Did you know focusing on lack and what’s missing in your life is a major block to abundance.
In this episode I discuss how to overcome Abundance Blockages. I provide a simple and immediately actionable strategy & Structured Steps for Self-Validation bringing self awareness to empower your inner resources.
Focusing on the skills you have inspires forward movement, quietens anxiety and self doubt, nourishes self worth, motivates you to keep going and amplifies abundance.

In this excerpt from Season 2 #fearlesslycuriouspodcast I'm sharing a clip from a Private Coaching Session with a client who's revamping their online presence as we build together the framework for their new entrepreneurial journey.
In this clip my client shares their internal struggle with self-doubt and fear of judgment in life especially when posting on social media.
The importance of authenticity and self-expression is emphasized. I encourage my client to post content that brings joy rather than conforming to social expectations.
I suggest how to deal with negative self-talk, such as acknowledging and logging doubts to understand and overcome them.
Human design is introduced as a tool to understand your unique traits and to use this knowledge to navigate social media with confidence and a sense of direction. I encourage you to embrace your individuality, dismiss the fear of not being good enough, and to post content that genuinely represents YOU, turning the act of sharing into a joyful and empowering practice.
In every coaching session, the aim is not just to share and discuss but to suggest strategies for clients to honour their needs in this case to be seen and recognised for their authenticity.

Season 2 #fearlesslycuriouspodcast kicks off with a clip from a real Conscious Parenting Coaching Session where I address the situation of a child choosing NOT to communicate with an authority figure, and the parent's role in managing this situation.
I present an opportunity for the parents to recognise their child's consistent decisions to assert her boundaries as qualities in her developing character to be admired.
Their child is clear on their needs, has the ability to express them, is consistently & confidently showing up in their decisions showing strong boundaries.
We discuss how parents can support their children while maintaining safe and legal practices and the importance of open dialogues and understanding the perspectives of both the parents and the child.
I highlight to the parents the importance of being open to expressing to their child that they are figuring things out, doing the best they can with what they know as they go along and sometimes parents don’t make the best decisions.
At the end of the day they are in this together and as long as together they stand strong with a forward view on refining and improving then any errors can be resolved with loving kindness and compassion
In every coaching session, the aim is not just to share and discuss but to suggest strategies for parents to honour their children's unique needs, in this case upholding boundaries, while fulfilling their legal obligations and responsibilities.

Judgement is a pervasive force that can influence your thoughts and behaviours in ways that you may not even be aware of.
Breaking free from the cycle of judgement and cultivating authenticity and compassion can be a daunting task. But it is possible.
So how do you do it?
The first step is to cultivate awareness of the judgments you hold. This means paying attention to your thoughts and noticing when you are judging yourself or others.
Once you become aware of these judgments, you can begin to challenge them and question their validity.
By challenging your judgements, you can gain a more objective perspective and shift towards a more compassionate and authentic mindset.
Here are the key takeaways from this episode:

09:11 - You don’t have to be economical with your truth.
13:07 - We create a narrative around how we perceive people.
14:18 - There is zero correlation between wealth and sadness.

Parenting plays a key role in shadow work, as it often involves facing and confronting aspects of our own childhood that are unresolved or have gone unaddressed.
Understanding shadow work in parenting is an important concept to explore, so I invited my friend, Zarina Parry to discuss more about this topic.
By understanding and practicing shadow work, you become better able to accept all parts of yourselves, model healthier behaviors for your children and ultimately create a more harmonious family dynamic.
Here are the key takeaways from this episode:
5:25 - Parenting is a life career that there is no guidance for.
5:50 - Shadow work is when you work with the unconscious mind.
6:37 - Having children and being a parent is a gift to learn and discover your truest self.
8:16 - You are conditioned to not ask so many questions and just do what you are told.
12:34 - You have to find a safe way to express your emotions.
23:25 - Allow yourself to be like a child and have that curiosity.

