Today is a little ramble, mixed in with some big girl advice on moving away from home for the first time, doing things alone, turning 18 and realizing your ovary clock is ticking. Realizing men still define women's worth just a tad, even if they shouldn't.

In today's episode, we talk about my 200-hour yoga teacher training experience in British Columbia, Canada. I talk about why I chose to do a YTT, how I chose mine, what life was like for the 15 days, what we learned, and how I did on my practicum.
Taking my yoga teacher training was one of the best things I've ever done in my life, and I wouldn't trade it for anything. Hopefully, my experience can help give some clarity on what a YTT is like, and what it means to be certified.
Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy!!

We'll discuss how they form, what they mean, and how you can work on achieving healthy and secure attachment and intimacy styles. Grab a warm cup of joe, hot chocolate or whatever will make you feel coziest and "wholesomest" to get deep into your feels, unpack your past and subconscious actions when it comes to relationships, including friends, family, and romantic.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! almost Today’s podcast is all about planning and prepping for the new year. Taking the time to review the past is so important, if you want to go as far as you can in the future. Today I broke down my 2021 year in hopes that you will be inspired to do the same and perhaps look at your life in chapters the way I have learned to. We then get into the planning I’m doing: my reading lists, intentions, goals and my new perspective for the new year.
You might want to grab yourself a coffee, a notebook, and a pen and dissect your year and plan along side me.

Today over coffee I will be discussing my goals for my senior year. I hope to clearly flush out my goals so I can look back upon them at the end of the year. But I also want to give you some ideas for your own school year goals. These aren't your typical "I want 90s in math" school goals, they are more real life based, and have more to do with my personality, growth, expanding myself and preparing for my future. Feel free to grab a pen a notebook and a coffee to write your school goals out alongside me.

This book taught me so much and I'd love to share the 19 lessons I learned with you!! Lets unpack discuss and get thinking over coffee. Kisses😘
