like medicine, But a broken spirit dries the bones.
Mark 16;17-18 And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; “they[fn] will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”

Positioned to Heal - Guest Speaker - Prophet Tameka Robinson
So, we have been discussing positioning in the body of Christ on previous podcasts. The first position we've touched on is how God will position women for war in the workplace to stand on behalf of the Kingdom or the glory of God.
The body of Christ needs healing.
The Body of Christ is not only to be healers but to be healed. Leaders walk around wounded and scarred, physically, emotionally, and sometimes spiritually.
We often deal with traumatic situations, so we need healing when we go through these traumas.
My Guest Speaker, Tameka Robinson, a leader in the marketplace for decades and also a prophet. She has two children, a daughter and a son, and a Jack Russell Terrier Beagle. She is a lifelong learner.
What we encounter as leaders, as prophets, as ministers while standing in our position in the workplace. The oppositions and struggles are:
To be heard. Being a prophet, we see from a different lens and angle. So it requires taking individuals out of the norm. It usually requires shaking up some things and doing things that some might consider rogue. So, there's difficulty in getting by in the marketplace, particularly if you don't have leadership that is accustomed to working, not even with a prophet necessarily, but working with someone that's seeing from a different lens.
However, the victories have been doing the work underground. Even if it meant that you were not recognized for your accomplishments, being able to have insight even before leadership, ask for different things so that in the secret place, the Lord is downloading his strategies, he's downloading.
When your leadership comes and asks for reports and answers, you already know what to do and have the answers. We receive this from the Father.
We Have a responsibility to pray, to seek God for answers, and strategies as we are positioned in the workplace.
The Process
The type of process the Lord takes you through.
I think the process, even though I didn't even know I was going through a process, some of the things that I remember are crying even at night hours because there was no recognition of it. It was a lot of hard work, rolling up your sleeves, and perhaps teaching yourself. Oftentimes there isn’t anyone that has done what you are positioned to do before.
A lot of late nights, a lot of dreams, you know, for those of us that are dreamers. Receiving instructions in the night hour. The Word of God talks about how He steals His instruction at night. The Lord himself will teach you. However, it is difficult when you work for senior leaders that don’t have the knowledge even about what you do.
There's no recognition there, so there's a lot, a lot of behind this ear, behind the scenes, crying.
But you do get rewarded. God makes way for you to get rewarded for your labor.
And I mean, it wasn't about the recognition so much for me.
It was about the work that God had me doing in that workplace that was, and it was the opposition because of that work, not necessarily the work the position required, but what God positioned me there to do was the hard part.
God truly orchestrates our steps.
We are in careers, we go to school, and we have degrees. We secure positions, have professions, and we do that specifically so that we can receive a certain income. So at that point, it's about money, right? Just to support ourselves and our families.
The Bible says that he gives us the ability to make wealth. He has provided a means for us as His people to work and to make an income, but I also believe that he intends for us to live in the fullness of joy.
He doesn't want us to feel downtrodden or beaten over the head. As we go through the process of doing what He has already equipped us to do, according to how He has ordered our steps.
To still allow the Holy Spirit to heal us and to make a full and to understand where that pain is coming from.
Where is that deep need for recognition coming from at the end of the day, are we really looking for our coworkers to recognize us? It really is signaling that there's something else going on that that the Lord wants to bring us to.
Through this process that the Lord has taken me through, I have been honored to be the founder of full of hope for Life ministries.
Full of hope for life was birthed out of a time when the Lord took me deeper in my walk of healing.
And I was so awestruck by the way the Lord took me by the hand and brought about this change I could not help but to want to offer it to others.
If God loves us, why do we suffer? And what is a wound of the heart?
And now that we know what it is, you know, we begin to look at how my wounds can be healed.
And to begin to look at that, grieving isn't just the loss of a person. It could be identity; It could be the loss of what could have been and what we wish things were.
So we walked through that progress, that process.
Pastors, clergy, and community leaders also want to be equipped and learn how to walk alongside others in their healing process.
Trauma. We may think that is just a part of us, but sometimes the results of traumatic experiences cause you to back away, retreat and have social issues. It’s difficult for you to step out and step up and answer the call of God in your life as a leader.
