About Georgina Wysiecki:
Georgina lives in North Vancouver with her husband, two children, and two dogs. She grew up in South Australia and moved to Vancouver in 2012. As a registered social worker, she has worked in the mental health and substance use field for over thirteen years. She was a nanny for fifteen years and also trained as an Autism Early Intervention Therapist. Georgina has always been interested in child development, the perinatal stage, and mental health. However, it wasn’t until she had her own two children (both during the COVID19 pandemic) that she truly appreciated the importance of connection, support, and sleep. This experience fueled her passion for supporting families to reach their sleep goals and in turn improve their mental health and relationships. While on maternity leave Georgina completed her Infant and Child Sleep Consultant Training and founded Woodlands Collective.

Meredith is a Counsellor and the Founder of Parallel Wellness. Her team provides mental health therapy services to individuals, couples and families throughout British Columbia. Meredith is also a PhD candidate at the University of British Columbia and first-time mom to a one-year-old. Meredith supports women in overcoming years of dieting, poor body image and binge eating and emotional eating, so they can reconnect with their body's true needs and find freedom from food and diet culture.
