The secret to making impossible things happen isn’t a secret; it’s a process. Whether you want to find healing and a new sense of wholeness, uncover your purpose and organize your life and work around it, or create lasting transformation in your business, health, relationships, and bank account… the path to making it happen rapidly is the same. The Make it Inevitable Podcast shows you exactly how to align yourself with what you say you want — both in what you’re doing and your way of being — so that everything reconfigures around you to shift the odds in your favor and make it possible. But you have to learn to take an entirely different kind of action that goes against much of what you’ve learned about manifestation and goal achievement. And you have to break free of all the subconscious strategies, limiting beliefs, and internal blocks that cause you to continually stall out, self-sabotage, and choose safe (aka “small”) over going for more. Your host Stephenie Zamora—author, spea
“When we take ownership, we remember that we have a lot of choices and control, though they’re not always easy choices.”In this episode, I’m digging into the concept of cause and effect and how we bridge the gap between blame and acknowledgment to create different outcomes for ourselves. Blame is a tempting reaction to experiences that don’t feel good or results that are far from what we desired or intended, but this way of being keeps us at the mercy of everything and everyone else, never able to take full ownership of our lives to make the impossible inevitable. When we truly understand cause and effect, we’re able to gain invaluable insights and make entirely different choices, but we can’t do that when we’re getting lost in our interpretations, triggering our subconscious winning strategy and spiraling ourselves in an unproductive direction. If you struggle with blame (either towards others or yourself), this episode is for you.

What to listen for:* What is blame, and how is it detrimental? * How our childhood traumas condition us to blame * Expansive vs. contractive consequences * The stories we tell when we get “in trouble” * The nine words that will forever transform your life
“For everything that’s not abuse, we’re looking at the conditions that allowed this outcome to occur, these effects to be caused, these consequences to happen as a result of other things happening. We’re looking at the circumstances of the container, the situation that allowed this to come to be, and we’re trying to find our role inside of that. Not to make ourselves feel like a piece of crap, not to blame and beat ourselves up, but to take ownership.”
“It’s not blame when we acknowledge the cause and effect of things. And if we’re so afraid to acknowledge cause and effect because we think it means blaming ourselves or other people, it’s really hard for us to start to do the intellectual work of healing and making sense of our experiences and how we feel about them, and then pairing that with the processing work.”

“When we’re working to do the impossible, we’re going to bump into people who cannot think outside their own experiences and what they know to be possible or within reach.”In this episode, I’m diving into a topic that has been prominent throughout my life: cultivating inner mentors when no one can help or understand us and what we’re trying to do. This is a biggie for anyone working to make the impossible inevitable in their world because you’re going to bump into people’s doubts, fears, and limiting beliefs, or you’re going to struggle to find people who understand the vision and what needs to happen to make it a reality. Inner mentors show up in various ways—God, Source, intuition, muses, or energetic entities tied to what we’re working to create. Learning to work with these alongside external mentors will transform how you bring your ideas and goals to fruition and help you stay in motion.

What to listen for:* Examples from my own life of when no one understood me * Navigating different levels of awareness when talking to others * Discernment is essential in making the impossible happen * What are inner mentors, and how do we work with them? * How we call on mentors in process work
“These mentors inside process work represent aspects of self or source or life that we can’t otherwise seem to connect with. And whether that’s tapping into their actual energy or tapping into a part of us, it really doesn’t matter. It’s really irrelevant because you’re tapping into something outside of your conscious mind or what you feel and believe you have access to so that you can go deeper and do different, richer, more impactful work for yourself.”
“When working to do the impossible, we’re going to bump into people who cannot think outside their own experiences and what they know to be possible or within reach. We’re going to bump into people who are like, ‘I don’t think that you can or should do that.’ We’re going to have people who try to support us but can’t understand the vision or help with what we’re trying to do. And when that happens, we have to be willing to do both parts of the work: seek out new places and spaces, containers, mentors, support people, education resources externally while leaning on the internal.”

“What feels so impossible to us is that we can’t comprehend the loss.”In this episode, I’m digging into the impossibility of grief and how we navigate incomprehensible loss (as in, difficult to understand or make sense of). Everyone experiences grief and loss in this life, but not everyone has yet to experience the big losses that shift the ground beneath our feet and completely reconfigure who we are and how we relate to the world around us. These are the losses we’re addressing in this conversation, along with how we do what feels absolutely impossible in the presence of such massive emotions: surrender and allow ourselves to be unraveled by them. Even the most brilliant minds will be utterly overwhelmed by the prospect of letting go and succumbing to the impossibility of grief because it feels like you’ll just—poof!—cease to exist if you do. If you’re navigating loss and grief, this episode is for you.

What to listen for:* My story of experiencing incomprehensible and traumatic loss * Why our bodies buckle under the weight of impossible grief * The impossibility of making sense of some losses * My instinct to go into the emotions rather than try to bypass them * Big emotions, like grief, will always give way to some sense of calm
“The amount of time that I spent on my kitchen floor or my apartment floor just sobbing and screaming and nearly hyperventilating. And every single time I did this, there would always come a moment where it passed. I would not find peace, happiness, or contentment, but I would reach a calm state. All of that wave would have moved through me and out, and I would stop, and I would be able to breathe again.”
“This is what feels so impossible to us because we cannot comprehend or understand the loss. It does not make sense to us. Even if we can intellectually understand what happened, our body has to go through its process, which is confusing and hard. But you will find the endpoint if you feel your contractive emotions all the way through, productively and without story or interpretation. And at that endpoint, there might be peace. There will definitely be a sense of calm. You will feel tired and worn out by what you just went through, but you have moved it out of your body. You have begun to heal.”

“When we operate from that frequency of trust, we’re better able to see pathways and possibilities.”In this episode, we’re having our third conversation in the “Somatics Of” series about the somatics of trust and living from abundance vs. scarcity. This is not a “magical thinking” conversation or one rooted in bypassing and toxic positivity; it’s a conversation about how to name a lack of resources or actual scarcity without falling prey to fear, worry, and doubt. We don’t bypass the reality of our situations or circumstances! Instead, we learn to stay anchored in energetic frequencies that help us stay in the embodied states necessary to create new and different outcomes, aligning ourselves with new pathways and possibilities and keeping us open and receptive to them. Trust is a critical energetic, and the somatics allows us to hold that state of trust regardless of the challenges we may be navigating.

What to listen for:* Learning to let life support you with the four types of trust * The process of becoming magnetic without bypassing reality * How to find trust states to use as a point of reference * Way of being work isn’t “fake it til you make it” * Acting from desperation pushes away what we want
“Trust is an energetic state. It is a frequency. And when we vibrate from a space of trust, we align with different people and things. We work with the energy of life, with the energy of our universe. The universe’s baseline state supports our expansion and continuous growth. So, to tap into that energy, we must come from a state of trust. That doesn’t mean we’re unaware of our surroundings or don’t think about how to stay safe and secure in certain situations.”
“We acknowledge our circumstances. We feel how we feel, the raw emotion and energy. We do not interpret or tell stories. And the somatics work comes into play with trust, tapping into the energetic state of feeling abundant and having trust and faith. That doesn’t mean everything magically changes because we think that way because we tap into that energetic state and operate from that frequency. But when we operate from that frequency, we can see pathways and possibilities better. We can better navigate our present circumstances from a grounded, clear space plugged into who we need to be to have what we desire.”

“Confidence isn’t a wall. It’s not an excuse to not look at yourself, not be open to and receptive to feedback.”In this episode, we’re diving into the second part of our “Somatics Of” series with the somatics of confidence and how to take up more space. Confidence is a critical aspect of making the impossible happen because it requires certainty and steadiness in ourselves as we bump into other people’s beliefs, systemic obstacles, and different emotions or trauma triggers. The truth is, confidence is a relatively straightforward energetic, but it can easily be confused with “false confidence” when it comes from the mind or ego. To embody true confidence, we have to source it from within in very specific ways, which we cover in this conversation.

What to listen for:* The random work experience that taught me true confidence * We don’t get true confidence by having things or titles * Confidence is about ‘owning it’ and being immovable in that * Examples of ‘false confidence’ and how we fall into it * Deconditioning from who we think we need to be * How our subconscious winning strategies tie into confidence
“I was being what everyone else wanted and needed me to be. And when I could ‘win’ through my winning strategy, I felt a false sense of confidence. I felt like, okay, I’m awesome, lovable, worthy. But if any of those things changed or any way I wanted to be, any way my purpose called me to be, did not fit with what other people wanted from me, I did not feel confident. And I was looking externally for validation that I was okay, I was good enough, I was right, and therefore could feel confident.”
“Confidence isn’t a wall. It’s not an excuse to not look at yourself, not be open to and receptive to feedback. There are many times that I’ve been confident, and somebody opens my eyes to a new way of looking, thinking, being, doing. And that doesn’t mean that I’m not immovable in my confidence; it means that I’m steady and immovable in my confidence while staying open and receptive.”

“We cannot, when we’re healing trauma, be in any spaces, relationships, or situations that parallel that trauma.”In this episode, we’re diving into our “Somatics Of” series with the somatics of receiving and why it’s important to allow support when we’re working to make the impossible happen. This is a practice that came to be while I was shopping for a camper and in need of support from the men in my life, all while I still had a deep fear and distrust of men from past relationship trauma. I knew that the men helping me with the camper were safe, so I took it as an opportunity to practice holding myself differently so that my body and being could learn I was safe. In this conversation, we’ll go deep into what it looks like energetically and somatically to feel safe when asking for and receiving support.