When we talk about trauma, it's critical to know that trauma disrupts, there's literally a disconnect.
And oftentimes we don't even know that we've been traumatized. We carry around the baggage, the hurt, and we normalize it. We must begin to look at some of those everyday things that we blow off. Are we shopping too much? Are we eating too much? Are we avoiding it? Are we constantly on alert? You know, are we finding that our heart is beating 1,000,000 miles per minute with anxiety or some type of other situation or similar occurrence that reminds us of a place and a time in our lives that we haven't even necessarily realized that we've not been completely healed from?
When we think about it, do we feel hopeless? Are there any areas of our lives where we literally have no vision for the future other than pain?
Leaders who heal, as well as be healed, must have a safe place for others and have a safe person and a safe place for themselves. It's not simple, but it is very sacred.
Oftentimes, especially in the church, if you have an issue like, say for example, depression or anxiety, the church will say, well, you've got the blood of Jesus, get over it. They simplify it.
But some people, perhaps, can get over it, but others cannot.
The Bible Speaks about Trauma
The Bible talks about David. When he said that, his soul was disquieted. He was anxious.
He was in fear. He had gone through trauma, yes. He said yet, I will praise the Lord. David acknowledges that there was something disturbing his soul. So, your relationship with the Lord will bring forth healing, but it may not happen at the moment.
Trauma is all throughout the Bible. Jesus had to walk through this in the Garden of Gethsemane. Hannah suffered trauma through barrenness. Jonah was distressed, and he wanted to die. But I think being able to bring those elements together to let everyone know that we serve a God that is not afraid of our emotions, we can bring honest emotions to God, so we walk through, which Is not always known. So we can have a safe place to lament to the Lord.
Laments
You know the Psalms are full of laments.
And these are just some ways we begin to unpack what trauma is and what trauma looks like through the healing groups. That's part of our journey of wholeness and healing.
Prayer
Father, we do thank you, and we give you praise. We thank you for every listener. We thank you, Father, that everything that each listener has gone through does not take you by surprise. But God, you are a God who sees, a God who rewards and heals. Father, I decree healing over each one's life in Jesus' name. I thank you, Lord, that they would begin to see from the lens of your spirit and your heart, Father.
That you do not intend to harm them but that you are turning all things around for their good.
So, Father, I thank you that they begin to see your goodness in their situation and begin to rejoice.
They begin to understand that you are molding them, you are bringing beauty out of ashes, and that they will be the ones that will proclaim Your goodness and will take what You allowed them to go through, Father. That they would be the ones that would bind up the broken heart and they will proclaim liberty to the captives.
So, Father, we thank you that this is their testimony.
I thank you, Lord, for the horns that you are putting in their mouths today, God.
They will begin to declare your Word. Your word will be established everywhere that they go.
They will know that there is nothing that You will waste out of their situation because you've known about it even before they entered into this world.
Father, we thank You.
We give You great praise.
We give You glory.
And it is this that we say thank You, Jesus.
In Jesus name, Amen.

Positioned to War – Part 3 (Ep.6)
We continue to discuss the topic “When God Puts You in Position to War. My Guest Elder and Author Deborah Jones from United Nations Church New York, in Springfield Gardens, NY. She will speak about her experiences as a minister in the workplace. She will reveal the challenges as well as the victories of being obedient. She will also speak of some Encounters and Visions the Lord opened her eyes to see while in a position to war.
She says, women wear a multiplicity of different hats. She says she is a child of God first and foremost. However, she’s a mother, and a grandmother, an elder in her church and with that comes teaching and preaching and evangelizing through our outreach, and anything that is asked to put her hands to or she sees a need. She wrote her first children’s book titled, Noah Makes a Difference.”
God still puts together an Elizabeth and Mary relationship between Women as he did between Prophet Lisa and myself. The world tries to pit women against each other but thank God that he allows us to come together, for the glory of God, and so we thank God for that, and the length of time we’ve remained connected.
