Stroke/subarachnoid
- Severe headache
- Blurred or altered vision impairment
- Slurred speech, or the use of inappropriate words
- An inability to produce or understand speech
- A facial droop
- Numbness or altered sensation in face or limbs
- Unilateral limb weakness
- Loss of coordination
- confusion/reduced level of consciousness
Infection cause
- Neck stiffness
- Photophobia
- Non blanching rash
- Fever
- Rigors
- Scalp tenderness
- Fitting
