welcome !! Every other week I discuss a personal or social topic that’s important to me and beneficial to you while weaving in my faith in God to add depth and relevance to the discussion. These episodes are here to help create conversations that we all think about, but nobody talks about.
1 in 3 women have experienced sexual assault. Let that sink in. 1 in 3.The odds are, if you're reading this, you may have been through it too—and for that, I am deeply sorry. The truth is, if I made an entire podcast directed at men, explaining how dehumanizing and disempowering it is for them to treat women this way, many wouldn’t listen. So instead, I’m speaking to us—women—and inviting men who are willing to listen into the conversation.I don’t have all the answers, but I do have my story, and I want to share it with you. Not just to break the silence on an experience that so many of us have faced, but to be a friend to those in need.I love you and you can only become stronger through this. I promise.
You are an influencer. I am an influencer.
'But Isabella, I only have 1,000 followers on Instagram.'
No! Not that kind of influencer. I'm talking about being a life influencer. Did you know that every day, you influence the people around you—whether you realize it or not?
The Heaven on Earth Podcast is for those who want to inspire others to become the best version of themselves, and in this episode, we're diving into exactly that.
How you show up every day and the way you live your life has a bigger impact on others than any words you could say. So let's make a conscious choice, not only to show up for ourselves but for the world around us. Together, we can be the change we wish to see.
Death. It’s something we all have to face, both in our own time and when we witness our loved ones go through it. And depending on the circumstances, losing someone close can be absolutely devastating—like having your heart ripped out of your chest. It can make you question everything: life, God, and the meaning of it all.
Losing someone to old age is tough too, but somehow, it feels easier to accept because it’s part of the natural cycle of life. It doesn’t lessen the pain, but at least it offers some sense of closure.
Today, I’m sharing my thoughts and emotions as I process the loss of my 20-year-old cat—who was more like a brother to me. And yes, I know, losing a pet isn’t the same as losing a human, but the grief, the questions, and the emotions are real and relatable no matter what.
Whether you’re here because you’re currently navigating grief or just trying to prepare for when that time comes, I want you to know this: it’s going to be okay. Hold on to your faith, knowing that you will be reunited with them again one day.
We've all felt sad before (I hope). It's a normal human emotion. It's not bad to be sad. If we didn't have sadness as an emotion, we wouldn't be able to tell when something was off or bothering us. The only problems arise when the sadness lingers a little too long, or when you feel sad but don't know why. Sadness is supposed to teach us more about ourselves.
In this episode, I will cover four major ways to handle the emotion of sadness. Am I claiming that these four tactics will cure someone's depression? No. But I can promise you they will help, even just a little.
I hope you can take something away from this, as I'm sure you can. Thank you so much for watching.
The title says it first. YOU ARE'NT YOUR JOB TITLE.
Let me ask you this...
Do you have hobbies?
Do you have goals?
You don't? Why?? Because you're too busy?
no no no no no no NO.
Look, I get it... work takes up a lot of time in our lives. 40+ hours a week is a lot of time to be doing something. regardless of what it is... especially if you do not LOVE what you are doing.
But, that's a conversation for a different time.
The point is, ya need to have a life outside of work. You need to be doing something other than coming home to play video games or watch tv every single day of your life. Hobbies are food for our soul! I really want to see you doing something that excites you and makes you happy.
Listen to this episode and you will know yourself what you need to change. Pretend like I'm talking to you directly.. because well, I am. But please consider the words I say. Please. If you fell upon this video, it may have just been for a reason.
In case ya didn't know.... you're not getting any younger! Really Isabella? YES REALLY. I know you have that dream life that you can't stop thinking about and I also know that YOU CAN achieve it. But, I can't keep telling you this.... you need to believe it.
I hope this episode inspires you to better optimize your time to make the most out of your days. No, obviously your life isn't going to change over night, but if you do little things every single day, you're going to wake up one day and realize that you are LIVING that life that you've always thought about. So yes, this is what I will be talking about with y'all. I hope you leave inspired and ready to truly LIVE.
Grab some popcorn for this one! This week I have on my favorite guest.... my twin. (aka the breakup expert) We talk about all the questions one might be processing whilst going through a breakup. Breakups are hard. They're depressing. We hope we can make you smile a little with this hilarious episode. Enjoy !

After a year-long quest experimenting with countless morning routines, I finally coordinated one that works perfectly for me. Establishing a morning routine has been nothing short of transformative. How you kick off your day sets the tone for everything that follows; after all, our days shape our lives.