What to listen for:* This concept and idea came from my own trauma * My trauma around trusting men was forced to be healed * At some point, we have to face the thing that scares us * Noticing how I held my body when I asked for support * Practicing the somatics of receiving while camper shopping
“I started practicing the somatics of receiving. Reception is openness. Receiving is a very feminine energy, so there is softness. There is an opening. Think about receiving. You’re bringing something in. You’re taking something in. You’re receiving it. So in order to receive it, you must open. You must put out your hand, open your arms, and be soft. Because when we’re not soft and open, we’re usually rigid, tense, and tight. We’re pushing things away.”
“When we put ourselves in these situations, we’re pushing an edge, even just by sticking a toe in. So we have to make sure that, in an effort to heal and change our state around something, we’re doing it in safe spaces. That means I didn’t practice this with toxic, abusive, exes, friends, or family members. I practiced this with people that I knew were safe. And I practiced it outside of the relationship container that was most traumatic for me.”

“We cannot live our fullest expression if we are unwilling to have a relationship with our emotions, and that’s what hopelessness and despair allow for.”In this episode, I’m diving into two of the most avoided emotional states we experience as humans, hopelessness and despair, and addressing how crucial these are for true transformation in ourselves and our world. With these times we live in and the callings that sit heavy on our hearts, it’s essential that we’re able to be with, feel through, and transmute contractive emotions in healthy and productive ways, but we can’t do that if we’re unwilling to face what’s hard and what hurts. Worse yet, our capitalistic societies keep us too busy working to support our lives (then too numbed out by ‘entertainment’) to have space for this work. If you’re curious about how to create true transformation in this often overwhelming and horrific world, this is the conversation for you.

What to listen for:* Understanding what hopelessness and despair mean * We have to be able to bear witness to the suffering in the world * If we’re not present, we can’t create true transformation * How hope can easily turn into bypassing
“The way that you know that you’re bypassing with hope is that you’re not holding hope ‘with.’ You’re not doing both. You’re not holding hope with heartbreak, grief, the triggers, the activated state that inevitably happens when we’re bearing witness to these things when we’re present with them. You’re not feeling your rage and fury. You’re not feeling your grief and terror. You’re simply ‘hoping’ for a positive outcome. You’re simply trying to remain optimistic. And this is no different than toxic positivity and spiritually bypassing.”
“We will use our desires, the life that we want to live, the things that we’re going after, the ways that we want to feel as a reason and an excuse to not engage with what’s hard and what hurts in our life, in our communities, in the world. And bypassing that reduces our capacity and ability to have the life that we want.”
“When we allow ourselves to feel hopelessness fully, we might drop through to despair. And when we allow ourselves to feel despair fully, we might drop through to grief. And when we allow ourselves to feel grief fully, we might drop through to rage, fury. We might drop through from there to love, peace, calm, centeredness—our source state. And that is where we can be the most effective for ourselves and other people; when we can move through the emotions that we fight so hard not to feel, especially hopelessness and despair.”

“When we’re engaging with life and the world around us differently, it responds differently to us.”In this episode, we’re celebrating the New Year and talking about what it really takes to step into a “new you” who creates different outcomes and results. The truth is, the whole “New Year, New Me” mentality often leads to self-sabotage because we don’t understand the ever-important embodiment element of aligning with what we want. You can have all the plans and good intentions in the world and still not see any changes this year if you don’t dig deeper into way of being work, calling on the consciousness and energetics of the you who has all the things you desire, pulling them into the now and engaging with life from that state. But this really can be “your year,” and I’ve got you covered with understanding how to create true transformation rather than incremental changes that slip away far too quickly.

What to listen for:* We can decide to transform our experience at any time * My own journey of creating grand New Year’s resolutions * Spiraling when we mess up after a few days of perfection * Not understanding how change occurs sets us up for failure * Way of being work isn’t “fake it ‘til you make it”
“Fake it ’til you make it has its place, but more often than not, when we’re faking it, trying to make it, we’re not really shifting anything internally. We’re pretending to be in a certain state that we might not actually be able to hold. We’re trying to move and be like somebody without really being tapped into the energy, frequency, and consciousness of that. And that’s the difference.”
“When we’re engaging with life and the world around us differently, it responds differently to us. This isn’t magical thinking. People respond to us differently because of the state and the frequency that we’re in. We’re now operating as a different ‘tuning fork,’ so things that are of a similar frequency are more likely to stand out to us, respond to us, come towards us. We’re more able to see them because we’re in a state of openness versus closure versus feeling like we’re a piece of crap and we’re not worthy and we’re not cut out.”

“Whenever you feel like you’re crossing a threshold into what’s new, decluttering is such a beautiful way of honoring that intentionally.”In this episode, I’m talking about the importance of release to create space for what we want. Decluttering is one of the most potent practices for aligning with what we desire—physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally—but not all of the essential release work we need to do is chosen. Sometimes, we experience loss or transitions that are thrust onto us, and we continue to cling to what was, refusing to process and release, which clutters us energetically. This work isn’t about bypassing or having a “false abundance mindset”; it’s about understanding the importance of having space for what’s next and seeing how frequently we choose to clutter our field and being with what’s no longer aligned (or what’s been gone for a while now). This work can be exciting, and it can be tender. Either way, it’s essential.

What to listen for:* Choosing to “reduce my life to zero” two years ago * Realizing I had low self-worth after my relationship ended * Being intentional with what I carried forward * Coming into alignment and deciding what still fits * Alignment requires doing the deeper healing work first
“That internal work comes first. That’s what I did in the summer before beginning to reduce my life to zero. I got really clear on who I was, really clear on where I was out of alignment. I did an excessive—not for me, but probably to most people—amount of process and healing work. I worked really hard to heal on that deeper level, and then the next step was to create space. To look around and say, ‘This is not the home I want to live in. This is not the town that I want to be in. These are not the shoes that I want to wear.’”
“Whenever you feel like you’re crossing a threshold into what’s new, decluttering is such a beautiful way of honoring that intentionally. Of really being aligned with on a deep cellular level. ‘This is who I’m becoming and what I’m creating… what doesn’t belong here?’”
“When we accept, we aren’t fighting against, we aren’t resisting, we aren’t denying; we’re simply being with what is. And in being with what is, we can allow it to suck as much as it sucks. When we accept it, we’re confronted with the emotions that come with it… with the release, the loss, the change and transition. And when we can accept it, then we can heal through it.”

“When you say something’s impossible, you’re putting a story together, and you’re potentially putting up a block because it’s not always impossible.”In this episode, I introduce you to my life and business partner, Nick McGowan, to share how we create resonance with what (and who) we want. Our individual journeys and stories are ripe with lessons on becoming far more intentional, making purpose-driven decisions, and doing the challenging work to heal our traumas to grow into the people we needed to be to have what we’ve now created. Nick shares how he navigated through issues with drugs and alcohol, a misaligned marriage (and ultimate divorce), and how he’s stepped outside of his subconscious winning strategy so he could begin showing up as the man he’s here to be. What to listen for:* The “meet-cute” story of how Nick and I met * How we aligned with one another while not looking for a partner * Understanding what being “twin flames” really means * Finding our match and other half while feeling whole in ourselves * Why Nick got into drugs to mask his trauma and how he overdosed
“I had to put all these drugs and all this shit into my system because I didn’t fucking know what was going on. I was trying to mask a lot of the pain that I went through as a child. Long story short, I ended up doing heroin and overdosing. One of the people there kind of beat the hell out of me to make me throw up and get it out of my system. I remember walking home and looking up, being like, ‘All right, God, I’m still here. So what do you want me to do? What should I do from here?’”
“I was raised Catholic, and I had a lot of Christians in my family, but I had a lot of deep beef with God for a long time because I felt like an outcast. I felt like I was kicked away and like I wasn’t wanted and wasn’t loved, and I didn’t know what to do. And remember, there were times I would just curse at God. I joke about it now where I actually say to people, if you can point out somebody who’s never done that, I can show you a liar right there because everybody can guarantee everybody has been like, ‘what in the fuck?’”
“Throughout life, I’ve had that depression. I’ve had dark moments. As a four on the enneagram, I can sit really close to the edge of the void, and sometimes I can see it, sometimes I can feel it, and sometimes I don’t want any of that. I don’t want any parts of it because it’s scary and makes me think of the craziness that I have inside of me and the rage and anger I’ve had inside me since I was a little kid.”
“I know people looked at us and thought, ‘They’re moving really fast.’ We moved very fast in terms of becoming a couple without having met, me going out to meet you, you coming out here, and then us moving you here the third time we were together. But with you, it was different because we were so intentional. We were intentional in making sure this was right and getting to know each other and having hard conversations. But that intentionality, I think, for both of us came from a decision earlier on to be more intentional in our lives.”
“The patterns that stand out to me were that I actually put my fucking foot down for each of those moments. I didn’t run away scared from those moments. Those were some scary moments, though. Really difficult moments and difficult situations to be in and feeling like you’re just floating. But I remember sticking my foot down and being like, ‘This is where I’m at. This is what I’m gonna do.’ And having that innate strength of, ‘whatever’s next, I fucking got this.’”

“Being able to think from a systems lens will change so much for you.”In this episode, I’m talking about navigating systems without losing ourselves or our purpose. In this world, there are natural systems and man-made systems, and the systems we’ve created as humans are inherently biased because they’re created by and for specific types of people. These systems then inevitably cause harm to those who are “other,” and it becomes far more difficult to bring our big, impossible visions to life. In order to have a full conversation about purpose, healing, growth, and goals, we have to talk about the systemic obstacles and effects because they’re real challenges for many. In today’s conversation, we’re talking about the systems we’re born into, how they affect us, and how to not take them personally while thinking through a systems lens so that we’re more leveraged to create the transformations we want to see in ourselves and our world.

