Many men have a crisis of identity what is it to be a man? How am I supposed to be? What is my role in relationship? And many other questions.
This podcast is made to address this subject as an Irish man, born of this land who has spent many years struggling with his identity of being an Irishman. We traverse many subjects and ultimately I believe we start to heal and weave what it is to be a healthy man on this land both culturally and individually.
Niall works as a Mens Work facilitator in Ireland addressing such work as Mens Shadow, Embodiment, Initiation and Sexuality.
Cathal Fahy is an intimacy and sexuality coach based in Sydney, Australia. Cathal spent over 15 years personally battling performance anxiety, erectile dysfunction, and premature ejaculation before finding his own path to healing.
Now the founder of Intimacy Rewired, he works directly with men to break the psychological and physical patterns behind sexual dysfunction — helping them reclaim not just their sex lives, but their confidence, purpose, and vitality.
In this podcast we dived into:
The Hidden Epidemic Nobody Talks About Sexual dysfunction is silently affecting men of all ages and shame is keeping them trapped.
The Psychology Behind the Physical Why the vast majority of sexual dysfunction starts in the mind, not the body.
Coming Back Into the Body How disconnection from the pelvis, sacrum, and heart fuels dysfunction — and how embodiment practices can heal it.
What Nobody Tells Men About Sex How pornography, peer pressure, and cultural shame have given men a completely distorted education around sexuality.
Note: In this episode we talk frankly and openly regrading sex and sexual acts that some listeners may find explicit listening. Please take note before listening around children or those who may be easily offended

This week, I’m joined by my good friend Cormac Noonan, founder of Wolf Academy, bringing emotional intelligence, confidence, and real-life skills into schools across Ireland.
In this conversation, we go beyond business on the surface and into the deeper journey underneath it - the reality of building something meaningful while navigating your own inner world at the same time.
Cormac shares his path from chasing a corporate career to walking away from it, searching for purpose, and ultimately creating work that feels aligned and the cost that comes with that.

Today I’m joined by my good friend Sinead, who is the founder of Conscious Connections Ireland - an organisation that is transforming how people meet, relate, and build meaningful connection across Ireland.
Her work spans everything from singles events and conscious dating experiences, to couples workshops and deeper relational training — all grounded in one core idea: that healthy, fulfilling relationships are not something we’re taught… but something we must learn.
In this conversation, we go deep into the evolving landscape of relationships - particularly here in Ireland - and explore why so many of us feel unprepared when it comes to love, intimacy, and connection.
We speak about how relationships are changing, what it actually means to relate consciously, and why developing these skills is no longer optional if we want depth, stability, and real partnership.
We also explore some key themes including:

This conversation dives into one of the most misunderstood forces in men’s work, the dark masculine.

Most men don’t struggle in relationships because they don’t care, they struggle because they were never taught how.
In this episode, I’m joined by David Chambers, founder of The Authentic Man a charismatic coach in the UK who specialises in dating, relationships, and intimacy for men. With more than a decade of experience, he has honed his skills in empowering men to develop deeply connected relationships and vibrant sexual lives. This conversation is about the evolution of modern men. About responsibility. About emotional maturity. About breaking the tribal conspiracy that keeps men disconnected and isolated from themselves and therefore from women.

If you’ve ever felt like men are changing… but not fast enough — this episode is for you.
The relationship & expectations between men & women is changing rapidly.
Women are no longer willing to carry emotional immaturity in a relationship. They’re asking for men who are present, responsible, and emotionally available… and for a lot of men, that feels almost impossible — not because they don’t care, but because they were never taught how.
Today I’m joined by Hugh Newton — a man who’s been in the trenches of men’s work for over two decades. I first met Hugh nearly ten years ago during my own initiation with the Mankind Project. He also works with A Celebration of Being an organisation supporting men & women together.
He’s also the founder of The Sovereign’s Journey — and in this conversation we go deep into
Why so many men live in survival mode
Why the “hero” path eventually burns us out
-What it actually takes to move into sovereignty — where love, leadership, and real partnership become possible.
If you’re a man who wants to show up better… or a woman who wants to understand what’s happening beneath the surface — I genuinely think this one matters.

Ianto’s work weaves personal healing with right relationship to community, culture, and the living world—grounded, practical, and deeply values-led.