I'm not here to dictate that you adopt my routine as a whole, but rather to encourage you to cherry-pick what resonates with you. My hope is that my story sparks a desire within you to cultivate moments of stillness and presence in your mornings and to craft a routine that aligns with your unique needs.
For me, embracing the tranquility of slow mornings has been a revelation, serving as my anchor amidst life's chaos. It's been the greatest gift I've given myself.
After this video, I am ensured that you will be inspired to do the same for yourself.
Listen to Iggy’s powerful testimony as she leaves her life as a spiritual mystic trying to seek fulfillment from her worldly spiritual ways to finding comfort and peace that surpasses all understanding in God’s loving arms.
Being a leader doesn't mean being on a platform with 5 million followers. Heck you don't even have to have 100 social media followers to be a leader. Being a leader is showing up with the best actions and qualities in your everyday life that are of accordance to who God called you to be.In this episode, Kylee and I talk about all things leadership, full- time ministry and temptations in the college scene. You will not want to miss this wisdom filled podcast. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the convo.

A very vulnerable episode, but one I thought I might share in the hopes I can be a friend to someone in need.
Addiction to ANYTHING is a hard battle.
You can be addicted to anything, so don't let anyone invalidate you and the struggle it is overcoming it.

Throughout my life I have been so blessed to be able to have miraculous encounters with the Divine. Today, after lots of prayers and thought, I have decided to share some stories with you. I hope and pray that these stories can touch somebody and plant a seed of a desire to pursue the Lord. My walk with God has not always been so steady, yet he has continued to show me his divine love and protection throughout all of my life. Every human on this Earth has the ability to know Jesus. Are you going to pursue him? He's eagerly waiting to know you.
Are you constantly listening to music and podcasts? Is it an inconvenience if you leave your AirPods at home when you go to the gym? Does the thought of you driving an hour in your car without listening to music make you cringe?.... Then you may be like me... or how I used to be...For the past week and a half I've been fasting from music and podcasts. I haven't been listening to anything for almost 2 weeks! And boy did I not realize how hard this would be. I was addicted! I couldn't sit in the silence. I always had to be listening to something. Are you like this? Do you always have to have a distraction on in the background? During my fast I've learned a few things about myself and the world that I decide to share in the podcast. If you get the slightest inkling to do this for yourself, I say do it! Only good things have come out of this little "experiment" for me.
If there is one thing I never thought I'd stop doing...it was smoking weed. Heck I remember trying to mentally rehearse how I would manage raising children while also smoking. My friends and I used to all talk about how we'd be old people passing around the joint. That is....until... Jesus called me OUT! I cannot wait for y'all to hear this story. For about a year, I knew I needed to stop and that God was calling me to leave it in the past. But, I kept going back and relapsing. About a month ago, I truly had a supernatural experience. One I will never forget. That night was the end of my addiction. The end of my back and forth bs. God saved me. And he can save you too.

I love having God centered conversations, and I also love listening to them as well. I am constantly filling my ears with podcasts and videos about God so I can learn more about Him and His character. I hope this conversation can be exactly that for you.Today Sofia and I sit down and talk about how God shows up in our lives and how we quite literally cannot do what we are doing without Him. Have you ever wondered what God's voice sounds like? How to discern between fear and God warning you? How to initiate a relationship with God? Who God really is? We talk about all these questions today. We also share habits we do in our life that we really deeply encourage all of you to implement in your lives. The hardest part about changing something you know you need to change is just taking the first step and doing it. God placed similar purposes on Sofia and I's heart. We both want to share our voice through the format of a podcast and really create conversations that can help the human race see their infinite potential.
Another high times episode is back! Besides interview episodes these are my favorite episode to make. I just get to sit back, relax, and talk to my friends. Well, at least that's what it feels like but in reality I am posting this for the world to see.... ha. Anyways in this episode of HighTimes I catch y'all up on some life changes and how adulting is not always the easiest.. especially when it comes to managing your finances. Am I the only one that doesn't really know what's going on? I hope not. HighTimes means high brain and my high brain goes in 5 different directions, so towards the end of the episode I talk a little bit about how my past is still affecting me in my new house. Growing up my house was HAUNTED and I've been noticing how that is actually still affecting me specifically in my new house because I still get so anxious. So yeah! I hope y'all enjoy my sporadic rants.

