It is also about restoring the structure in which the signal of life can be received, integrated, and understood.
And that structure… may be simpler than we think.

My second interview with Hank Allen of Eagle, Idaho centers on Hank’s claim that his electrical sensitivity dramatically diminished after he reduced the mold burden in his body using the approach described in Neil Nathan’s book, Toxic. So dramatic was the improvement that Hank was able not only to attend his daughter’s high-school graduation as he had hoped, but also to take the family on a vacation to Italy where he felt well. We also talk about faith, the current status of the lawsuit supported by CHD, and Hank’s view that changes to radio-frequency safety guidelines — and he believes that broader support for the president and his HHS secretary would be beneficial. Individual response to the concept of electromagnetic harm varies. The majority go with the crowd and bowing down to the modern tech gods, others take a precautionary approach, some experience life changing sensitization.
I learn the most from the latter which is why I often feature conversations with the afflicted. No matter where you are on the response scale, I hope you’ll enjoy this long-format, almost two hour conversation with Daniel Vasku.

Daniel is a long-term survivor and has worked very hard taking a quantitative approach to reducing exposures. For ten years he’s been seeking community-based living that can include those who are sensitive, a complex topic which we discuss in detail. James Corbett and I chatted about the other 5G—fifth-generation warfare (5GW), which, depending on your perspective, either has nothing at all to do with the reckless spread of harmful man-made electromagnetic radiation or everything to do with it.
Although we’ll never know for certain if 5GW is responsible, I believe it's the perfect lens through which we can understand so many initiatives that otherwise make no sense. The continued exposure of children in schools, for example, to radio-frequency (RF) radiation, arguably hiding RF transmitters inside modern appliances, the normalization of 'beam forming' as a way of selectively increasing millimeter-wave (mmWave) RF exposure on an individualized basis, blue tooth 'earbuds' and hearing aids deployed notwithstanding decades-old concern for breaching the blood-brain-barrier, ignoring non-thermal effects of smart tech and smart tech infrastructure, bombarding the entire earth from space via StarLink, involuntary mmWave RF exposure upon entry to supermarkets on and around highways as well as the most obvious assault — 'wireless trespass' into every home in a 'service area.' These are just a few things, off the top of my head, that make no sense except through the lens of fifth-generation warfare.
For this reason, I first wrote about 5GW in part four of my series, "What Exactly is 5G?" and conducted this interview with James. No, James and I didn't speak about synthetic EMF exposures in this interview, only the general topic of 5GW, including:
- History of warfare
- Historical examples of non-kinetic operations involving the use of incomplete, misleading, and/or false information
- Other resources on this topic
- Withholding legitimate information, including James' experience being 'de-platformed' from YouTube
- Defensive strategies, including protecting the space between your ears
As you know by now, I seldom stray far from the topic of surviving electromagnetic poisoning. Still, I make this exception because I believe 5GW has everything to do with normalizing personal synthetic radiation exposure. Understanding this will help you in your journey of survival. Knowing that it's not all just a big mistake, that the authorities do know synthetic EMF is harmful and have known so for some time, may help your resolve.

Imagine moving into your dream home and shortly afterward being plagued by a mysterious ringing in your ears that your doctor and specialists had not been able to stop. We'll explore the story of a husband who experienced relief during an EMF consultation in his home—coming up!
Introduction
New clients often contact me with concerns about medical issues. I always clarify upfront that I'm not a healthcare provider and make no medical claims. I don't cure or prevent any conditions, including tinnitus.
Pronunciation
To ensure I pronounce 'tinnitus' correctly, I checked two authoritative online sources with good credentials. Interestingly, each provided a different pronunciation.
Common Complaints
Tinnitus is just one of several common complaints among my clients. Others include headaches, anxiety, insomnia, fatigue, cognitive impairment (often referred to as brain fog), and behavioral abnormalities in children. These are noted anecdotally, as I don't make a point of tracking medical complaints.
Case Description
In this case, a husband and wife had recently moved into a new home. The husband began experiencing tinnitus for the first time, which was both disabling and troublesome. Despite consulting with two neurologists and a primary care provider, no solution had been found. He told me he was scheduled for a spinal tap to explore the possibility of meningitis. Interestingly, he felt better when away from home, which is something I often hear about in my work.
The husband was outdoors when we arrived for the evaluation, puttering around the garage despite the cold weather. I suggested we start the session by meeting together to review the process, collect any additional data, and answer their questions. However, the husband had to leave the house less than five minutes into our meeting due to his discomfort. This was unusual and noteworthy.
We continued the evaluation with the wife, explaining the two-part process: one set of data collected with the power on and one with the power off. This approach helps create a differential to identify self-generated synthetic EMF.
My wife and I worked quickly and efficiently, eager to reach the 'power off' portion of the evaluation, which would eliminate much of the synthetic EMF.
Our findings revealed an impressive (not in a good way) amount of self-generated synthetic EMF, suggesting that, how shall I say this? Technology was embraced without consideration for potential EMF harm.
The house had copious RF emissions from various so-called 'smart' devices, including continuously emitting window coverings, wireless cameras, and smart appliances.
Many of these devices were battery-powered, detectable only after the power was turned off. Additionally, the couple used smartwatches and smartphones, contributing to the overall extraordinarily high RF exposures. I showed him using my meters how common it is now that so-called smart devices which appear to be off, often still emit