Framework of Wholeness: https://youtu.be/RMcHWViy_FU
Shame is one of the most powerful emotions we carry. It keeps us small, disconnected, and afraid to show up as who we truly are.
In this episode, I reveal the 4 levels of shame:
Cultural – The legacy of being Irish and colonized.
Religious & Childhood – Wounds from the church and school.
Masculine – The fear of stepping up as a man.
Inherited – The ancestral weight passed down through generations.
Shame is an aspect of a greater framework that I teach. If you would like to know more click the link below
A Contemporary Framework for Wholeness
We hear this question being echoed in society, a calling forth of a different type of man. But often we do not look at the greater cultural shifts that have left men confused about how what it actually means to be a man, we have lost the traditional roles and now there is a new man needing to emerge.
In this podcast I dive into what is shifting in culture and that a different type of man needs to emerge now. We are being called by women and society to level up as men.
I cover:
This difficulty and confusion we are faced with as men in todays society
How many of us have abandoned our masculinity because of the backlash against men
How men give up their own power to feel safe and acceptable
How the rising and healing of women is calling us into being greater men
There is a new era of man emerging, who is not only deep within himself but he has worked through his wounds around the feminine and women. This man lives beyond the narratives of culture and lives by his own rules.
There are a few men who have done some work and realise there is more to go. If this is you setup a chat here to see how my method of working with men is changing peoples lives and relationships. Book here
Many men have the experience ‘I feel like im living in my head.’ Yes we are functional and getting by but there is an underlying restlessness or stuckness. Getting into the body and facing the reasons we have become disembodied supports us to become grounded and open men feeling connected to life.

We have been lead to believe that as an individual we can gain personal power but it is becoming clear that we as men are intimately linked to much greater forces from our past and society that directly impact our sense of personal power.
In this podacst i go into the reasons why even though men have done so much personal work they are still feeling disempowered, stuck and like they cannot move forward in life. I look at the 4 main reasons around my personal journe yof empowerment you may not be aware of:

Many men end up trapped the spirit realms, avoiding emotions and rationalizing our way through life because many spiritual teachings support this.
At some point we realize we are disconnected from life and the only way through is to descend into soul and the feminine realms of life, emotions and body.

How our unprocessed childhood traumas lead us to disconnect, or escape to spirit realms
The impact of not being connected to the body and emotions
The cultural imprint on men of suppressing feelings and interacting with the world from a rational perspective

Men have gathered in communities of men for centuries. Most tribes or communities will have Mens Lodges where men gather and do sacred work.
In this podcast I dive into the necessity of men coming together. How it supports us as men and how it supports us to show up better for our women and communities. Mens work is also essential at this time when the masculine is being attacked as being domineering, patriarchal, controlling and repressing of women, it is essential for us as men to the work together to break down our own internalised patriarchy and emerge having integrated fully our healthy masculine.

In this episode I discuss what is the Patriarchy and unhealthy masculinity and introduce the idea that it is necessary to reclaim healthy masculinity to be able to step out of our current paradigm. I talk about how as a culture our reaction to the patriarchy led us into a state of disempowerment and how it is necessary to now do the deep work of reclaiming our healthy masculine for the sake of ourselves and our culture.

Sacred Sons have become a very well known and International Mens movement, that are bringing in alot of new people to Mens work, they are really putting themselves out there knowing that this work needs to be seen.
This is is a short review of my experience on the weekend. How I believe the mens movement is evolving. How ritual Combat, Embodiment and Brotherhood are key pieces of masculinity that are not being addressed and that ultimately the only way out of this mess is for men to do their work together. We got our selves into this mess and I believe it is conscious men who will also get us out of this mess.
This was a transformative and Informative weekend for me. Thank you to Jason Mac, Kale, Andrew, Micheal, Peter and Jack. and all the team who made this possible.
This comes from a long journey of self discovery, of trying to avoid my own toxic masculinity and deeper more fucked up parts of me, I escaped and aspired to the feminine, a place of love, connection and flow. The place I was told I should be.
But over the years I realised that I needed to deal with my own masculine for my feminine to truly come online. As far as im concerned it was the masculine that got us into this mess and it is the masculine that must get us out. This is the work of being conscious men, doing the deep work through our unconscious toxicity so we can emerge as beautiful, present men who hold the feminine with protection, sacredness and beauty.
An Introduction to my Podcast and also looking at the fundamental teachings that I offer. Looking at the relationship between the missing piece in culture of Descent and eastern concept of Hara and how they are related in this framework of finding deeper consciousness within us.