Let's talk about the sad reality that is today's world. Not only is this episode for females to sadly relate, but it is also for men to become aware of the extremity of how much this topic truly affects me.
We live in a world nowadays where we have to be so cautious. We have to always be looking out for our own safety. Not from tornados, or hurricanes, or lighting.....but from MEN.
In this episode, not only do I briefly touch on some of the situations I've had with men that were life threating, but I talk about my relationship to them and how it is severely damaged.
Towards the end of the episode, I also touch on my real fear of being involved in a mass shooting. Again, a very real and valid fear to have, but I explain how it takes over my daily life and leaves me anxious and afraid.
Let us all be lights to this fallen world. It needs it more than ever.

Chapter 2 of Breaking The Habit of Being Yourself is here!! This chapter offers a profound exploration of the interconnectedness between our brain and body. The author emphasizes that the way we live our lives, day in and day out, deeply influences the information and thoughts our brain sends us. For instance, if we find ourselves in challenging financial circumstances, our brain may bombard us with thoughts of lack and insecurity, mirroring the environment we are currently experiencing. However, the book encourages us to transcend the limitations of our environment and envision a grander future. It calls for a shift in our thinking, urging us to break free from the patterns of the past and take bold actions to manifest the reality we desire. In essence, the key takeaway is that true change can only occur when we dare to venture beyond our comfort zones and embrace fresh perspectives and behaviors. Simply put, if we persist in thinking and doing the same things, we cannot expect to experience transformative growth. It is time to step out of the familiar and embark on a path of exploration and self-discovery. By doing so, we open the door to infinite possibilities and pave the way for a more fulfilling life.
One thing I did not realize dropping out of college would bring was so much judgement. Oh my goodness. It's crazy to think how people that aren't even in your close circle have the audacity to tell you what to do/ what they think is right for you... sometimes even getting to the point where they actually become mad at you for not agreeing with them. At a certain point in life we have to make the decision that is best for ourselves especially when we are no longer kids. Enjoy my rant about this topic along with why I am choosing to no longer attend school 3/4 of the way through.

No matter what circumstance you are in, how much money you you have, where you were born, and what your environmental conditions are I whole heartedly believe that you can create your unique desired outcome. Not only do I believe that to be true but it is now scientifically proven that we can change our outside reality by changing our inner state of being. In 15 minuets I will give you the 3 KEY ASPECTS YOU NEEED TO TAKE CONTROL OF IN ORDER TO LIVE YOUR DREAM LIFE. You are co-creating with the universe. Not one human being cannot do this. You are a living breathing manifestation of the universe itself in physical form. My job is to help you remember it.
Imagine saying hi to someone on the street and they ignore you. Oh wait that happens like every day. Does anyone else notice how separate our species is becoming? I believe technology is to blame. We are all so to ourselves. In this episode I talk about some scenarios that happened to me while I was walking around the Windy City. Let's just say my feelings were hurt. :( Also I touch on how me moving home from college feels like a setback and how that is totally normal to feel. For those of you who have lived away from home and came back, you may know what I mean. Sometimes I literally feel like I'm jumping back into my past. That's okay though because it just gives us a new opportunity to grow and become grounded in the ungrounding moments.
About a year ago I took a long social media break. I did not show my face on ANY of my social media platforms. I was hidden from the world and it was amazing. Besides feeling a little out of the loop on what was going on in the world and being confused when people would talk about social media trends that I had no idea about... I felt completely free.. Until I wasn't. In October of 2022 I decided to dedicate my weeks to posting a weekly podcast. With that came putting myself out on social media. And let me just tell you it's been hard to manage. Sometimes I wish I could just throw my phone away. But, I know with what I am doing social media is tied into it. I really have no way of escaping. I need discipline. I need boundaries. I need to find a healthy balance with using social media. I don't want to get sucked into the addiction it so badly wants me to be apart of. Maybe you'll be able to relate to my toxic relationship with social media. Here's my story.
Let's set the scene...you walk into your 3rd grade classroom... fidget toys everywhere....all the kids have laptops and phones, and there are litter boxes in the bathroom????
I was shocked at how much I learned after this interview. The schools have changed SO MUCH. Thank you to Bella Irsuto who let me sit down with her and ask her some questions about being a first year teacher in the 21st century.