The Lord is connecting women today as he did for us especially where there is so much darkness, where the enemy has encroached throughout the land. We are preparing to take it back by partnering shoulder to shoulder flanking one another to establish the kingdom in the workplace. We are all peers, co-laborers, with the hierarchy of Apostles, Prophets and Teachers, the five-fold gifts taking their places and positions. There are no lone rangers anymore. We all work together, love one another and are all in covenant together.
Elder Jones speaks of her experiences.
I’m going to share something really heavy. I’m in the midst of around 40 to 50 people in the building where I worked. I’m sitting there one morning and God showed me visions before but this morning I’m sitting there and I see what literally shook me to my core. I saw dimness and I looked to my left and to my right in front of me and behind me and everyone was walking around with a demon attached to them on their back like a backpack. It really rocked me. I hadn't seen anything like this before, and God said you know that army and kings it’s more of us than it is of them. That allowed me some comfort but I prayed and I prayed and asked, why did you show me this God? What he allowed me to know through prayer is that he was showing me that it wasn’t that the people were evil and wicked but there was a spirit of heaviness that was sent to that building. It was weighing on the people and that’s why when I saw it I saw it as backpacks because it was the weight and that spirit was sent to weigh the people down, it was a burden spirit where whether it was the health, the family, or their finances, everything they were weighted down and they walked around depressed.
I was just doing my time, going to and from work, minding my business, but God said not so. He allows us to know that he does have us in position on purpose. If we allow ourselves to be available to Him, he will show us what that need is, and so after I prayed, God had me to come in very early in the mornings with anointing oil, and from the front door to the back door I began to anoint every workstation, every seat in the building, praying as I went to each location. Now my eyes opened to know the people and not just walk through. How can I hear the Holy Spirit speak to me in the way he desires about this person if I have no interaction. If God places you directly in a place, we must avail yourself to the Holy Spirit.
As we partner, sometimes the Lord doesn’t allow us to collaborate to make sure we stay on track with the assignment. Make sure we don’t get caught up in each other and what we think, it must be all God.
It isn't until later that we can see, looking back, how the Lord set everything in place. We just plowed until the season for plowing was over. He humbled me in many ways and taught me to be kind and long-suffering through my process. I believe in various ways I found obedience in that area.
I was forced to be kind to a person who wreaked havoc in the building. Although I tried to avoid this person, the Lord instructed me to be kind. Through that obedience, I was blessed. He showed me how the foolish things confound the wise.
Encouragement for Educators
I would have to go back to love. We just assumed because people have children that they are training them up right and that they are teaching them love and they’re showing them love and compassion and all these things. It can’t be so, if we look in the land and we see what’s taking place. The hate and evilness we see. Where’s the love? If teachers, you know I’m sure they love what they do, and it’s a very hard task. But teach them what they’re not learning at home. Let them know that somebody loves them, let them know how to love others. Unfortunately, we can’t tell them, as teachers you can’t tell them God is love. However, there are ways to show children that they are loved until it becomes contagious. It becomes a place where it just transfers over and over because if our children are loving each other and if that was enrooted in them, the world would look different. We see the world today, the hatred, the bigotry. Love outshines all those things.
Reading should be emphasized. I’m just reminded reemphasizing the importance of reading will take children to places that they may have never been and may never go. But when they get there if they do go they may embrace where they are instead of fearing. It's because of fear that we are separate. Teachers are such a huge influence on our children and if they had the equipping to understand that it is love first that should be displayed. We know the challenges and disciplinary issues, and management of the classroom. There must be order! But if we could just show that love to the children, I think they would learn much better. I think their behaviors would come in line. When you speak to children with love and compassion, understanding their behaviors will change, and they will embrace what you are displaying unto them. Love on the kids, and war against the enemy that is encroaching and trying to weigh our children down with heavy burdens.
Anoint your hands so that when you speak to those children You just lay hands on their shoulder and you speak to them and as you’re speaking to them inside your inner man is praying over them and you know everything that’s in them rebuking it out causing God to restore all the things that we don’t know they’re going through and why they’re doing what they’re doing. How they’re doing it you know at home because so much goes on behind closed doors and these poor children you know they’re just true they’re being abused and everything and we just don’t know so really lay hands on them and pray over them.