What to listen for:* A breakdown of what systems are and where we see them * Systems are inherently biased and, therefore, harmful * If you can’t see a system or its harm, you benefit from it * Using the harm of the patriarchy as an example * A breakdown of the outdated education system
“It was designed by people who believed that there was a certain set of skills that you needed to have to be successful within that period of time. So, the education system was designed to churn out little adults with the same knowledge and skills. It did not care about how you’re wired. It did not care about your personality type. It did not care about different learning styles. So the education system, I believe, is a trauma for most people.”
“We can’t just dismantle systems. There will be a system that replaces it. So, the work with systems is about understanding the need that it’s meeting for the people that it’s supporting. And can that system be replaced? Can that need continue to be met without causing harm to others? Some systems, absolutely. But in certain systems, there’s not a way to meet the need, and we have to stress the system to a breaking point so that it can force change.”
“As individuals going through healing and growth, as people going after what feels impossible to us, being able to think from a systems lens will change so much for you. Does that mean it will make it easier? No. With some systems, sure, but with most systems, probably not. It will be more easeful because you will be able to point to the system at play. When you can point to the system, you can better understand why the system is causing harm to you, why people are the way that they are inside of the system, and you can understand that it’s not personal even though it feels very personal and looks very personal at times.”

“I learned that gritting through certain things wasn’t necessary.”In this Expanded episode, I’m talking to Casey Kang Head, a three-time survivor of acute lymphoblastic leukemia and a stroke. She’s now a cancer coach who teaches survivors how to reclaim their lives and the author of Finding Your Way Back to Heart Center; Cancer Treatment Ended, Now What? Casey shares the few highs and many lows of this unexpected journey filled to the brim with uncertainty and ambiguity at every turn. Through this process, she learned the power of decision, surrendering to the care and support of others, and what it takes to reorient to yourself and your life once cancer’s behind you. Her story is beautiful and confronting, but she shares tremendous wisdom, showcases incredible trust and faith, and powerfully models what it’s like to live this methodology in the most challenging of circumstances.

What to listen for:* Casey’s journey of finding out she had cancer * Not allowing the reality to land until her hair started falling out * Starting chemotherapy before getting the biopsy results * Facing denial and not being able to say “the C word” * The goal that motivated her to be a part of her healing team
“I was in bed for three days straight in the hospital because I was so sick, like even getting up to go to the bathroom was a struggle. And they were like, we need to get you out of bed. You need to be walking around. You need to be participating basically. That changed it for me in perspective because I was like, if I want to go home, I have to get to a point where I can walk up and down stairs by myself. And as soon as I had a goal, it helped turn things on in my brain. It also helped me on a larger scale of my medical team is doing everything that they can to kill cancer inside my body with the medicine. How can I participate in that? How can I also do everything to be a good team player to help them do their job well?”
“It humbled me to a point where I didn’t think I would ever be. And the level of vulnerability to not just ask for help but receive help. And not because I needed it but because I genuinely wanted it. Even when there were certain points where I could have done a lot of the things on my own, but instead, my ego, I put it aside and asked for help. I learned that gritting through certain things wasn’t necessary.”
“I lived in that unknown for a long time and felt very stuck because I’m not the woman I was, but I didn’t know who I was. My therapist at the time asked me a question that woke me up. She looked at me and goes, ‘What if it never comes back?’ And I go, ‘Oh. I don’t know.’ And I came back the next week, and I go, ‘I’d be wasting time.’ And she goes, ‘So what are you gonna do?’ So, from that, I formulated my plan of how do I get rid of living in this paralyzing fear that’s making me feel stuck? How do I stop living so anxious and afraid? And who am I?”

“Interpretation keeps the thing that feels impossible actually impossible and out of reach.”In this episode, I’m talking about taking a good, hard look at the things we’re afraid to look at—the metrics and feedback that tell us where we are in relation to our goals. That might be our financial state, our weight and lab work, what our partner feels about us and our relationship, or how our employer or clients rate our work. Whatever it is, we often avoid facing these things due to a fear of negative feedback or lower-than-optimal results because of what we interpret that to mean about us, other people, or the world. Really, it’s all just insight and information that can help us move toward what we want far more rapidly!

What to listen for:* My story of facing my finances in my 20’s * The calm that comes with knowing where you stand * Anxiety of the unknown can paralyze and hold us back * Triggers are a gift because they’re ready to be healed * How avoidance keeps us stalled out
“It will stir up emotions to look at the numbers, to look at the metrics, to get clear on where you actually stand with things. But as with everything, it’s a gift because anywhere we’re interpreting, that’s holding us back from creating what we want. If I’m too scared to look at my numbers because that will mean that I am a gross and disgusting person who is unlovable at their core and can never get anything right—whatever stories I might tell—not only am I going to avoid looking, but I’m going to be triggered beyond belief when I finally do, when I’m finally presented with the information.”
“Things just are what they are. You just weigh what you weigh. You just have the debt that you have. You have the proficiency that you have. It literally doesn’t mean anything else about you, them, or the world. But that’s what we do when we interpret. We make it mean something that triggers our core wounds and our winning strategy. And then, we start to operate in such a way that we can produce comfortable, known outcomes. We can go back into avoidance.”
“If we’re afraid to look at things, it’s hard for us to progress. And when we’re doing the impossible, we have to be a beginner. We have to suck at things sometimes. We’re usually doing something we’ve never done before, otherwise we wouldn’t think it’s impossible. There’s room for improvement. There’s room for growth. There’s room for learning and more proficiency. Do we make that a story about ourselves?”

“You can be grateful for something, and it can still not be right for you.”In this episode, I’m talking about something that gets me a lot of heat each year: permission to be “ungrateful.” First, gratitude is life-giving, and I’m not saying anything that contradicts that! This topic comes from a personal experience and is such an important topic to me because so many people weaponize gratitude to keep others where they want them. They also do it because they don’t understand why you’d leave someone or something that fits their values, dreams, or ideas of what it means to “have a good life.” Regardless, the truth is that you can be incredibly grateful for someone or something and still choose to leave because it’s not right for you. You can be thankful and still never want to be around that person or space again. You can also appreciate an experience and all that’s good about it and want to move on to something more aligned. None of that makes you bad, wrong, or ungrateful! In fact, it’s the most loving and caring thing we can often do for other people.

What to listen for:* Gratitude is a powerful tool that raises our vibration rapidly * Why my ex called me ungrateful when I made changes in my life * I’m still grateful for past jobs and relationships that I’m glad I left * Honoring our truth is honoring what’s best for others, too
“I remember how long I carried that belief that I was being ungrateful until I learned better. Until I learned that when we make choices that are right for ourselves, they are, therefore, right for the other people involved, whether they agree with that or not. Because if we don’t want to be in that relationship, at that job that we hate and makes us miserable, in the community or in the friendship or in whatever it is because it’s not right for us, it’s inherently not right for the other people, even though they don’t always see that.”
“You can be grateful for something and still not want it. You can be grateful for something, and it can still not be the right thing for you. You can be grateful for something, and you can appreciate that you have something that other people would kill for and still walk away. You have permission to be what other people will call ungrateful. Because what happens is when we go against what other people want for us or from us, or we go against what other people believe is the right way to live life, people project onto us.”

“I’m proud of pushing through… and of resting when I needed.”In this episode, I’m celebrating one full year of podcasting on the Make it Inevitable show! While this would be a massive achievement on its own, I also walked through many changes and challenges this past year, making it even more meaningful for me. In this conversation, I’m talking about the pride of pushing through; however, I want you to know that this isn’t a “rah, rah, go hard or go home” message; it’s about discerning when to pause and when to find your way forward despite the difficulties. I had plenty of reasons to quit, and no one would’ve said a thing about it knowing what I was walking through with my health, but I didn’t. Not because I felt I had to but because it was vital for me to keep this conversation going despite how bad I looked or how hard it was to show up and speak sometimes. So, come celebrate with me and hear more of the behind-the-scenes of this past year, as well as what to expect for year two of the show!

What to listen for:* Discerning when we need to push and when we need to quit * The series of events that challenged me this past year * Meeting the love of my life and how that shifted so much * Considering stopping the podcast multiple times * The obstacles that presented themselves when recording
“There were so many times where I thought about quitting, and there isn’t a single person that would have given me crap for that. Not one. Because everyone who knew me behind the scenes, who knows me well, knew how bad it was. How sick I was, how sick I still am. But I am proud of myself for seeing this through. Not because ‘I’m so tough and strong,’ not because hustling is so important, not because ‘I’m not a quitter!’—but because this space was and continues to be very important to me.“
“This podcast feels to me like one of those spaces where I need to keep showing up. And I also want to keep showing up. I want to continue showing up honestly and showing that we don’t have to be perfect in these things. There are times where we don’t feel 100%. We don’t look how we want to look, we don’t sound how we want to sound. We’re not as clear as we want to be or as brilliant as we want to sound or whatever it may be. And one of the best things that we can do is show up anyways.”

“Figure it out as you go, but just believe in yourself. Have a good product, treat others with respect, and just do it.”In this Expanded episode, I have the pleasure of speaking to Traci B. Johannson, visionary co-founder and CEO of 3SonsFoods, about building a product-based business from scratch that also supports ecosystems and environments. Her story is also an inspiring example of following the seemingly random breadcrumbs toward your calling and purpose work, as 3SonsFoods all began with fundraising efforts for rhino conservation inspired by her middle son, Luke. In this conversation, Traci shares the many obstacles she faced, including the local farmer’s market not letting her have a booth because they didn’t think her sauce would sell and navigating no income after divorce, and how she stayed in motion despite the ‘nos’. Traci’s determination to prove naysayers wrong allowed their salsas to reach a vast audience with distribution across 1,100 stores nationwide. If the people you love tell you that your vision is impossible and crazy, and you’re looking for an expansive example of powering forward with confidence (despite the internal doubt and fear that creeps up), this episode is for you.