Your thoughts about yourself determine how you see yourself. What kind of thoughts do you have about yourself? Are they positive, supportive, and kind thoughts? Or are they mean, negative, and unsupportive ones? What few people realize is they can change their headspace by producing new and better thoughts. No person or event should determine your happiness levels. Although it can and it often does, YOU have the power to change it. Watch this episode to figure out how. ;) you have more power than you think.
As you may remember, a few months ago I posted a podcast called "Who is God?" and I tried to explain who I thought God was. Ironically, I'm not sure I really even knew who he was. After I posted that video I became really interested in knowing him on a personal level. We always hear that God is always with us. So why not find out who it really is that is with us. Bottom line. God is my best friend. He is awesome. YOU GUYS HE'S SO COOL. And he's funny. Bro he got the best sense of humor. I mean he did invent it.... But here is my attempt to help you get to know him the same way I did. You will not regret watching this video. P.S. He told me to make this video because he really wants to talk to you guys and he knew the right people would watch this. He's waiting for you to call upon him. Like I said in the video... Talk to nothing and it will turn into something. I love you all.
Especially in my sister and I's generation, a lot of us struggle with the same questions. What am I going to do with my life? How am I going to make money? How can I stop comparing myself to others? The list can go on and on. In this episode, my sister and I talk about some of things we have done in our life that have made the days run a little smoother, our mental state a little calmer, and our stress levels a little lower. My sister also opens up about how therapy has helped her tremendously in holding herself accountable. Just remember, action is what causes change. It can be hard to only rely on ourselves and it's perfectly okay to need a little help sometimes. We are all trying to figure out life together. I hope that even one small thing in this video can help someone. Thank you for the support. I love you all.
Would you believe me if I told you you were the only one preventing yourself from getting yourself where you want to be? Our minds and thoughts can be very deceptive. It will continue to feed us negative information telling us we are not good enough, we are not capable, we can't do this, we can't do that. We have to start getting beyond our mind and thinking about it like a computer. It's going to keep feeding you data. Bad data. But, you can't listen to it! You are capable of following whatever dream you have in mind. All it starts with is taking some action. In this episode, I talk about some of the reasons (written in by you guys) why people are not reaching their full potential. It all came back to one common denominator...yourself. We limit ourselves! We need to break out of this awful habit and shoot for the stars because we have one life so let's make the most out of it. Each and every moment is a new opportunity to transform into the person you want to be.

We all hear the phrase... "Love Yourself" Okay... But HOW do we love ourselves. We didn't get taught how to do this in school and I don't know about you guys but my parents never taught me how to do this. It's been a struggle... a long journey with a bunch of twists and turns. But after a lot of work, I feel like I'm finally getting somewhere. Soooo I wanted to tell you guys a few of the things I've been doing over the past few years that have helped me get to know, love, and respect myself. These are real things you can do starting TODAY. It's not a bunch of bullshit motivational talking. This is serious homework. Have fun with it. It's a long journey but over time adding a few habits here and there can transform everything from the way you think of yourself, the people you surround yourself with, your happiness level, and how you show up for yourself and others in your day to day life. I truly want to help you. Please feel free to DM me on Instagram to chat. @isabellajventurini I would love to hear the ways you love yourself and I would love to try them.
Sometimes we just need that little reminder… the reminder that we are incredible human beings. Intelligent ceatures of this Earth. Breathing and living aliens of the universe. Society does not want us to see this. Society wants us to see: you are hopeless, you are powerless, you are average, you can’t do anything, you are a consumer, you’re just another number. When are we going to wake up? When are we going to realize that no one human being has more power than us? What’s with this illusion that money gives one power? Money is fake. Power is fake. Wake up and see your potential! You have the potential to do whatever you are destined to do so stop listening to people that only get a sense of fulfillment from external worldy desires. You are an incredible being with a powerful tool called your mind. Learn how to use it, and you will be free. Do not let this society control the one thing you have freedom over. I will help you to the best of my ability. I love you all you are AMAZING.
My sister and I grew up loving everything scary. Scary movies, haunted houses, scary stories, Ouija boards..........? We thought it was all fun and games until our home turned into a haunted house.... then it wasn't too fun anymore. In this week's episode Gabriella and I discuss some of the terrifying encounters we had at our house on Owen street. Sit back, relax, or don't.. because this s**** terrifying. Its been 2 years since the spirits that we summoned finally left me alone. They followed me to college... but that's for another episode. .. But, on the brighter side.. well not really.. Gabriella open's up about her past toxic relationship and gives some insight on that situation. (I'm so glad she's done with that) and she also talks about her now being in a relationship without the "dating label" and how that affects her feelings towards her person.