Noah Makes a Difference
Noah makes a difference is a book about love. It’s a children’s book with a black boy on the cover. But it is a book about diversity. How to love other people who don’t look like them. To have respect and be kind and patient, not to judge those who don’t live where they live. The little black boy does the things that other kids do. They go to the park with their dad and to the grocery store with their mom. They brushed their teeth and when a child sees that no matter what color race nationality, they're going to say I do that. They can make the connection and not feel worlds apart. It’s a book about a pledge, a pledge to be kind, to be nice and never hit anyone or hurt anyone. This pledge is made every day. It will become embedded.
Prayer
Father God, thank You for a time spent with you father God we ask Lord God that you come in even right now God to each and every household of those hearing this podcast today. Father God has your way in and through them. Use them mightily for your glory God father God no matter where they may be Lord God let them know that it is designed purpose so God that you’re using them right where they are. They are not alone. You have sent your Holy Spirit father God to help and to guide oh God and we thank you for this and we come against father God everything oh God that would weigh the person down that would burden them or that would come to even attack them on the job father God. Let them know God that you’re undergirding them and building them up and that you’re sending help for them. We come against spiritual low self-esteem father God. Rebuilding God that they are who you have called them to be oh God they’re not less than, but they are more than enough oh God to do the assignment father. So, father use them for your glory in this hour in this day and this time father God father in the name of Jesus, opened their eyes and their heart and let it avail unto the spirit of the Lord that they might be serious for God father God and row them to do the work of the Lord as they are assigned and we just praise you for it. We praise you for the cover and we praise you for the keeping power of God and end allowing them to stand father God. Father God let them see and utilize the weapons that you have given because the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, they are not fighting against man, woman, boy or girl, but father they are fighting oh God, spiritual wickedness and principalities. Oh God they are not trying to protect the spirit the weapons of our warfare are mighty in you God so father in the name of Jesus allowed them to put on the armor of God and father God I have turn this off being prepared to war in the spirit recognizing that the battle is not theirs alone or God but it belongs to you and we thank you. Oh God because those who have been called, you’re working out things for the good and we give you praise, honor and glory in Jesus's name Amen.

POSITIONED TO WAR - Part II, Episode 5
When you go to war, you must go with Jesus, the Captain of the Host.
We talk about getting strategies and instructions before entering the battlefield. Then, we war in the position to take back stolen land or land where the enemy illegally encroached.
In the book of Joshua, Joshua received instructions to follow - unambiguous instructions.
Like Joshua, God is calling His people to:
David won battle after battle under King Saul as Captain of his Army. We will begin to see victory after victory as we position ourselves to war.
Principles to follow when positioned to war:
Now you have His seal to go forward. You have His help and His authority.
Remember (2 Corin 10:4 )For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal (earthly)but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds.
We are in a spiritual war.
We don't fight in the natural.
God gave Joshua clear instructions.
Follow the instructions without deviation.
Don't battle alone. Go with a battle partner.
It would help if you had someone at your back.
David had his mighty men when Saul hunted him down to kill him.
The enemy will send a Saul, but like David, you will win battle after battle.
David was anointed as King, although Saul held the position of King. But Saul was rejected by God.
So if you have a superior who does not acknowledge your gifts or work ethics, perhaps they see, as Saul recognized in David, you carry the anointing to replace him.
I want to encourage you as you begin to see the Sauls come against you.
Be wise. As David honored the anointing of Saul, so should you observe the authority of your superiors.
But be encouraged. As it was in David's day, Saul died in the battle. So David held his rightful position as King in due time.
So displace the systems of this world with authority until it becomes the systems of our God.
I have a special guest who will join me next week as we continue discussing positions to war in the workplace. She is a woman who knows her authority, and we will discuss some battles won as well as some lost. Don't miss it. It'll bless you. Until then, be encouraged, be confident, and be blessed.
