Episode 23. DJ Seratowen triumphantly returns to pilot the show back on course. Our hosts fly through dub, jazz and jungle, whilst being careful to dodge any new Drake/Weeknd 'collaborations'.
Episode 22. Callum steps off last week's yacht and rocks to electronica, soul and DnB before Callum Gibson connects for a chat about his start in music, potential crossovers with DD4 and his upcoming single, Gaslight.
Episode 21. Callum is left solo this easter weekend, so rolls the eggs firmly down the middle of the road.
Episode 20. DJ Seratowen rolls out his finest Persian for rising rockers Música, after discussions with Callum about DUSA, radio refurbishments and the festival season.
Episode 19. Part-time space invader and full-time funk crusader Guy Galactic touches down for a chat, after DJ Seratowen and Callum exchange Jungle, Detroit techno and tales of Nirvana.
Episode 18. DJ Seratowen and Callum two-step amongst Scottish festivals, DEMSFest and the weather. DJ Seratowen leaves the oven on at home and Callum is left with esteemed Arbrothian DJ Van Damn all to himself.
Episode 17. DJ Seratowen and Callum spend some more time alone together. Absence really does make the heart grow fonder. Our hosts lament failed MOTs and posthumous releases amongst tracks from Baxter Dury, Strada and Nina Simone.
Episode 15. DJ Seratowen and Callum are in the studio for the last time before Callum leaves for Italy. DJ Seratowen selects some happy hardcore and Belgian electronica, whilst Callum nearly spins some Sam Smith. Brian ‘Doc’ Wound then visits to discuss poor old Shep and the Kevin Ayers test.
Episode 14. In a sunroof top, with the diamonds in the back, DJ Seratowen and Callum dig the scene with a foray in to Santana and Best Records releases. Our hosts then catch a glimpse of Theo Bleak, who ventures outside her garage to share discourse on Dundee music.
Episode 13. MC Salum jets in to discuss his upcoming EP, pished plane passengers and a sliding doors moment with Loyle Carner, all after DJ Seratowen and Callum indulge in some golden oldies and discuss the minefield of sampling.
Episode 12. DJ Seratowen and Callum take advantage of the new longer slot to explore acid classics and synth pioneers before Dundee-based DJ Callum McCabe (Mac Cába) comes in to showcase some unreleased tracks and discuss the ubiquitous DEMS.
Episode 11. DJ Seratowen and Callum roll in to 2023 with some familiar sounds but a surprise voice in BadManB£N, who gives a glimpse in to what hip-hop sounds like in Dundee.
Episode 10. DJ Seratowen and Callum take you on a one horse open sleigh, dashing through Actress, over James Brown and past Zappa before wishing you all a Merry Christmas.
Episode 9. DJ Seratowen and Callum are back to stretch another Friday night like a rubber band. Find Pink Rhythm, The Lemon Twigs and Linda Clifford inside, before Connor Liam Byrne brings discussion about his new album, upcoming gig and famous playlists.
Episode 8. Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No, it's one Acid Boner coming in hard to the studio with stories of Hi-NRG, the shits it brings and your favourite posters in Dundee. All of this after DJ Seratowen and Callum exchange songs of hope, despair and Mississippi queens.
Episode 7. DJ Seratowen and Callum can't stand the rain but save Tina Turner for another week. Our hosts discuss potato style, Big Lez and what happens when you drive a car through a large puddle, before being joined by rising singer-songwriter Katie Nicoll.
Episode 6. DJ Seratowen and Callum trade off laid back basslines before drifting into Tsonga disco, Martin Hannett production and Ivorian folk. Our hosts then celebrate Le Freak Records' fifth birthday with shop owner Jack Le Feuvre, who comes in to chat about the birth of Le Freak, its famous patrons and Robag Whrume.
Episode 5. After Callum abandons him for sunnier climes, DJ Seratowen steers the ship through the post-disco era, early techno years and modern garage. DJ Seratowen then welcomes aboard Stalker (Theo Middleton) of Public House to exchange taste and discuss the trajectory of electronic music in Dundee.
Episode 4. TWOCANNDANN joins DJ Seratowen and Callum to talk about why he became a DJ, after the hosts dig out some Golden age hip-hop, Swedish psychedelic rock and Paisley Park production.
Episode 3. DJ Seratowen describes an erect drumbeat to Callum, before they are joined by Liam James, bandleader of local jazz fusion powerhouse Milhouse Collective.