What to listen for:* Getting to know Traci, Ayden, Luke, and George’s mission * Traci’s story of having limited opportunities and how that catalyzed her * Donating to causes that are unrelated to your business * Your vision and mission doesn’t have to make sense to others * Getting rejected by the local farmer’s market early on * Not letting other people’s projections stop you
“There’s other instances in my life where I have allowed other people’s opinions to create fear in my life. We have people in our lives, and they mean well, or they think they mean well. But because you’re doing it a different way, that makes them nervous, that brings up their feelings of their insecurities, and they’ll voice those concerns, or they put their fears on you. So I have allowed, in other instances, I have allowed that to influence me. But for this, thank God I didn’t.”
“I grew up with two amazing, wonderful, vibrant parents who both had a drinking problem. So there was a lot of drama and things like that. At one point, we were on food stamps, and that fear comes back. And when you grow up in a household with drinking and drama and screaming and things like that, you learn to say, ‘yes, ma’am,’ and you’re quiet. So I have had to teach myself, don’t go for the safe decision because, in the end, the safe decision is actually the mistake.”
“Eliminate the time you spend with negative people, even though some of those people could be family. I’m a Pisces. I absorb people’s feelings. And so I just can’t let that in because I’ve got important things to do. I’ve got mouths to feed and animals to save and universities to pay for. When you’re running your race, you don’t look back.”
About Traci and 3SonsFoods:
Traci B. Johannson stands as the visionary Co-Founder and CEO behind 3SonsFoods, LLC—a thriving family business dedicated to producing an award winning line of creamy cilantro sauces, Diablo Verde Salsa offered in Mild, Medium, and Hot, and Diablo Vegan Salsa in Mild, Medium, and Hot. Diablo Verde and Diablo Vegan, not only tantalize taste buds but also serve a noble cause: animal conservation, with Diablo Verde Salsa benefiting rhino conservation and Diablo Vegan Salsa contributing to wolf conservation.
The family’s journey began a mere six years ago, when the boys ranged in ages from 9 to 13 years old. Luke, the middle son of 3SonsFoods headed the charge with his ingenious Rhino fundraising birthday parties, in which he asked his friends for donations for rhino conservation in lieu of gifts. In 2016, the family joined forces with Luke and merging their culinary passion, they started selling their Momma’s creamy cilantro salsa to raise more funds and awareness!
Today, the boys, ages 16 years old to 21 years old, have grown into impressive young men and alongside their Mother, have steered the family business to impressive heights.
Their salsas have reached a vast audience, are distributed across 1,100 stores nationwide, and are available online through HEB.com, 3SonsFoods.com, and Amazon.
Traci’s role in inspiring her sons to channel entrepreneurship towards positive change is a testament to her unwavering commitment. In Traci’s partnership with her sons, a potent blend of business acumen and ethical responsibility has emerged. As they continue to spread awareness and inspiration, the Johansson family stands as an embodiment of entrepreneurship with a purpose, demonstrating how business can indeed be a force for good. “It’s worth it to know and be all of yourself in this life, no matter what you lose in the process.”In this episode, I’m talking about how we decondition ourselves from who the world told us we should be to live our fullest expression and most aligned life. We’re all conditioned by the systems of the world, such as familial, educational, cultural, religious, societal, and more, and until we do the work to understand how those systems shaped us, we’re often living a life based on what we learned was “the right way to live.” But we’re not here to meet a status quo set by other people based on their personalities, preferences, and traumas. We’re here to be who we’re here to be, contributing to the world in the way that only we can. This work can be confronting and challenging because it requires stepping outside the subconscious strategies that have kept us “safe” and “secure” since childhood, but it’s worth it to live the life we’re meant to live and show up as our most fully expressed selves.

What to listen for:* The systems we’re born into that strip us of who we are * We all have unique pieces that make up our purpose * Understanding your subconscious winning strategy * Why it’s so easy to lose ourselves throughout life
”We’re conditioned over time to be a certain way. And being conditioned from the moment that we’re born, without any consideration for who we are at our core, how we function best, our personality, our purpose, our passions, our interests, the way that we see and define ourselves—we lose ourselves because we get so focused on staying safe, on continuing to use our winning strategy to achieve the same level of safety, security, success that we’ve gotten so far.”
“It can feel impossible because we’ve been living in our winning strategy until we realize that something’s not right, that we want something different, that we’re not being our truest self. And this is a mind-bending thing to work with, the winning strategy, because it’s your operating system and worldview. It’s based on your subconscious’s desire to keep you safe and secure. And inside of safety and security, it also seeks love and belonging so you’re not alone with the elements and the predators. It’s hard to poke at that. Your subconscious doesn’t want you to.“

“When we understand how we best operate, then we can truly advocate for ourselves.”In this episode, I’m talking to Kendra Woods about the power of understanding and working with our unique energetics through Human Design. Kendra is the founder of Soulful Success By Design, and her philosophy centers on transcending conditioned consciousness so that people can step more deeply into their fullest expression and purpose work. After spending most of her life trying to match other people’s energy and way of being, she realized that she had to start doing things on her terms, and soon after discovered the powerful system of Human Design. This system helped her see that she’s a projector who’s meant to operate entirely differently than her parents, partner, and coworkers. The truth is, over 30% of the population is wired differently from how our workforce and education systems operate and what society declares as the “right” way to be! Kendra beautifully breaks down what Human Design is, the five distinctly different energy types, and how you can begin the process of deconditioning from who the world told you to be so that you can live your most aligned life.

What to listen for:* Kendra’s story of leaving the corporate world and its anxiety behind * Learning about online business and beginning her own * Her first experience with Human Design and how it helped her * Crying tears of feeling understood and making sense of her path * Discovering a core wound that had guided her life
“I would look at the women around me and they were doing fine, right? They were managing their offices, taking care of their kids, and going on vacations. And like, they’re coming to work and they’re thriving in their career. And meanwhile, I’m looking at myself going, what the heck? Like maybe I’m not capable, right? I can’t do this.”
“It’s so important because when we understand how we best operate, then we can truly advocate for ourselves and say, no, I know that that’s not gonna work for me. We can create better boundaries. Our communication gets better. We’re able to show up more confidently in our skills and our abilities. And the thing is, we can look at what someone else is doing and over time begin to stop comparing ourselves because we realize, you know what, that is her gift. She is amazing at that, and that is wonderful. My gift is this over here.”
“It was challenging because it took practice. It required me to trust my energy and trust myself and trust that I can operate how I’ve been practicing. I don’t need to shift into overdrive, I can stay in this energy that I am in and things will be okay. And I’m telling you, that was hard.”

“The importance for us in those moments is to hold the truth that it’s not impossible.”In this episode, I’m sharing a critical question to ask yourself: is what I desire really impossible, or have I just not figured it out yet? Let me be clear, this is not a rah-rah pep talk or an invalidation of your actual, challenging circumstances; it’s about holding your energy in a state of open receptivity regardless of what’s standing in your way. When we declare something as impossible, we’re the ones who make it so because we’ve cut it off and put up a rigid wall. What we want to do instead is stay plugged into possibility while acknowledging what’s in our way and how we feel about it. This allows us to remain open to new pathways that we may not have seen or were previously unavailable to us. Certain circumstances are more complex than others, to be sure, and the truth is, most of those situations don’t inherently mean something is out of reach. So, how can you hold your vision with the frequency of openness?

What to listen for:* Be sure to listen to our last episode with Vincent Kabaso * Real impossibilities vs. perceived impossibilities * Circumstances and obstacles are different than impossibilities * This is not about bypassing your reality * How we orient to and speak about our goals matters
“When we hold the energy behind the statement and the belief that it’s impossible, we orient differently. It’s off the table. I don’t try anymore, especially if I’ve done everything else in the past and I’m still in this situation. It’s impossible. It is important for us in those moments to hold the truth that it’s not impossible. We just haven’t found a way forward. We just haven’t figured out how to do it. We just don’t know what we could do differently.“
“All of this becomes accessible when we are open and receptive to it. When we hold what is hard and difficult and seemingly impossible as ‘I have not figured it out yet. I just don’t know how to do it yet.'”

“Doubt is normal, fear is normal, insecurities are normal, but the difference is the people that actually go beyond those things and actually take the step to do something about it.”In this Expanded episode, I’m talking to Vincent Kabaso, Zambia’s first elected member of the Professional Golfers Association of America. He formed the Raised by the World Foundation in 2017, which is also the title of his book, and has a feature film pending. Vincent is an incredible soul who went after his dream with tenacity and faith, deciding that whatever risks he might face in doing so were better than being stuck where he grew up. And they were massive risks, including landing in the U.K. at age 19 without financial backing, being tested after defaulting on tuition fees, and running out of living resources. But even in the most challenging moments where he didn’t have the resources, gear, privilege, or support of other players, Vincent refused to give up. His messages of gratitude, giving back, and remaining humble testify to the power of being led by purpose through seemingly impossible circumstances.

What to listen for:* Vincent’s background and childhood experiences * Getting introduced to golf by his dad at age 9 * Experiencing a different world and shifting his perspective * Developing a passion for golf but not knowing what it meant * Reading magazines to understand the profession better * Learning confidence and finding his place in the world
“I would go to the club, maybe on an empty stomach, but during the round of golf at some point, it made me feel such a great sense of peace because I knew that was my common ground. Everybody was the same. And at that point, I knew they were not going to beat me. And I was building a lot of confidence very quickly just from winning and having them talk about me as the one that won. That’s why the game has always been more than a game for me. It’s because it was my place of self-identity. It felt like that was the perfect place for me to express myself.”
“I think that my privilege, if I had any privilege, was that I didn’t have anything. And that allowed me to stretch myself because I think in the place of all the information, if I knew exactly what it would take to get to my dreams or achieve anything, I don’t believe I would have started. I think not knowing everything that it was going to take for me was really a good motivation because I was only concerned with the next step and to focus on that next step. And that step gets you to the point by the time you’re looking back, you’ve stretched so far that you can’t go back at any point.“

“You might technically be back at square one, but you aren’t really because you’ve learned.”In this episode, I’m talking about the often frustrating need to begin again on the path to making our seemingly impossible goals a reality. Sometimes, we’ve taken two steps forward and one step back, and other times, we’ve completely achieved our goal only to have something happen, and we’re back at square one (or worse, square -10). For me, I’m deep in the process of beginning again after making it 50% of the way to a goal that took a ton of focused, committed work, only to end up back to square one. When we haven’t done our deeper healing work, it’s easy to take these moments as a sign to give up, citing our core wound stories as truth and moving on to “easier” things. Really, beginning again is inevitable with the big, important visions we hold, especially when they’re something we’ve never done before. We must learn to embrace the process of starting over, beginning again as often as it takes. And the truth is, we’re never really starting over because we’ve learned and grown through the prior attempts.