The short answer is no – the city of Sandpoint isn’t a good place to live if minimizing involuntary exposure to synthetic electromagnetic fields (EMF) is a priority. However, you might find a suitable location outside the city limits, thanks to the low population density and favorable terrain features.

The earth's natural electromagnetic environment supports all life, but this balance is disrupted in Sandpoint by pervasive synthetic EMFs. What is it like to have your world made smaller due to electromagnetic poisoning? Working, worshiping, and attending essential functions with your children become more challenging -- sometimes impossible.
The heartbreak of seeing your family go off to enjoy a family vacation without you because you can no longer endure synthetic radiation exposure is difficult to imagine.
These and many other dramatic losses are common topics among the afflicted, of whom I am one.
As you may have noticed by now, my work as an independent EMF Consultant allows me to work closely with many such people. I treasure these experiences; they bring me joy. I want to share a glimpse into the world of those afflicted because it shows my clients that others are suffering and a better life is possible after effective remediation.
It's also a blessing for those who are not (yet) persuaded that the convenience, amusement, and stimulation we derive from 'smart' tech come at a high cost in terms of human suffering.

It’s been about a year since I’ve visited this topic. I’ve met many people, served many new clients, built relationships with others in my field so I wanted to let you know where my thinking is now on the important topic of EMF harmonizers, pendents, neutralizers, blockers, reducers and other such things.
Electromagnetic poisoning victims brought near death, then recovering and going on to a productive life with increasing resilience and decreasing sensitivity are the primary benchmarks in my work. Others I know who fit this description have tried protection devices and, by experience, know they don’t work.
If I were another kind of man, I could make a fortune creating and selling a Keith Cutter-approved protection device or becoming an affiliate for a manufacturer with one already on the market. It would certainly be much easier than legitimate assessment and remediation.
The placebo effect is real, so people not in the benchmark group may feel better about continuing to use their tech, but I’ve never been able to measure a significant reduction in field strength. If synthetic radiation exposure is indeed harmful, it’s not helpful to feel better about continuing exposure.
We are all susceptible to effective advertising, especially if we want to believe in a magic pill.
My advice is to first spend your money on living in a pristine EMF environment and enjoying its benefits. After you’ve accomplished this if you have any money left over and want to buy a protection device, go for it. I like the ones made of copper. I think they’re pretty.

We need this additional focus because all tech involves non-native EMF exposure – even on a wired computer. Much worse of course if your access involves a wireless connection. In either case you’re exposing yourself to nnEMF.
If standing barefoot on the earth under the healing rays of the sun is life-giving, screen time on any device is the opposite.
We can do many things to reduce personal radiation exposure while you’re using a computer, but what if we could reduce the amount of time spent on the computer – a double whammy – less time spent on a reduced EMF device.
And what’s tech doing to our brains? Our children’s and grandchildren’s brains? Is the damage reversible?
In this interview we’re going to pop the hood on tech addiction and discuss the effects it’s having on our children – if you haven’t looked into this, I’m sorry to say it may be much worse than you’ve imagined, but that can change. There’s a great deal of confusion about 5G and it’s precise meaning. There’s also a great deal of fear surrounding this topic in general. Metaphorically 5G has become a specter or an apparition in our culture. But what precisely is it? Let’s come out of the darkness, where specters live, and examine this phenomenon in the light of day.
It’s not that the various things that are associated with 5G aren’t harmful. I’m not saying that at all. It’s just that I’m not a fan of fear. Let’s replace the fear of 5G with knowledge and a plan for reducing personal exposure.

