We discuss biblical missions, missionary work, and interview missionaries and pastors. We discuss what being a missionary is and what it means and explain what "reaching the lost" means, and how. Come with us as we dive into the life and the world of missions and we hope that we will be an encouragement and help you understand how to pray for a missionary and help you reach the lost.
Dale Harding, who is an Athabaskan, grew up in Ft Yukon Alaska off of the Yukon river. He was exposed to Christ at a young age due to a missionary trying to reach his village. As he lived his life his way it began to get dark and feel very empty.
John and Jeff also give their experience on what goes on in the villages, and several road blocks that most of the natives in Alaska are in reveling what goes on in the villages many of which are along the Yukon.

Many aspects of missionary work often go unnoticed. Assisting missionaries with simple, everyday tasks can be a tremendous blessing, allowing them to concentrate on outreach. In this episode, our guest Kerby Campbell discusses a booth he operates, noting that assistance with setup and parking significantly streamlines the process, affording him more time for witnessing. A supportive presence and a smile can make a substantial difference.
John emphasizes the rationale behind sending out two couples for missionary work instead of just one. Kerby Campbell and his wife share their testimony and their approach to connecting with the community.

Jeff is joined by veteran missionaries Clayton and Robyn McCurdy, serving in the nation of Moldova. The Lord began working on Bro. McCurdy's heart about eastern Europe around the time of the Soviet Union Collapse. Arriving on the field in 2003, the Lord has used them in many ways as they have stayed faithful and kept their trust in God.

Our missionaries to Greenland came up to Alaska for deputation and are just visiting churches giving updates on what is going on. And today we were able to get them to come in and tell stories and share what God has done and taught them. They first went to Iceland for a year or so and then were able to go to Greenland.

We get to sit down with a guest by the Name of Tom who is a laymen helping a small mission work here in Alaska. He has a heart for the people in the artic and to serve God in any way possible. Ini this episode he shares his testimony.
In the summer of 2023 he decided to go help the work in Ukraine by driving the ambulance from Poland into Kherson Ukraine. There it is being a blessing and a help to those who need it. In this podcast he shares his testimony and his journey with the Ambulance. He got back around June 2023 and may be going back in the near future.

We have John in the studio again and he has finished getting some surgery and other medical things taken care of. He has also been working on recovering from some of the stress and giving churches and us updates as to what is going on. Taylor served in Papua New Guinea for six years and then God closed the door for his family to return. He was then able to see the work continue and thrive through the nationals that were trained under his ministry. Christa Miller is a young lady heading out to help out in a mission work in Copan, Honduras. She is not a missionary in the traditional sense she isn't trying to start churches or collages. She instead is raising support and awareness for an orphan ministry that works with the homeless and unwanted children. She has been working at the ministry for about 10 years at time of recording.
She will explain several dynamics that go on in that ministry as well as multiple ways to support it.

From May 1st to May 21st , a crew consisting of John, Steve, Calabe, Abigail, Bethany, and Moriah headed out to Ukraine from Fairbanks to help a missionary. They brought equipment and cash to help invest into the people and project. This has allowed them to get medical supplies and pick up a vehicle or two for the missionary and a local hospital. We are now joined with that crew and their translator Anastasia, to go over what they have accomplished and how it has gone.