What to listen for:* A big part of how we manifest the seemingly impossible * It’s a constant ongoing process of beginning again * My story of beginning again with buying a camper * The importance of having a relationship with your emotions * Leaving space to grieve when you can
“You have to process your emotions in real-time, ideally, so that there’s nothing getting stored in your cells that you’ll have to process later or the next time you try to go for something bigger. Or it’s not going to build up and compound to where when you’re so close to reaching your goals, and something happens again, something disrupts the path, something doesn’t work out, you don’t just throw in all the towel because all of a sudden all of your emotions are welling up.”
“Now I have to climb the mountain all over again. It’s very easy to feel frustrated by that. I do feel frustrated by that! It’s very easy not to want to bother because I already did. And what’s beautiful about these experiences, as frustrating as they are, is they bring all of our stories and core wounds to the surface. Anything that’s left, anything that has not been dealt with, anything that’s new from the situation and experience.”

“Boundaries are a way that we love and respect other people and ourselves simultaneously.”In this episode, I discuss setting boundaries and how not everyone deserves access to you or your life. Many of us were raised to be people-pleasers, or we have a subconscious winning strategy that causes us to contort ourselves around other people’s wants and needs. While it’s important to be kind, considerate, and caring of others, allowing anyone to access us through every available channel at any time of the day limits our ability to show up fully expressed and contribute to the world in the way that only we can. We’re too busy being everything to everyone and likely burning ourselves out in the process. We must learn to set boundaries and discern who really belongs in our lives (and deserves any level of access to us). Hint: It’s absolutely not everyone, and it’s not always people who consider us their friends, soulmates, or “right hand” because that might not be the best place for our energy.

What to listen for:* Notice your reaction and aversion to the idea of boundaries * Releasing our fear of abandonment and rejection * Living in an all-access digital world is detrimental * Unpacking our people-pleasing nature * How our subconscious winning strategy derails us
“This can be really difficult because your sense of identity is tied to that constant feed of appreciation and praise. That constant stream of people needing something from you. Of you being the only person that can provide it or the only person that can provide it that well and that quickly. We get trapped in these cycles of overgiving, over-delivering, being everything to everyone because that’s our winning strategy. That’s how we stay safe, secure, successful.”
“Boundaries are a way that we love and respect other people and ourselves simultaneously. And sometimes loving and respecting other people and ourselves simultaneously looks like cutting them off. Only you can discern if that’s right for you. And if it’s truly right for you, it is right for them whether they see that or not because it’s not the right relationship for you. It’s not the right friendship, the romantic partnership, the professional entanglement, the project, the community, the role for you. Therefore, you are not the right person to fill it, and it is not right for them.”
The post Setting Boundaries: Not Everyone Deserves Access to You or Your Life appeared first on Choose Your Calling.
“We’ve crossed the threshold, and there’s no going back from here.”In this episode, I’m talking about crossing the threshold and entering liminal space: that magical and terrifying pocket between no longer and not yet. The root of liminal means “threshold,” and crossing the threshold is pivotal in Joseph Campbell’s Hero’s Journey. It’s when we say yes to the invitation of our soul (which sometimes looks like saying no to someone or something) and we move into the deep underbelly of this particular journey. When it comes to making the “impossible” inevitable, death and rebirth is almost always required, and it centers around our way of being. Letting go of who we were to become who we’re here to be—who we need to be for this next evolution of self, life, work, relationships, etc. But it’s not easy work. It’s not easy to sit in this pocket when you’re not entirely who you were, but you’re not quite who you’re becoming either. This space is magical and fertile soil when we understand how to navigate it.

What to listen for:* An overview of Joseph Campbell’s Hero’s Journey * The different types of “invitations of our soul” * How simple truths show up and why we can’t ignore them * Accepting the call to adventure can start with saying ‘no’ * Getting tested and shaped in the underbelly of the journey
“When we accept the invitation of our soul and cross the threshold, we’re in liminal space—the place between no longer and not yet. And this place is ripe with magic and opportunity and possibility. It’s beyond belief because it immediately unravels our sense of self. It provokes this internal dilemma because we’ve said yes, we’ve crossed the threshold, and there is no going back from here.“
“We can never undo the process that’s begun. We can stagnate it. We can stall it out by going backward. The longer that we go backward doesn’t make our desire forever impossible; it simply pushes it further and further away until we’re ready to realign with it.”
“We have to sit and simmer in that space of no longer and not yet, that messy middle. There’s so much magic here, though. There’s so much that can shift rapidly when we’re finally decided, when we finally say yes, and when we release our grip to what was the ordinary world and who we were before. We willingly surrender to the free fall, not knowing who we’re going to be on the other side. And the more we deepen into this, the more we can connect with the new ways of being required to bring this to life.”

“We are limiting what’s possible for us through our judgments of how others should be.”In this episode, I’m talking about how judgment and envy can support us in making our impossible visions a reality, even though they’re often written off as “negative” states. The truth is both reveal crucial insights regarding where our limitations are and what we deeply desire. The key is not getting swept up in stories about others or ourselves, which can be easier said than done. Judgment is a natural human experience, but where we judge others’ fullest expression shows us precisely where we’re limiting our own, and the goal of this life is to live our purpose full out. Additionally, if we make envy “bad” and never look deeper at who and what causes it, we’ll never really know our own heart’s desires, and instead, we’ll make other people wrong for what they have, who they are, and how they be.

What to listen for:* Our inclination to judge is human nature * Judging someone’s full expression hinders your own * Not resonating with someone is different than judging them * Sometimes we judge what we feel we can’t have * Discernment is necessary to sort through judgment
“Sometimes it’s not that what they’re doing is what we want for ourselves, but we are limiting what’s possible for us through our judgments of how others should be limited, restricted, restrained, dialed down, more palatable. So it’s not always that you dislike somebody’s style because you aren’t allowing yourself to have that same style. Sometimes, yes. Only you can discern that.”
“Look at why you think you have the right to judge that person. What you think you’re doing ‘right’ and ‘well’ and ‘acceptably.’ That reveals to you how you’ve boxed yourself in. And if you believe that there is a right and a wrong way to be, beyond your value system of ‘it’s wrong to harm people, to steal from people, or whatever else.’ If you believe there’s a right and wrong way to be in terms of how you show up, how do you think you are successful? And what does that reveal about where you’ve limited yourself?”
“What does envy tell you? What does it reveal to you about your desires? And why do you feel that it’s possible for them and not for you? We have to look at that. They’re not lucky; they’re not special. Sometimes, yes, they are more privileged. Their circumstances are different. They have access to more resources and support. It’s not that they are better than you or more worthy than you. Notice the core wound stories that come up.”

“We have to be willing to look at what’s happening clearly, not our stories.”In this episode, I’m sharing three strategies for eliminating all obstacles between you and your goals based on the three everyday experiences that cause us to stop: perceived obstacles, real roadblocks, and reasons, all of which are figureoutable if we have the necessary processes (and persistence) to move through them. When we’re going after big, impossible desires, we’ll inevitably bump into some obstacles along the way, many of which are prime pickings for our subconscious mind to convince us to give up altogether so we can go back to the comfort of the known and familiar. I’m sharing three of the oldest processes in my business that have served me and my clients well, all designed to keep you in motion regardless of your beliefs, circumstances, or challenges.

What to listen for:* The three types of obstacles that derail our goals * How the terror barrier shows up when we stretch ourselves * This work isn’t about invalidating our feelings or experiences * Navigating the unavoidable tension during growth periods
“This isn’t about invalidating our emotional experience or invalidating the reality of circumstances that can present challenges. It’s about looking at them for what they are, labeling them as what they are so we can work through them. So that we can stay in motion towards what we want.“
“Perceived obstacles are challenges that we need to navigate through. But they are not a reason to stop. They are not the obstacle that we think they are. We’re making them into something bigger than they are. We are perceiving them as a barrier of entry when really it’s just a series of challenges to navigate through.”
“Sometimes our subconscious drives us to create situations that we will fixate on and be stressed about and use as evidence that we should quit and go back. And other times, things just happen. All that matters is that we recognize this is a real roadblock. This is a real external stopper on the path to creating what I want. It’s not the stories that I tell about it.“

“We can’t hold the energetics that we need to hold by living this process if our energy is not where it needs to be.”In this episode, I’m talking about how energy is precious and energetics are everything during big evolutions and growing towards what we deeply desire. In our context, energy and energetics are very different, but both are essential to living the methodology for making the impossible inevitable. You can’t embody the correct energetic frequencies to align with what you want when your physical energy is depleted.

What to listen for:* The difference between energy and energetics * Different things that drain our physical energy * Low energy makes dealing with emotions more difficult * Valuing our energy more highly despite circumstances * Low energy and the spiraling that comes from stories
“Start to notice where low physical energy, pain, depression, anxiety, whatever else might be going on energy-wise, notice if that causes more stories to come up when things are hard or difficult or go wrong. And if so, what are those stories? How do they then affect you emotionally, mentally? How does that further draw from your already depleted energy?”
“Energetics is everything. We can’t hold the energetics that we need to hold by living this process if our energy is not where it needs to be. That’s really difficult because when we’re tired, when we’re in pain, when we have depression, anxiety, when it’s hard to just physically do anything to physically get out of bed, we can’t hold the energetics of being decided and being an expectation that this big, seemingly impossible thing is going to happen. We just can’t do that. And if we can, we can’t hold it consistently.”

