My very own yang, my yoga guru, Yogi Peat aka Pete Purol! I've known Pete for a long time. See if you can hang with this deep conversation of merging yoga, psychedelics, psychology, existence, Tao, and much more. Great conversation!!

Rob Biernacki, founder of Island Top Team and BJJconcepts.net was an amazing guest! We spent the entire time talking a variety of jiu jitsu concepts that I think anyone could apply. I have been a BJJ Concepts member for a while and love the way Rob views and systematizes grappling.

James Fuller, Strongman Archaeology is back for another great episode. Lots of good stuff here for grapplers, average folk, overall well-being, any athlete... Okay, screw it, this is the kind of stuff EVERYONE should care about. Anyone who operates a human body, this episode is for you. James is the wisest person I know when it comes to all things strength and prioritizes things like feeling good, conquering pain, and removing weakness. Once we get going, I feel like we could go forever. Just because James spends a lot of energy bringing back the lost art of Olde Time lifting does not mean he should be seen as merely that. He is of the now.

David Zwoboda, Ground Game Physio, trains under Karel "Silver Fox" Pravec and specializes in physical therapy for grapplers and other combat athletes. He also is a proud practitioner of Ayahuasca and the positive and powerful use of psychedelics. He has been a great friend to get to know and is one of the smartest, most level, and great conversationalists that I know. He is somebody I really want to get on as often as possible. We could talk for days. So much for BJJ and non BJJ people to consider from this one. Thank you for taking the time and dropping some mega knowledge and opening up about psychedelics!

Jake Shannon is a leading role in the grappling community, having come up under the best catch wrestlers and amazing martial artists, and spreads the history and importance of catch. He also brought popularity back to the old time art of macebell strength training.
BJJ star Emil Fischer! DISCLAIMER: Emil was traveling to a gym and the service had some rough patches. Hang in there, it clears up for long stretches, but every so often there's a rough 30 seconds to a minute. Sorry.
Tales of debauchery, society and weird porn, suffering, and much more. Steve is really the only friend I have kept in regular touch with since school and we are a lot alike. One of few true friends and my greatest resource of information over the years. As a matter of fact, resourceful is an amazing word to describe Steve.
My wonderful bff who I haven't been in close touch with in a while. We talk about prank calls, shopping cart push-outs, our dating life, and have some humor here that is somewhere between offensive, wholesome, and autistic. What a lovely episode and guest Hattie is, gah!!

James Fuller has practiced olde time lifts for over thirty years. He is a world record lifter and has a unique, no BS perspective on getting strong, flexible, and functional. I discovered James on his Instagram, @strongman_archaeology and have since received guidance on my own strength journey and grappling application.