Scripture References:
1 Corinthians 10:26 For the earth is the Lord's, and the fulness thereof.
2 Corinthians 10:4 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)
Joshua 1:1-6 Now after the death of Moses the servant of the LORD it came to pass, that the LORD spake unto Joshua the son of Nun, Moses' minister, saying, Moses, my servant is dead; now therefore arise, go over this Jordan, thou, and all this people, unto the land which I do give to them, even to the children of Israel.Every place that the sole of your foot shall tread upon, that have I given unto you, as I said unto Moses. From the wilderness and this Lebanon even unto the great river, the river Euphrates, all the land of the Hittites, and unto the great sea toward the going down of the sun, shall be your coast. There shall not any man be able to stand before thee all the days of thy life: as I was with Moses, so I will be with thee: I will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.

Differences in positions
There is purpose when you are under a leader in the church, ministry, boss, or even a location. You fall under the umbrella of a vision. You are in a position to serve in a capacity to promote the vision. You are not positioned to create waves but to see the vision come to fruition. You are placed in God’s Order.
However, under a leader in the world, you are positioned to bring God's order to the establishment.
Positioned for battle
Christian women soldiers are positioned in the military for war. You learn skills in hand combat, weaponry, bombs, and other weapons of war.
Christian women educators. You can see the war that is waged against our children. You may go into battle via board meetings, administration meetings, and such. You see the deficits and issues at hand. That's all good, but God has a different strategy.
.Christian women in the medical field. You are professionals caring for the weak and the sick and can see negligent and unethical colleagues who function without care. Perhaps you just shake your head in shame and don't address it. Maybe you discuss with your colleagues the deficits and decline in standards of care. That's Good, but God has another strategy.
Christian women in the media. You see the hidden agendas, politics, motives, and propaganda. Perhaps you just look the other way out of fear of losing your position. But no one can take it away if God puts you there; you are in a position to war.
Entertainment. Many have and are speaking out about their faith. Please don't be silent. But even when you speak out, God is at work.
Battle of the Brethren of Israel
The tribe of Benjamin, men of Gibeah, raped and murdered a Levite's concubine. The sin was published throughout the land of Israel.
The counsel of the elder's decision to stamp out this sin from the land of Israel would be in a battle against the offenders. The men of Gibeah, from the tribe of Benjamin.
The Benjaminites were more skillful with weapons than the Israelites, their brethren. Therefore, don't be intimidated by those who are more skillful than you.
The Benjaminites were 26,000 men strong, and the Israelites were 400,000 men strong.
Israelites inquired of the Lord and asked who should go first. And God said, “Judah shall go first.”
They positioned themselves to battle and lost.
Israelites inquired of the Lord the second time, and God said go.
They went back to the same position and lost again.
The third time they went back to God to inquire, they humbled themselves and fasted. Then, when they inquired of the Lord, He said, “go, and I will deliver them into your hands.”
They returned to the same position, this 3rd time, and won the battle. Same position, but with a humbled heart toward God. They settled all the issues through repentance, fasting, and sacrifice.
What I see here from this account is:
You are positioned to remove the sin from an establishment.
If you feel defeated and worn out, it's time to humble yourself before the Lord as the Israelites did. Get God's stamp of approval and His strategy on the battle.
Get the strategy of the Lord through humility, repentance, and sacrifice.
You are walking in your purpose.
You are positioned to break through your limitations.
Scripture References:
Judges 20 (the whole chapter)
2 Corinthians 10 3-5 - For although we live in the flesh, we do not wage war according to the flesh, since the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but are powerful through God for the demolition of strongholds. We demolish arguments and every proud thing that is raised up against the knowledge of God, and we take every thought captive to obey Christ.

We can carry regrets from our past. But that past regret does not dictate your future.
A young man who was covered with tattoos all over his body had some regrets. He carried this mark on his body that he knew was offensive to people. He lost opportunities because of his past decisions. He lost relationships and contracts due to the marks on his body. But although he carried these marks, he did not allow them to dictate his future.
REGRETS
The young man had marks on his outer body, but what marks do we have inwardly from our past that hold us back from our future? What regrets do you still carry?
Perhaps you regret a failed marriage, or
An inappropriate relationship.
Perhaps a secret indiscretion that only you and God know about?