“We have to be willing to lose our sense of self, our way of being that has gotten us this far.”In this episode, I’m talking about when losing ourselves is a good thing and how we can allow that process to unfold in beautiful and productive ways. This requires a great deal of self-trust and discernment because losing ourselves usually isn’t healthy or ideal, and more often than not, it happens when we’ve fallen out of alignment with the truth of who we are. Today’s conversation is about deepening into way of being work by consciously choosing to lose ourselves to become more of who we’re here to be so that we can have (and hold onto) our big, seemingly impossible desires.

What to listen for:* The many times I’ve struggled with losing myself * Romantic relationships often took me away from my truth * How we realign with ourselves when we get lost * Losing myself, my life, and my business * What if losing yourself was a good thing? * Meeting my life partner meant losing myself
“I’m no longer solo Stephenie living her solo life. I’m no longer doing this alone. I’m choosing to enter a partnership knowing full well that I will lose myself. That’s what I’m choosing. And there was this powerful reframing that had to happen to stop assigning negative meaning to the idea of losing myself. And to really understand this thing that my coach had said to me many, many months prior of, ‘What if it was a good thing to lose yourself?’”
“We have to be willing to lose our sense of self, our way of being that has gotten us this far, our subconscious strategies for success. We have to be willing to lose ourselves in that way, to let go of the path we were on, the life we were building, the things we were creating to go through a death and rebirth and be transformed into what’s next.”

“Best thing I could have done as a creative and a leader.”In this episode, I’m sharing why I (finally!) decided to leave social media and how that’s positively impacted my creativity and ability to evolve. For the last two years, I’ve wrestled with my relationship to social media—navigating through and past an unhealthy desire to be seen and heard and into a space of groundedness. Even though my relationship with social platforms has been vastly healthier and different, I still didn’t want to be there. Not only does it seem chaotic, empty, and draining to my soul, the way these spaces facilitate immediate depreciation of content made it apparent that I was throwing my ideas and gifts into a sea of endless noise and nearly nonexistent attention spans. So, I finally quit. I deactivated my accounts and am refocusing my attention in new ways (and on better channels).

“There were many relationships that I simply did not feel seen or heard in. Social media became this mix of feeling like it was the only place where I could be seen and heard and also pouring myself out for other people to consume. And a piece of that came from low self-worth, this unconscious feeling of penance. Like it was my penance to pour myself out and be consumed and to really get nothing in return.”
“I went through this back in 2017. I pulled all my websites down because I couldn’t get out of that well-worn groove of being and creating in a certain way for a certain brand, conversation, and body of work. It was the stupidest thing I could have done from an SEO strategy perspective. Best thing I could have done as a creative and a leader because it gave me space to let what I wanted to come through.“

“We can still feed from the outside in productive ways when more of that inspiration and motivation comes from us.”In this episode, I discuss why inspiration and motivation aren’t enough to make the impossible happen. This has everything to do with intellectual work vs. somatic work and how we lean too heavily in the wrong direction, getting caught in a stagnant, habitual cycle of seeking inspiration to prompt a false sense of motivation but never really gaining traction or creating transformation in our lives. Inspiration must come from a completely different source if we want to align with what we deeply desire and move it into reality rapidly, and that’s exactly what we’re going into in this potent conversation.

What to listen for:* Motivation and inspiration are defined as intellectual * The importance of somatically healing from trauma, toxicity, and abuse * Trauma responses are pre-verbal, and PTSD lives in the body * Intellectual healing only gives us so much leverage * Why I hit a wall with being “inspirational” and “motivational” * Discernment is required when filtering through inspiration
“Inspiration and motivation might give us a little burst, but that’s about it. Generally, a lot of the inspiration and motivation we come across lacks context. And without context, it makes it difficult for us to discern, ‘Is this relevant for me? Is this actually useful and helpful for me, or is it based on someone else’s experience in a completely different situation?’”
“If you’re not addressing the internal somatic blocks and trauma stored in your cells, it’s really hard to actually move on these things. To actually show up, use your voice, and put paintbrush to canvas, pen to paper. To go out, try a new industry, or be a beginner in a new creative outlet. To learn new things, be judged, and show up fully expressed.”
“We can be inspired by our own internal experience: those divine downloads, that deep connection to self and purpose, that inner guidance and wisdom that comes through God or source. We can still feed from the outside in productive ways when more of that inspiration and motivation comes from us from within, from our purpose, from our callings.”

“You’re still holding them. You still have them taking up space in your nervous system.”In this episode, I’m talking about how we make other people (and their shame and judgments of us) irrelevant so that we can be free to live our fullest expression. No matter who you are or what your journey has looked like, there’s likely someone (or several someones) who got in your head in some way, making you feel not good enough, like a fraud, or shamed for something you’ve done or some aspect of being. If we continue to give those people weight, they continue to have a hold on us and what’s possible for our lives, which is why we must do the work to make them irrelevant. There are two ways to do this depending on whether or not the person in question is still active in your life, and I’m covering these and more in today’s conversation!

What to listen for:* Dealing with trauma, toxic and abusive relationships, and opinions * This isn’t about not caring, bypassing, or dissociating * Taking ownership while looking for the source * It’s not just a limiting belief within ourselves; it comes from others * The ways we hold onto worry and how it influences us
“You’re still holding them. You still have them taking up space in your nervous system. There’s just a sense that they’re out there, that they might come for you, that they might hurt you, that they might be right about you. You have to prove something to them. And these are usually people that are not in our lives anymore.”
“The more freedom that we have within ourselves, within our nervous system, within our belief system, our subconscious—the more freedom we have from past traumas and our triggers and those trauma responses—the more leverage we have to create what it is that we want. To step into a new way of being is to show up fully expressed so that we can align with the things that we desire, the life that we’re here to live, the work that we’re here to do.”
“We often contort ourselves to achieve some sense of love and belonging. To not push our family away, our partner away, our friends away. We don’t want to be judged by them. That hurts. But it’s also risky. What if they judge what we’re doing so much that they don’t want us around anymore? Now we’re alone. It goes beyond just core wounding, fear of abandonment. It’s fear of death. Being alone, not being able to take care of ourselves, not having help and support.”

“You have to be decided that what you want is happening.”In this special episode, I’m sharing a training I recently did for the Life Without Limits online event where I go deeper into understanding your winning strategy to stop self-sabotage. Our subconscious winning strategy is something that we talk about a lot on this show because without understanding how it drives you, you can’t create the leverage you need to live your fullest expression. One of the things I include in all of my one-on-one coaching work is a Way of Being Blueprint that helps clients with more than just what to do, instead giving them a clear guide for how to be the person who has what they desire. What to listen for:* What is a subconscious winning strategy? * The double-edged sword of our strategies for success * How to begin making truly aligned and conscious choices * The process for breaking free from self-sabotage * Our core wounding is the key to unlocking freedom
“Once you know what your core wound is, what is the set of emotions that you seek to avoid at all cost because feeling them is so painful to you? Once you know what that is, then you can reverse engineer. What do you seek to feel instead? If I feel chosen and adored, special and unique, it cannot also be true that I am unlovable and damaged and broken.”
“Immediately, as soon as we claim what we want, we’re likely to hit subconscious stoppers. But they will continue to come up and you have to work with them, you have to work on them. This means process work, healing, and clearing what’s been stored in your body and your cells so that you’re free to move forward.”

If you follow me on Instagram, you’ve seen my journey with food and healing my body in a way that has felt, not entirely impossible but close for the last several years. While I’ve seen tremendous healing and changes through this work, I’m now at a place where some things are getting worse before they can get better. “I gained a lot of weight from my adrenals crashing, from the stress from my whole system not working the way it’s designed to because I had put my body through so much. I had been through so much physically and emotionally, and I couldn’t lose the weight no matter what I tried.“
“I had to move through a ton of subconscious stoppers to stay committed to this thing that I deeply want and desire, and I had to have a lot of faith in somebody I trust to lead me through it.”
“Sometimes there are journeys where it’s just this consistent uptrend, and that’s wonderful and beautiful. For me, healing from grief and trauma, that wasn’t the case. Things had to come more undone, and there were things that I had to actively, consciously choose to break further, to break all the way through, so that they could really, truly begin to mend the way that they were meant to.“

“Living our fullest expression is the biggest, most important contribution that we can make in this lifetime.”In this episode, I’m talking about understanding and activating the three channels for change. This is for people driven to contribute to the world in some way that is beyond simply creating changes within ourselves. When we understand the different channels of expression for our purpose work to move through, we can start channeling our energy and efforts in deeply productive and transformational ways. This is about going above and beyond living our fullest expression and creating a fully aligned life; it’s about transmuting our rage, fury, sadness, and hurt into contributions that ripple through communities and generations.

What to listen for:* Internal healing and growth work is vital to making change * Being a stand for the transformation that we feel is most important * Creating and gaining clarity from our emotions and state * Transmuting our contractive experiences into contribution * The power of owning our rage and fury
“When we’re in our rage, our anger, our fury, we are the most passionate. We are the most intense and intentional, only aligned with what we care about. You have to have a relationship to anger, and a lot of people, and certain personality types in particular, are terrified of their anger. But anger is one of our most divinely fueled emotions.”
“There are three channels for change; the first is a channel of expression, which is your purpose. Living our fullest expression is the biggest, most important contribution we can make in this lifetime. I know that with my whole soul—just being who you are here to be is one of the greatest contributions that you can make.“

In this episode, I’m talking about owning your ‘no’ and why that’s critical to creating what you deeply desire. In order to get to our “hell yeses” and make the impossible inevitable, we will have to navigate our way past the things that are “close, but not quite.” And for many, this is tremendously more challenging than we anticipate, especially when something seems almost right and others don’t understand why we’d ever turn that person or opportunity down. A ‘no’ always moves us forward as much as a ‘yes,’ when we’re willing to trust and honor that, without reverting backward when it seems like nothing else is coming our way.

