I'm an Integrated Trauma-Informed Coach, a Brainspotting Therapist and a Dubsado Expert for Coaches in business. Oh, and a huge lover of admin, systems, and processes! I am on a mission to work with women to support them to heal from trauma, from narcissistic abuse, and so much more. My journey in self-employment began in 2016 and ever since, I have been on my own personal mission and journey to raise my next-level goals, to heal from a lifetime of pain and grow into my true self. Now, I am helping women do the same!

Dubsado mini series - part 6
This is the MOST exciting part of Dubsado!
Workflows are the very last bit that'll you'll setup when creating everything within Dubsado because it pulls everything together.
Automating your admin tasks through a workflow will save you time, will save you missing sending reminders and attachments and so much more.
When you see a Workflow coming together and then testing it, and then implementing on your very first client with Dubsado, it makes it all worthwhile!
If you're a Coach or other service-based business, don't waste your energy spending more time on your admin than you need to, use that time wisely doing what you do best.
You won't regret it!

Do you ever find yourself writing the same emails time and time again? That's what a canned email is.
Within Dubsado you have 'Canned Emails' saved as your main templates for emailing the same regular emails to all of clients and yet, they can still have the personal touch by using smart fields to pull in the client name and other details, a long with 'you' and your tone of voice.
Canned emails work amazingly well within Workflows.

The Scheduler is exactly what it says it is, to schedule something in. Within Dubsado you have the scheduler which allows you and your clients to book time in your calendar for calls, sessions and meetings.
It works seamlessly with your calendar, I use google workspace to check for any conflicts to avoid times that might already be booked.
Let's work efficiently and not sit sending emails back and forth with clients trying to arrange a time to work together - send them a link with your calendar availability!
If you need more schedulers than one, that's ok too! Create as many as you need to work with your clients!

In a Brainspotting session we are somatically activated in our body to go with a feeling to explore our trauma further, so that we can heal and feel lighter and more free.
Healing isn't easy, it's painful, it's emotionally draining but it's all for the greater good of being able to deal and move on to be the person we want and should be for ourselves.
Get curious about where you are right now, what could be affecting you and holding you back. Is there something that needs addressing and dealing with in order to move forward?

This is a common question, one I can relate to because pre-2021 I had never experienced coaching and although I'd heard of it, I never entertained it.
- what made me sign up for coaching...
- what sparked my interest in becoming a coach...

Coaching is invaluable when working with the right person, who understands you and can get you from A to B, in whatever way that looks for you.

Today I want to talk with you, my listeners and feel free.
My coaching journey so far has been beautiful, so in-depth and really hard work. My professional coach diploma training was with OCA (Optimus Coach Academy) who are accredited by the ICF (International Coach Federation), completing 125 hours of training and 50 hours of coaching.
I have now gone on to train as a Trauma-Informed Coach and a Narcissistic Abuse Specialist with Caroline Strawson.
The training is a lot. A lot of our own deep inner work is being done, alongside training. It's a BIG journey.

If you choose to niche, be clear on what you want to do, who you like working with, and if there is a need for what you're doing...
Think about how you can really, and I mean really help people...
Working out your niche isn't easy but you can do it if that's what you choose to do... Or put it this way, if you want to grow, niching gives you a good chance of doing that because you are unique in what you do.

The only way I learnt to do things differently was after I let myself burn-out and only then, I realised I had to make a change.
Planning my diary made all the difference, but I had to get strict with it.
