Tereza a Karolína jsou z Brna a společně založily Chicas Industry. Dováží výběrovou kávu z Jižní a Střední Ameriky - s jejich kávou vyhrál Denis Kramář Baristu roku. Dle svých slov staví mosty mezi dvěma světa - farmáři a pražírnami. Svoje farmáře velmi dobře znají a budují s nimi dlouhodobé vztahy.
S Terezou a Karolínou jsme mluvili o tom, jak funguje import kávy, jak se hledá skvělá káva a jaké výzvy to vše obnáší. Hlavně jsme se ale bavili také o tom, jak mohou pomoci farmářům, jak importéři přispívají k udržitelnosti kávy a proč jsou pro ně tak důležité ženské farmářky.