What to listen for:* Why it’s essential to know yourself and your truth * Understanding how and when your intuition speaks to you * Going through different experiences and better clarifying our ‘no’ * How we can identify what to say ‘yes’ to instead * The frequency of being decided and how to transform reality
“We cut off everything else. We say, ‘this and nothing less,’ which means no to that, to what’s happening now. When we say no, everything shifts around us because those things are no longer an option, which means we can only give our attention to things that are. We shift our way of being in the world. We’re engaging with life differently now.“
“It can be difficult to say ‘no’ if you have trauma around your no not being respected. You’re ‘no’ not being allowed, not being an option. People overwhelming you, gaslighting you, manipulating you, bullying you, controlling you, abusing you. So if it’s hard for you to say ‘no,’ there’s a reason, and that reason simply requires support, processing, and healing.“

“If you step backward, slip up, or throw your hands in the air—give yourself grace.”In this episode, I’m talking about how we stay in motion when things get hard or don’t go how we want them to. When we’re moving towards big, seemingly impossible goals and desires, it’s nearly unavoidable to have these periods where things become challenging, don’t go the way we want, or move in a far from smooth and seamless manner! We must learn to normalize this process and move through these periods of frustration; otherwise, we’ll revert to our subconscious winning strategy and keep what we truly want perpetually out of reach.

What to listen for:* The first step is to normalize this process in our minds * Remembering that there’s always tension in growth * Questions to help you navigate the challenging periods * How to avoid activating our subconscious winning strategy * Staying plugged into our desires to keep ourselves in motion
“It’s really important that you notice the stories you tell, and part of the way that we combat stories surfacing at all is by going into it knowing that challenges might be a part of the process. Things might not always go the way that you want them to. That’s okay. That’s normal. It doesn’t mean anything other than right now it’s challenging.”
“There are times that our subconscious wins. Sometimes we’re just tired, and our willpower is overextended. Give yourself grace. If you step backward, slip up, or throw your hands in the air—give yourself grace. Understand that this might happen and normalize it. What matters is that you stay in motion. And sometimes being in motion looks like quitting and giving up.“
“Change requires you being someone different, being someone who engages with the world in a whole new way that’s all new and unfamiliar. These are actively going against our subconscious programming. We need support, whatever that support looks like. And it must be clean support. It must be unbiased support, that helps facilitate that internal process of plugging back into what’s important to you.“

“You cannot be shaped by something you’re unwilling to feel.”In this episode, I’m talking about the art of transmutation and how we use it to step into our fullest expression and begin contributing to the world in the way that only we can. Transmutation is changing or altering the form, appearance, or nature of something—especially to a higher form. It’s a practice I’ve been engaged in for as far back as I can remember, and it’s allowed me to take grief, trauma, sadness, despair, and anger and turn them into productive and expansive energies that create lasting change in the world around me. If you want to understand this process a bit more and how you can apply it on your own journey, this episode is for you!

What to listen for:* The multiple ways to understand and define transmutation * How transmutation showed up during my grief journey * You can’t transmute if you’re bypassing harder emotions * Life can’t shape you if there’s avoidance at play
“You cannot be shaped by something you’re unwilling to feel. You cannot truly transmute something contractive, heavy, and hard into something expansive, purposeful, and productive without feeling it. You may be able to extract lessons and wisdom from what happened, but you’re doing it intellectually. You haven’t found your way to that.”
“If this is your first big loss or trauma, it doesn’t make sense most of the time for you to transmute and channel. It can make sense for you to feel and process to build that relationship to your emotions. To navigate the deep underbelly of these journeys. Or you may be at a point where you’ve been feeling, healing, reorienting to yourself, and now you’re ready to transmute. But maybe you’re not ready to channel that. There are stages to this.”
“These are the channels for transmuting contractive experiences into productive and expansive ones. And we start to create change not just for ourselves in our lives but for those around us. We start to disrupt generational and systemic patterns that cause harm simply by feeling our feelings fully and learning to work with them very specifically.“

“If everything could be transformed overnight, would it be worth doing the deeper work to experience that?”In this episode, I’m talking about quantum leaps and how we can start experiencing more of them in every area of our lives. Most people don’t like the concept of quantum leaps because it’s so overused in online marketing, specifically by coaches who make dramatic claims about making money. But quantum leaps are simply an abrupt change, sudden increase, or dramatic advance as a result of seemingly small internal shifts. They directly result from altering our worldview, subconscious beliefs, and way of being—all things that cause the world to reconfigure around us and life’s many possibilities to suddenly become accessible.

What to listen for:* The definition of a quantum leap and how they occur * Going from overdrawn bank accounts to six-figures in six months * How our subconscious programming limits possibilities * Feeling called to an event that I couldn’t really afford to attend * The reflection that shifted my perception of self rapidly
“I saw my client commanding a room from a very soft, purposeful power that she had within her, and something about that resonated for me. I knew that I had that in me somewhere. I had just lost it. I had just forgotten about it. This two-and-a-half-day experience altered what was going on for me internally; it shifted my perception of myself, life, and business. It gave me clarity around what I wanted to do, who I wanted to work with, what I wanted to offer, who I wanted to be inside all of that.“
“The reason that it doesn’t resonate for us is that something is missing in that conversation. How do we do that? How do we make that internal shift a reality to experience an abrupt change, a sudden increase, or a dramatic advance? That is what is left out of these conversations. And even in me talking about this, you still might not like the answer.“

“When we’re being the person who has what we want, we become magnetic to it because we’re operating at the same frequency of it.In this episode, I’m talking about how we compound magnetism so we can continue aligning with what we want, even when life gets chaotic and hard. We all experience challenging chapters and have to navigate big life transitions, not to mention having to feel all the contractive and uncomfortable feelings in between. But experiencing sadness, anger, hurt, jealousy, or frustration doesn’t mean we stop our manifestations from coming through… when we know how to stay plugged into our desire and the correct energetics.

What to listen for:* What is magnetism, and where does it come from? * Changing frequencies result in our cells vibrating differently * The methodology for making the impossible inevitable * How we shift the odds of what we want happening in our favor
“What we want literally begins to move towards us as we move towards it. So to know what it is that you want, you have to know who it is that you’re here to be. When we are being the person who has what we want, we become magnetic to it because we are operating at the same frequency of it.“
“When life is chaotic… when the big, hard, heavy contract of emotion shows up, and you feel overwhelmed when it feels disorienting, simply to exist in your own skin… you have to be able to plug back in. Really visualize what you want and tap into who we need to be.“

“If you want to grow, you’re going to be stretched.”In this episode, I’m talking about stretching yourself and navigating the tension of rapid growth. I’m personally moving through a season of massive expansion in all areas of my life, and feeling stretched is a constant theme. But I understand that there’s always tension in growth, and while sometimes that can feel painful and hard, it doesn’t mean anything is wrong. It doesn’t mean that what I want isn’t possible or I’m incapable of bringing it to life; it just means that I’m in the process of growing into more and calling in more aligned experiences.

What to listen for:* Stretching expands our capacity for more, better, and different * There’s always tension in growth, but that doesn’t mean anything * The importance of building a relationship with our emotions
“If you want to grow, to step into what it is that calls you, and make impossible things happen rapidly, you have to have a relationship to your emotions because you’re going to be stretched as an individual, as a leader, as a creative, as a partner, as a parent. You’re going to be stretched. And in that stretching, there will be tension, discomfort, even pain.”
“We don’t even like to say things are going to be hard because we think we’re manifesting challenges. That’s not how it works. You’re stating a fact. I am about to stretch myself and my capacity. I’m about to step out of the known and familiar. There’s going to be tension to some degree, which means within that tension, there might be pain, there might be challenges and struggles and discomfort. Can you normalize that?”
“If you can look back and every time you’ve ever stopped, whether it was an external or an internal reason, you can start to unpack how your subconscious knows it can get you to stop. There’s no judgment. We all have a way that we stop.”

“You have to be yourself because living in that authentic expression is what is going to make you happy, not people pleasing.”Today I’m talking to Kaedyn Nedopak—an award-winning transgender writer, producer, and creative activist who uses his creative work to inspire others and activate change in the world—about his journey of transitioning and how he’s moved through seemingly impossible challenges along the way. Kaedyn is coming to us from the middle of this experience for our first “in process” episode, and he has so much potent wisdom to share about what it takes to not only claim what’s most aligned for you but actually move it into a reality. His journey has inspired me on so many levels, and I know you will love this conversation.

What to listen for: Kaedyn’s background as an actor and creator * Coming out as trans while editing his first book, Gaia’s Song* * Finding points of reference for full expression through art * Letting go of people pleasing and living your authentic expression
“You have to be yourself because living in that authentic expression is what is going to make you happy, not people pleasing. And then here’s the beautiful part. You are going to meet people that are in alignment that support that.”
“I would say that probably the most difficult part of this transition is the loss. I don’t grieve my old self. I’ve never felt more alive. Every single day I was out and sharing and stepping into that authenticity, I felt alive.”
“This is lifesaving for me. And I tear up about this, but I said to myself, ‘I don’t know if I can be on this planet anymore in this body now that I know. I cannot go another year and make it to another birthday in this body. I can’t.’ I was like, ‘if I don’t do this now, I’m not gonna be here.’ And I think that is probably one of the darkest moments I had after I came out… just the desperation.”
Kaedyn Nedopak (he/him) is an award-winning transgender Writer, Producer and Creative Activist who uses his creative work to inspire others and activate change in the world. Credits include the first-ever live Hollywood award show for geeks, The Geekie Awards, featuring Stan Lee; viral series The Skyrim Parodies and Late to the Game, the latter earning Nedopak the International Academy of Web Television’s ‘Best Host’ award. Kaedyn’s TV script for Gaia’s Song was awarded ‘Best Television Pilot’ finalist at CANNES, and after an international festival run with 20+ awards, Nedopak chose to turn the story into YA fantasy book series about a group of LGBTQ teens who survive a 19th century gender and class-driven society, in a tale of magic, found family and the healing power of love.