These things shall not define you or dictate your future.
YOUR IDENTITY
Your identity is in Christ
He has put His mark on you
He Justified You
He redeemed you.
THE BLOOD OF JESUS
Hindsight is 20/20. You may see your past mistakes and understand that the blood of Jesus can wash away those sins. You now have a testimony of redemption.
PAST DICTATES
Has the past dictated to you that women cannot teach? A woman cannot preach? A woman cannot hold a 5-fold ministry office?
WOMEN ARE LEADERS
We have women in politics, doctors, dentists, Preacher, Teachers, Bishops, and Prophets. We run corporations. Women are leading corporations at young ages. What is God saying????
WHAT IS THE HOLDUP
What is holding you back? Your past cannot dictate your future.
Yes, we must adhere to protocol. We must uphold standards and obey those in authority. But no matter where you are called, nothing can stop what God has begun.
If he calls you and sends you, He will also sustain you.
A HEART THING
Let me tell you, God is looking at the heart. Not your gender, your strengths, or even your culture. It is He who orchestrates the life of the believer. Do you know your life story has already been written by God's hand?
MY STORY
I was a teen Mom. In my day, girls who had babies dropped out of school. But God had my story already written.
I continue their education and completed High School and did not stop there. I continued taking college courses at night while working and raising a family. After I retired, I reached my highest achievement as a Doctor of Christian Theology. Although I had to give up my teenage years to become a mother, I will never give up my call or my purpose in God.
YOU HAVE POTENTIAL
You may have made some wrong turns, fallen into a few ditches, or perhaps never left the stable, but even that does not dictate your future. It's time to run your race. You are His secret agent of the last days!
The Lord will not leave you out! The call today is to put your past behind you. Align yourself as God sees you. Rid yourself of doubt, fear, and self-pity, and get back up, open the stable door, and get moving.
You may need to repent. Maybe you need to separate yourself from some associations. Perhaps you need to forgive, but don't put it off any longer. God has work for you.
Are you ready to step up? Well, when you do, you are a candidate to Carry His Glory NOW!

Where there is gross darkness, grace abounds. No doubt we are in a day of gross darkness. We only need to look around us.
Grace to Function on the Job
Perhaps you're the only Christian on the Job, or you cannot relate to another professed Christian. As we see our differences, we have one thing in common, and that is Christ. He is the common denominator. Therefore, Denominational differences will begin to pail as we begin to receive grace.
Unity in Faith
May we all come into the unity of the Faith. Have you looked around the workplace in search of a Christian believer? I know what it's like as the only believer in the building.
The Lord will give you the grace to stand strong in your convictions. When you are standing in that position, although you will have opposition, you will not fail. People will see your upright or virtuous character and know who you are without you saying a word.
Grace to Shine
We have received grace, the ability to perform, and it is provided for the Christian believer. You will shine in this darkness. Take hold of the grace, and shine for His Glory in your workplace.
Shift the atmosphere so the glory can change lives, and soften hearts to hear the truth of the gospel. It starts with you.
Have you received God's grace to perform in the workplace?
Grace for Insufficiency
God will give you more grace in the areas where you feel insufficient. Well, the Lord has a supply of grace in that area, so His strength is made perfect in you. Have you asked for grace?
The Throne of Grace
The Lord invites you today to come boldly to the throne of grace where you may obtain mercy and find grace to help in the time of need. However, humility is required. God gives more grace when you are humble. He said He resists the proud. Therefore, you must come to Him to receive grace.
Fruitfulness
If a grain of wheat does not fall to the ground and die, it will not produce fruit. Death must come before resurrection. When you go through the death process, the fruit is sweet.
Deep is Calling to the Deep
The deep place where No one can access, yet you sense and know that deep place is in you. The Christ in you, the hope of glory. The secret place that is reserved for God alone. That deep place is where the glory is like a seal. Where the spirit of God dwells, the down payment of the Holy Ghost abides. Deep is calling forth access. I call forth that deeper access to function in the spirit realm naturally.
Scripture References:
2 Corinthians 12:9 - And He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore, most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
James 4:6-7 - But He gives more grace. Therefore, He says:
“God resists the proud, But gives grace to the humble.