Why yes, I actually am ADHD diagnosed so this title is completely valid. This week I have one of my best friends on the pod. It was originally going to be a gym related, body positive conversation, but it turned out to be a conversation with many conversations. We touch on a variety of taboo topics such as gun violence, sexual harassment, discrimination, cheating, and plenty more. Join us as we explore these important topics and offer our perspectives.
Have you ever wondered what would happen if two wanna be motivational speakers got in a room together? A whole lot of motivational speaking. Join Ross and I this week as we dive into various topics regarding self improvement, mindset, death, afterlife, and living every day to the fullest. You never know when your last day will be and we come on here to remind you that each moment is a gift. We also talk about social media, cancel culture, and fame. Have you ever wondered what it would be like to have millions of eyes on you? Would you like that? You won't want to miss this chat.
Let's get straight to the point. I smoke weed. Weed has truly been more of a help than a hindrance in my life, so I thought, why not talk about it on the pod. I did some research and found 12 interesting facts about weed that I wanted to share and that you probably didn't know. At the end, I talk about my relationship to weed and what I go through personally regarding trying to maintain using a healthy amount. I hope you enjoy.
I came on here with absolutely no intention. It evolved into an encouraging conversation that I feel many young people need to hear. There is SO much power in getting to know yourself. Once you get to know yourself, you may end up loving yourself. Sometimes that comes with making some adjustments. But, when you get to love yourself.. the world is your oyster. You realize you are capable of anything and everything. I will do everything in my power with my words to help you get there.
There’s a common misconception about fears. We all have them and we think that we should avoid them…because they’re uncomfortable. What if I told you to do the exact opposite. What if I told you to actually run towards your fears. In this episode I share some of my personal experiences with my fears and how liberating it feels to get over them. I’m stepping into a new season of my life where I am saying yes to the uncomfortable. You will be surprised at how fast you grow when you do this.
When you start shaping yourself, you will automatically help shape those around you. Become a person you would like to have in your life. In this episode, I walk y’all through a breath work practice that I live by. Remembering that at any time you have your breath to come back to can help tremendously. Our breath is all we have. It is all we are.
Have you ever deliberately found yourself ignoring strangers? Have you tried to avoid them by avoiding eye contact or going onto your phone? It’s crazy what a smile or a simple “Hello” can do to someone’s day. It can completely transform it. Be nice to your fellow strangers. You never know who you will meet. Some thing that has been on my mind is the word “Purpose”. I believe we all have a purpose and something to give to the world to change it for the better. The question is, “What is your purpose?” How do you want your life to look in the future? These are all questions we should be asking ourselves. When you have your answer, work towards it every single day.
Remember! You are all you have for the rest of your life. Friends come and go. Seasons change. The key to living a fulfilled life is enjoying your own company. In this episode, I share ways that have helped me fall in love with being in my own presence. It all starts with getting to know yourself. After all, how can you love someone unconditionally that you do not know?
My God is not the same as your God and your God is not the same as mine. Who even is God? What is God? In this episode I try and explain who God is to me. Emphasis on TRY. It is really hard to put any definition of God into language. I’d love to know y’alls thoughts on who God is to you. Reach out to me and maybe we can set up an interview and I’ll feature your ideas on the pod.
I want to raise attention to the increasing amount of mass shootings in our country. My greatest condolences go out to the families and students involved in the Michigan State Shooting. These conversations need to be talked about. I want to raise awareness and use my voice to help my school. How can we make campus safer? How can we make schools in general in the United States safer to prevent further gun violence to occur. I also talk about my own personal growth and how in the past I would do so much for the validation of others. I would post certain things or dress a certain way just to seek the validation I did not have within myself. We are constantly growing and I hope that this talk can help someone look inwards.
This is a fun one. I go all over the place. From squirrels almost attacking me to borderline illegal shenanigans happening at my work, to mary jane (and not the lady one), societal pressures, and finally to our society going to s*** with these damn phones. Lol I sound like my grandma. Just listen. You won't regret it. I would never waste your time.
In this episode I talk about how I can be more authentic with you all. Creating content can be weird especially when you know people are listening to it. My goal is to show more of my personality to try and connect with y'all. It's all a learning process. I also talk about how I plan to move across the country in August and I give my listeners some advice and inspiration in going forward with their passion or purpose.