“Surrender means that we’re deepening into our desire and calling with openness.”In this episode, we’re talking about what surrender really means, how to settle into it to create rapid transformation, and how to take back your authority around what’s possible for you. Surrender is a wildly misunderstood word because we associate it so strongly with “giving up” on something, but that’s not what surrender means within the context of making our impossible desires inevitable. It aligns us with what we say we want and allows the right path to unfold continuously, letting life lead us into the experiences and opportunities that will shape us more fully into who we’re here to be. This conversation will help you redefine surrender so that you can step into the frequency of flow and start creating more, better, and different with far more ease.

What to listen for:* Understanding what surrender actually means * How to stop being in resistance and why it matters * Figuring out what we view as the “enemy” or “opponent” * Being present in what we’re experiencing creates flow * The critical types of trust and how they come into play
“If you don’t have trust, you cannot surrender because it won’t feel safe. You don’t trust yourself. You don’t trust life. You don’t trust other people. You don’t trust what you’re called towards, your desires, your purpose. And when you don’t trust, you can’t be open.”
“We are the only person who has authority around what is and is not possible for us in our lives, but we don’t take that authority. We give the power to the past, to our interpretations, to our experience thus far with what’s possible and what’s not.”
“Surrender doesn’t mean that we throw our hands up in the air and that we’re not being guided and directed and moving towards and creating what we want. It means that we are deepening into our desire and calling with an openness, a receptiveness.”

“Eventually, we will open into an expansive state because we have allowed what is here and contractive to move out of us.”In this episode, we’re talking about working with our emotions healthily and productively. I’m also introducing you to the concept of The Void, a cornerstone in my work. In this world, we’re often taught that some emotions are “good,” and others are “bad,” but that couldn’t be further from the truth. Emotions are just energy in motion, and some of those energies are expansive, while others are contractive. Regardless of which category they fit into, all our emotions are good, valid, and healthy when we build a relationship with them and move them out of our bodies in productive ways. In this conversation, you’ll learn some techniques for working with your emotions (especially your “no-go zone” emotions), why this is vital to making the impossible happen, and how to access more of the feelings and states that you desire (and with far more fullness!)

What to listen for:* Understanding contractive vs. expansive emotions * You’re not tricking your body when you bypass emotions * If you avoid contractive emotions, you’ll mute the expansive ones * Anger is a healthy and profoundly supportive emotion * No-go zone emotions and why you must feel and process them * Personality types, core wounds, and subconscious winning strategies
“Whatever core emotion you refuse to feel is driving your life. And in your methods and strategies for avoiding it, you’re actually keeping what you want—both in terms of what you want to have, do, be, and create, and how you want to feel—perpetually out of reach. And even if you can feel those things, you won’t feel the fullness of them, the richness of them. They will be fleeting.”
“Process work is confronting. It’s challenging and revealing. It’s the most uncomfortable work you’ll ever do. But it will give you access to everything you want to feel, everything you desire, that you are fighting so hard to cultivate in yourself but you’re failing to experience.“
“When we move past that point that we think is a point of no return, we open into what’s next. And there might be layers. Rage might go to sadness, might go to hopelessness, might go to hurt. But we can’t get to those layers if we’re unwilling to feel what’s present at the surface. And eventually, we will open into an expansive state because we have allowed what is here and contractive to move out of us.“

“Doing hard things looks like you just taking the next breath and the next step. And then doing that again and again until you’re on the other side.”In this episode, we’re talking about what persistence should actually be centered around and what it takes to do hard things (as well as how these depend on one another). I personally had to do a lot of really hard things over the last couple of weeks, letting go of both my beloved cats suddenly and unexpectedly, just five days apart. And while “doing hard things” doesn’t necessarily become easier as we build our capacity for it, what I do know to be true is that it can be more easeful. Meaning, we’re not piling resistance, tension, and heaps of old baggage on top of how challenging it already is to navigate what we’re walking through.

What to listen for:* The loss of my two cats five days apart over the holidays * Thinking, “I don’t know how to do this,” and the truth that followed * Doing hard things can initially bring up a lot of doubt. * How we actually do hard things
“You just take the next breath and the next step. And then you do that again and again and again until you’re on the other side. You feel your feelings and you break down and you cry, whatever you need to do as you take those steps. But the only way through hard things is to walk through it.”
“It was messy, but I did it one step and one decision at a time. And here’s the thing about doing hard things that are abrupt and sudden and overwhelming, which a lot of them are. There’s a shift that happens in our foundation. And when the ground shifts beneath us, our center of gravity shifts with it. It can be very disorienting.“
“We can’t do hard things if we’re unwilling to feel what’s challenging, difficult, and uncomfortable. If we’re unwilling to sit in uncertainty, to navigate our way through that, to face the many unknowns that come with these experiences. We can’t do them. We will seek to bypass, to avoid, to stuff down. And we might get through to the other side of something, but we won’t be free and clear of it. We’ll still be carrying everything that was unfelt, unprocessed, unresolved in our bodies, in our cells, in our tissues, in our bones.“

“When someone perceives us, they’re telling us more about who they are and how they see the world.”In this episode, we’re talking about the art and power of not taking things personally and how it creates more freedom and leverage to align with what you want. We’ve all heard about not taking other people’s opinions, judgments, or hurtful actions personally. Still, there’s more to the equation if you want to release your attachment to other people’s perceptions, and I’m sharing a perspective on this topic that’s rarely discussed. This work is critical in making the impossible happen because attachment activates our subconscious winning strategy and pushes what we desire further and further away. Additionally, we’ll cover the Perception Model so that you actually understand why things aren’t personal!

What to listen for:* The perception model and how we perceive people or experiences * Our internal filters, perceptions, and deeper structures * Internalizing experiences based on our stories and worldviews * When our perception mixes with our current state and emotions
“If we’re not conscious of our anger, if we’re deep in the messy experience and we’re feeling triggered or we’re feeling hurt, and that’s why anger is present, the way that we perceive something changes. It’s influenced by our current state, and it can be influenced by our physical state and experience.”
“We must do the deeper healing work to really understand our own perception model and build it in such a way that it’s supportive and productive of creating what we really want.”
“We can relish in the expansive emotions and feel the goodness of it; that’s the same as feeling our disappointment, hurt, or anger. We can feel how we feel about it, but we don’t tell stories. We don’t interpret it. We don’t take it personally. Someone else loving my book is no more a reflection of me than someone hating it.”

“Let life support you. The baseline state of our universe is well-meaning and kindly towards you.”In today’s episode, we’re talking about the four different types of trust and learning how to let life support you. Oftentimes, as we walk these journeys, we start to believe that life is happening to us. But when we learn how to separate the human and natural elements from the universe as a whole—and we understand the frequency that it operates from—we can learn to work with it to create what we desire. But this requires the foundational energetics of specific types of trust, and that’s exactly what we’re digging into today.

What to listen for:* Life is always happening around us, as life tends to do * What trust means, and understanding the frequency of it * Fear and trust vs. fear, worry, and doubt * Trusting yourself and your intuition * Building a relationship with your body’s wisdom
“Your body is more capable than you are. It’s wired to pick up on those variations and frequency and energy. Intention is an energy. Trust is an energy. The desire to cause harm is an energy. It’s a frequency that gets emitted from the other person from the situation. It hangs in the air, and your body has the ability to discern that.”
“Every time someone or something falls away in the process of becoming who we’re here to be and in the process of creating our impossible desires, it’s a deeper active alignment that takes a tremendous amount of trust in yourself and your calling.”
“Looking at these experiences and these people individually helps us build a new map, a new framework for who is trustworthy and who is not so that we can better discern that. Not everyone is untrustworthy just because you had bad experiences; only those people are now untrustworthy. How can you learn from that in such a way that allows you to rebuild trust in everyone else who is yet to lose your trust?”
“The baseline state of our universe is well-meaning and kindly towards you. It supports you in growing into who you’re here to be. Your fullest expression. Life is not happening to you; it’s happening around you, as life tends to do. Can you separate the human and natural elements out?”

“Just because things aren’t being reflected back to you doesn’t mean they’re not happening.”In this episode, we’re talking about moving out of ruts and periods of stagnation, something all of us have to face at some point on our journeys. These are seasons where we lack flow, everything seems to stall out, and no matter what we do, we can’t seem to get back in motion. It’s very easy to fall into doubt, worry, scarcity, and fear during these times, but there are tangible actions we can take to move out of a rut and get back into flow around what we desire.

What to listen for:* The reason we end up in ruts and periods of stagnation * What happens when it feels like the universe has “gone quiet” on us * Learning to hold a certain energetic frequency during ruts * Trusting the process regardless of circumstances
“Just because things aren’t being reflected back to you doesn’t mean they’re not happening. It doesn’t mean that they’re not aligning. We have to learn to hold a certain energetic frequency, even in those periods of ruts and stagnations, and there are certain things that we can do to get back in motion more quickly.”
“Create space. Clear clutter. Get rid of distractions and mechanisms for numbing. Step out of any misaligned obligations. Anything that’s taking up space, time, energy, or attention that’s not aligned for you anymore, clear it out, and don’t fill it. Sit in the void created by the space.“
“These are opportunities for us to deepen our alignment, our commitment, and our declaration that we can have what we desire by continuing to say no to what is not in alignment. We don’t talk to the ex. We don’t take on the old client or go back to the old job. We don’t say yes to the apartment on the wrong side of town. We hold steady for what we desire.“