Therefore, submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.
John 12:24 Most assuredly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it produces much grain.

My Gift to you - A Free Course – How to Step out of your Comfort Zone
Are you finding yourself asking God, “When God, When?” When is the situation going to change? Living under circumstances that you perceive to be hindering your growth in God? Wondering if things will ever change? Well, the time has come. God says, “Change is Coming!"
This episode is for the women tired of going around this same mountain, even as the Israelites did in Moses' day. The Israelites were eyewitnesses to the miracle of the parting of the Red Sea. They saw the power of God’s hand among them through Moses. God defeated their enemies (the Egyptians) without them lifting a finger to fight, and their enemies were never seen by them again. Yet, they were rebellious, unfaithful, and prideful, unwilling to change.
CROSS OVER THE JORDAN
It is time to cross over the Jordan. It's time to take your eyes off the mountain and turn your gaze to Christ in you, the hope of Glory! Your enemies have already been defeated, and you will see them no more. You will cross over in the Peace of God. Take a moment to breathe in deeply and find that place of Peace—that Peace that Jesus left, the Peace that passes all understanding. You've got it and can reach that hidden place.
THE OLD BURDENS ARE LIFTED
We are in a day and have been for many years, where our stress levels have increased. We react to that stress in many different ways, where many times you carry burdens unaware. It is not God's intention for you to bear such pressure. But unfortunately, some of us don't know how to say "No."
So, we allow the pressures to mount and mount until we can no longer carry it. But by then, no one understands why but you. We women carry so much. We are carriers. We are made to be carriers. The burdens we carry for our children, our family, our businesses, and not to mention relationships. We want to make sure everyone is okay. Jesus said His burdens are light, and his Yoke is easy. So, let's start with releasing the burdens and getting yoked with Jesus.
Okay. Now that you are in Peace, you can hear clearly and can receive deeper. So cast all your burdens on the Lord today.
NEW GARMENTS
God is putting new garments on His people. He cannot join new patches of garments to an old garment. He is changing the old and putting on the new.
Change is coming, not because your circumstances will change, or people will change, or even the darkness or evil will change. Change is coming because YOU ARE CHANGING! Your perspective is changing, your feelings are changing, and your mindset and your will are changing. You are about to get a complete makeover from the inside out! God wants to refresh you!
MAKE-OVER PROCESS
Psalm 110:3 -My people shall be willing in the day of thy power, in the beauties of holiness from the womb of the
morning: thou hast the dew of thy youth.
Willingness is the first key.The next key will not work if you are unwilling to go through.
You see, God says His people must be willing in the time of His power. We know it will take the power of God to change. We know we cannot do anything without Him.
Commit is the second key.
Commit the pressures and stresses to God. As you commit each issue to Him, he will take up the cause
and change you in the process.
Watch, Listen and Obey is the third key.
Watch, listen and obey the Lord, no matter what is happening around you. Give control to the Lord. Be intentional. He will begin to work out every detail, and you will begin to see the changes unfold right before your eyes.
Scripture References:
Exodus 15:4 -Pharaoh’s chariots and his army He has cast into the sea; His chosen captains also are drowned in the Red Sea.
Colossians 1:27- To them God willed to make known what are the riches of the Glory of this mystery among the Gentiles: which[fn] is Christ in you, the hope of Glory.
John 14:27- “Peace I leave with you, My Peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
Matthew 11: 30 -“For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”
Psalms 55:22- Cast your burden on the LORD, And He shall sustain you; He shall never permit the righteous to be moved.
Luke 5:36-38 -“But the days will come when the bridegroom will be taken away from them; then they will fast in those days.”
Then He spoke a parable to them: “No one puts a piece from a new garment on an old one; otherwise the new makes a tear, and also the piece that was taken out of the new does not match the old.
*“And no one puts new wine into old wineskins; or else the new wine will burst the wineskins and be spilled, and the wineskins will be ruined.* *“But new wine must be put into new wineskins, and both are preserved.* **Check out our Courses at Arise International School of Ministry**
