The B.A.D. podcast with Brad and Dawain takes off the full throttle! Listen in as Brad and Dawain talk about their fitness journeys and the fantastic program E2M Fitness.

▪️One of the things I’ve learned in embarking on yet another journey is that everyone starts somewhere.

▪️None of the GOATs in their arenas of life thrived initially.

▪️It’s crucial to make yourself vulnerable if you want to excel.

▪️Get yourself extremely uncomfortable. This is a necessary catalyst to improve in any quality area.

▪️You may fail. You may falter. You may fall so hard that you’ll second guess getting back up.

▪️The best in their arena get back up. I’m not saying you have to be an extremist or a GOAT; get back up and keep trying.

▪️We weren’t put in this world to go to school, find a job, climb the ladder, vacation for a couple of weeks, pay off debt then reach our “final destination.”

▪️Dream bigger. You never know how far you can go without reaching too far.

▪️Tap in, Max Out