- Not everything that projects RF radiation and is called 5G has to do with 5G cell service.
- Not all forms of 5G project mmWave RF.

Roman Shapoval, co-host of The Power Couple podcast recently introduced me to Substack. I had heard of it of course. I had a couple of people I was already following there, but hadn’t give it much more thought.
However, I’ve always believed in trying new things. Sometimes the easiest way to test a new direction is to just do it. The barrier to entry was fairly low. I don’t see myself as a skilled writer, but I thought – what the heck. I’ll throw a line in the pond. See what happens
I wrote a first post entitled, I Will Not Go Gently into That Good Night, and Neither Should You where I briefly mentioned my 39 year experience with electromagnetic poisoning; the pre-existance of the God-given electromagnetic environment on earth; the universally harmful corruption of that environment by man-made technologies; and outlined what I’m doing and what I’d like to do with EMF, but lack the resources.
That’s it. I really didn’t expect much. And then? Well I’ll just say I was overwhelmed. Other content providers, none of which I’d met before, began referring their followers, lots of favorable comments, more direct interaction and frankly generous financial support relative to what I’ve experienced as a podcaster.
This created what I call a ‘good problem to have’. On the one hand, I really can’t afford to be spending more time at content creation. On the other the feedback seemed to indicate much more traction, I’ll call it, traction on this new platform.
And I can easily do things I can’t do on a podcast. I can incorporate others’ work, I can drop-in an image, audio clip or even a video, I can post on current EMF-related events, I can reference related work that’s outside my main focus. Lots of versatility.
The short version is this: I’m on substack under my name KeithCutter – check it out. Only been doing it 14 days. I’ve made 4 posts only 1 of which was significantly similar to my work here. You’ve already followed a remediation plan and reduced personal exposure levels of all types of EMF to your desired levels.
Today we're talking about how to reduce intermediate frequency electric fields. These are difficult to find because, with less expensive meters, they get lost between the high end of the electric fields and the low end of RF radiation.
We're going to use the "Jeromy Johnson technique" to identify the source of the radiation and talk about how to shield electric fields as well as how to accomplish something unique -- a type of shielding that holds back the electric fields and lets the desirable radiation pass through.

Today, I don't know of any fiber internet service without significant EMF issues. Period. The main problem is the amount of EMI, that stands for electromagnetic interference, radiated by the technology. EMI may also be conducted into your home and yard, perhaps even if you didn't sign up for the service. There are also other issues, just as bad as the first caused by some implementations of fiber and not others.
From an EMF perspective, today, there are bad implementations of fiber and worse implementations. In the future if there is a will to do a proper job of implementing fiber internet respecting biological level EMI it really could be the magic unicorn, but not yet. It’s fundamentally flawed and not appropriate for use near living things affected by nnEMF. That’s my opinion Winter 2024.

I’m not aware of anyone in the world more qualified than Arthur Firstenberg, Author of The Invisible Rainbow A History of Electricity and Life, to talk about the historical impacts of the reckless spread of harmful man-made electromagnetic radiation. His 40+ years of surviving electromagnetic poisoning, his medical background, his keen intellect and his multi-decade campaign to bring awareness to the harm that is being caused, not only to people but to plants, animals and insects as well as the zeal with which he approaches his research -- all of these things enable him to speak not only about what has happened in the past, but the inescapable conclusion that our current habits with regard to technologies are unsustainable.

What is the unmistakable signature, the cost we’re paying? What’s the tie to the diseases of civilization – heart disease, diabetes, cancer? Lot’s of miscellaneous tidbits along the way.
Next we talk about how much information and from what sources we had with regard to the potential harm from RF radiation and how we went ahead and implemented cell phone technology which requires anyone wanting to use such technology to live in an unnatural radiation environment 24x7 everyplace they go. And the rest of us, who know better? No way to escape this radiation inside our homes without modification or outside our homes at all.