We often find ourselves stuck in a certain way of thinking and living.
And when we're so used to thinking in a specific way, it can be a challenge to find a new way of doing things or to discover a new way of living, to shift our perspective in life.
So how do we do that?
Fresh perspectives require us to take a step back from our current approach and tap into our curiosity.
When we do that, we start to remove our preconceived judgments and create an open space for awareness.
This awareness helps you break out of your everyday routines and turn obstacles into opportunities, improving your life in the process.
This is exactly what I did. I want to share with you how I leveraged those obstacles as an opportunity to realise my dream of being a recording artist in the UK.
With awareness comes freedom and I’m here to guide you on how to explore new ways of living, tap into your curiosity and gain new perspectives in life so that you can show up with fearless authenticity as the person you were born to be.
Here are the key takeaways from this episode:
4:55 - Fresh perspectives are about tapping in to your curiosity
5:43 - If you want to do things differently, you have to observe what you’re currently doing
6:10 - When you put judgment aside, you create space for awareness
9:03 - Conflict is there to ignite the possibility of doing things differently
11:33 - By leveraging obstacles, you’ll be able to create opportunities to tell your story.
13:41 - Rejections are redirections leading you into a different path

What is your purpose?
Everybody is searching for their purpose in life. And for many, that can come with a heavy burden, especially if you are unclear about what you want in life.
We typically compare ourselves with people who are doing amazing things, helping the underprivileged. And so there's a pressure to have this really big purpose, this pressure to discover what your purpose is.
So in this episode, I want to guide you in this journey of uncovering your life’s purpose. With a bit of exploration and self-reflection, you can discover what truly matters to you, not what society tells you to do.
Remember, you weren't born into this life to fit in. You were born to lead life in your YOUnique way.
What you struggle to change is actually your YOUnique super power. I know it may seem hard to believe at first. But I promise that when you let go of everything you think you should be, you will be empowered to BE the person you were born to be. Nothing more and nothing less.
I see you. I am with you. I celebrate you.
I would love to know how this episode lands for you.

This topic is one that is very close to my heart because it speaks to one of my deepest patterns with pain. I have an attachment to the narrative behind my pain and the conditioning that comes with societal standards associated with hustle culture and being tough and pushing through struggle.
Are you ready to break away from the hustle culture to bring more joy in your life?
Our culture has become increasingly focused on "hustling" and reaching milestones in our lives as quickly as possible and it often places an excessive strain on both our mental and physical health.
The hustle culture, with its fixation on productivity and perfectionism, often means there is no time for tending to pain. And pain left unchecked can lead to further damage and even emotional unhappiness.
So in this episode, we’ll talk about the purpose of pain and why it's so important to take the time to listen to our body, rather than just pushing through them in the pursuit of productivity.
I encourage you to really contemplate on this for a better quality of life, leaning into your curiosity so that you can live with fearless authenticity.
I can’t wait to hear your experiences and thoughts around hustle culture. Let's start to shift together what has become a toxic conditioning around pushing through pain.

I’ve a very special invitation for you today.
Join me and my Mum on the sofa, chilling in my living room as we chat about the generational differences we continue to navigate as mother & daughter.
My family has always been deeply important to me, and I'm so grateful that my Mum is here to share her stories with me. Growing up in a different generation, she experienced the world differently than what I have known, and her background shapes her values deeply which has resonated within the values of our family.
In this episode, we will explore what it was like for Mum growing up and how that has impacted how she raised me - we'll discuss the differences between her time and my generation. We'll explore how to navigate tricky conversations with older generations. We talk about menses, family values, sex education, weaponising age, marriage, infidelity, divorce, tattoos, feminism & what is considered a “taboo” subject
Have you ever considered : What was it like to be your Mum when she was a young person growing up? What was it like during her time?
I hope this conversation adds a bit of extra insight on this topic and uncover new ideas and strategies to learn more about your family members so that when you know better, you can be better.
I look forward to hearing your thoughts on this episode!

Have you ever been in a conversation where someone said something that you don’t like and you just want to respond right away without thinking and listening more?

So in this episode, I would like to share with you the role that curiosity plays in dealing with conflict, the questions I ask when I’m in a tense conversation, and tips to help you practice compassionate communication.