Nighttime use of an RF shielded bed canopy can be a life saver, but what if you need more? Protection during the day in addition to protection at night. After all you can’t spend all day in bed! If you’re in survival mode; you’ve realized the place you’re living is uninhabitable from an RF radiation exposure perspective; and you need a way to endure until you can find or create a more appropriate living arrangement – this technique may be a real help in the short term.

Today we’re talking about an amazing, and I don’t use that word lightly – an amazing type of remediation appropriate in SOME (not all) cases. If a bed canopy is appropriate in your situation you really must consider using one.
There is no more important time and place than during sleep in your bedroom that you need to protect from RF radiation exposure. A quality bed canopy can provide up to 99% attenuation of RF radiation. But the devil is in the details. You’ve got to get this right to really enjoy the benefits. Can the poisoning be reversed? It can to some extent with many environmental toxins. I would argue it can also be reversed with electromagnetic poisoning, because it's what I've witnessed in my life. I've also seen it in the lives of other survivors.

There is a concept, a law in fact that is arguably the most important single concept for managing personal exposure to nnEMF. A single concept that has huge implications for individual exposure.

If you’re not technical you may need to prepare yourself. If you don’t consider yourself technically oriented – prepare yourself. I’m going to share two words, just two that describe and define this concept – this law. Two words, sounds kinda technical, but I’ll explain it. The two words are inverse and square.

Folks who live in care facilities such as assisted living, rehab, skilled nursing, memory care need healthy living conditions and restorative sleep for optimal health. Let’s take a careful look at the key weaknesses, from a nnEMF perspective.
What’s the problem exactly from an EMF perspective with living in care facilities? There are at least two specific problems in all facilities with which I’m familiar. Not saying there isn’t a proverbial “black swan” out there somewhere – a facility without these two specific issues. I’ve just never observed or heard of one.
There will be site specific and apartment specific or room specific nnEMF issues of course, but my focus is not on these today. Of course you should get a proper EMF assessment and remediation plan for yourself or your loved one to deal with the unique and specific EF, MF, DE and other RF issues in any living situation.
But the two things that are common to all facilities with which I’m familiar are ubiquitous RF radiation 24/7 from cell phones and WIFI and you don’t own the building so you can’t take control as you normally would in a home you own.

This is NOT the earthing that revolves around things you buy, rather it’s the kind that costs nothing and gives superior results without increasing exposure to harmful manmade electromagnetic radiation.
Today we’re going to talk all about where, why and how we achieve ‘earthing done right’.
To date we’ve spent considerable time talking about ways to minimize exposure to all forms of harmful man-made electromagnetic radiation. This, in my opinion, is one of the greatest issues of the 21st century. Some of necessity, others through a precautionary approach want to limit their exposure to these environmental toxins; want to protect themselves; protect their children and grandchildren.
I believe the reckless spread of harmful man-made electromagnetic radiation over the last 100 years, facilitated by our desires for more convenience, more amusement and more stimulation, is responsible for more suffering and death than all other sources combined.
For those of us who understand this issue and may be suffering ourselves, but don’t want to run away; don’t want to become just another EMF refugee – there is an alternative. An alternative that may provide better access to friends and family. Better access to employment and commerce. And better access to group worship – possibly with the same or even better healing potential. All of this without the vulnerability of becoming a refugee.
We’ve outlined half of this strategy over the course of the last 3 months. It involves a series of choices which result in the elimination or extreme reduction of exposure to man-made EMF.
So far we’ve discussed only the first half of this strategy – avoiding the bad radiation.
But there’s another half of the equation. In addition to avoiding exposure to all the harmful manmade EMF we need to consider optimizing exposure to legitimate EMF. The non-manmade EMF. That which sustains all life. That which was created in the beginning.
There are two obvious physical sources of EMF in nature – the sun and the earth. Both provide for nurturing EMF. Today we’re going to talk about making a choice to literally connect with the earth. An electrical connection in fact – one which provides for efficient electron transport from the earth to our bodies. This connection was used by our ancestors throughout the ages. In fact, all the way back to the beginning.
In addition to electron transport, the connection we form through earthing gives us the closest connection possible to the resonant frequencies (mirrored in the alpha rhythm of the human brain) and required for healthy circadian and infradian rhythms.
