The nonprofit hosted coat drives and back to school drives and donated the items to local homeless shelters. In 2020 She graduated Wright State University with her bachelor’s in accounting. Being on a path of purpose and wanting to see change within her community has led her to advocacy and empowering her people. In November 2022, shefounded CUF Foundation (community, unity, first) which goals are to shift the cultural paradigm within the black community through mental wellness. She is also pursuing her master’s degree in mental health counseling to further the healing assignment of her community. U.P. (Men Activating Newly Untapped Potential) male mentoring program.
Earnest also is an advocate for education. After a few failures early in life, Earnest quickly rebounded to complete grammar school, finish high school in three years, and became a college graduate. Earnest is now an entrepreneur, business owner, minister, and speaker. Earnest believes “If you must fail, fail fast and fail first. That way you can rebound and rebuild your life. Then help others do the same.”

It is her hope to help make this medicine accessible to everyone, especially in her hometown, and surrounding areas, where she fundraised, with her community, for the first of its kind, a mobile acupuncture clinic. Her next goal is to make access to natural medical care possible by teaching more online and in-person courses.

Amaha Sellassie is an Afrofuturist, peace builder, and social healer. He serves as a Nation Builder in the Africana Village and is an Associate Professor at Sinclair Community College in Dayton, Ohio. A practitioner scholar and participatory action researcher, he focuses on building trust, healing historical wounds, and promoting equity in health and education.
As former chair of the Dayton Human Relations Council, he advocates for marginalized voices in public policy. Amaha co-founded the Gem City Market, addressing food access issues in West Dayton, and CO-OP Dayton, a coop incubator for a just economy. His work earned him the J.M. Kaplan Foundation’s National Innovation Prize Fellowship.
Internationally, he is a Caux Scholar Fellow trained in peacebuilding and has contributed to community health initiatives in Ethiopia. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Sociology at the University of Cincinnati, he studies community-based participatory action research for health equity. In his downtime, Amaha enjoys nature, family, and reading at HeArt Dayton.

Sister Ameerah Muhammad is a 25-year-old Vanguard from the Waxahachie Study Group. She was homeschooled by her mother and father (Brother Malik and Sister Shree Muhammad) from Pre-K through 12th grade and received her high school diploma at the age of 14. From the age of 15 to 19, she worked at The Little Genius Learning Center, a private school that her family owned and operated, teaching students from Pre-K to 5th grade.
At 16 years old, Sister Ameerah joined the Nation of Islam and has been an active member ever since. At 19, she graduated from El Centro Community College with two degrees, one in Fashion Design and the other in Technical Pattern Design. For the past five years, Sister Ameerah has worked as an Executive Assistant at New Foundation Educational Consultants, LIC, her family's consulting company.
In 2021, she served as the Student Assistant Youth Coordinator for the NOI Youth Team. Since January 2023, Sister Ameerah has been creating content on social media to empower women and help them recognize their true worth according to God. By Allah's grace and mercy, her work has reached women all over the world, including Georgia, Los Angeles, South Africa, Virginia, and London. Through her efforts, she has helped two women convert to the Nation of Islam, invited seven guests to attend The Nation of Islam meetings, and provided opportunities for people to hear The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan speak at Saviours' Day.
Currently, Sister Ameerah is part of iDeny, an extension of the M.G.T. class that was suggested by The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan. The program aims to encourage women to guard their chastity with joy and embrace their true selves. It is led by Sister Student National Captain Naeemah Muhammad.

Born in Harlem, New York, Tariq, alongside his younger sister, was homeschooled by his mother from 4th to 10th grade and grew up with a love for science, especially medicine. At age 17, Tariq began to show passion for medical research in the area of cardiovascular biology. He began his own independent research project on the treatment of atherosclerosis using phytochemical structures in the navy bean. After graduating high school, Tariq attended Virginia State University, majoring in agriculture, earning a position in their agricultural research station just 12 days into his freshman year. For Tariq, studying agriculture added unique integrated features to his medical research, which included more plant-based approaches to human disease. At age 19, Tariq caught the attention of a researcher, formerly of the Pauley Heart Center at Virginia Commonwealth University. It was then, he received medical research training to aid him in his research pursuits. Tariq also worked with Virginia Polytechnic Institute also known as Virginia Tech, working on research involving bacteria. In 2014, Tariq acquired knowledge in business to begin his very own research brand to protect the intellectual property of his research, the Navy Bean Experimental Research Station. This station explores the biological and chemical potential of the navy bean. He taught Agricultural Economics and conducted research on small farm financial management at NCA&T from 1986 to 1990. From 1990 to 1995 he designed, printed and distributed t-shirts nationally featuring positive Black poems on the back. He has done extensive research on Ancient African history, the pyramids of Egypt and the history of agriculture. From 1995 until now he has managed the Nation of Islam’s (NOI) 1556 acre farm in Georgia and is the Student Minister of Agriculture for the NOI. He is also vice-President of the original Black Farmers and Agriculturalists Association (BFAA). He is also the vice-President of the Staple Goods Project Co-op, Inc. He has written a number of articles in refereed journals, The Final Call Newspaper and a few books including: 1. Amen: The Secret Waters of The Great Pyramid, 2. Dr. Abdul Alim Muhammad is a native of York, Pennsylvania where he was born, raised and attended public schools. He was a star athlete in track and field, a National Merit Scholar, an actor, an accomplished poet and a musician. His involvement in civil and human rights struggles began at the age of six when he attended a NAACP convention in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. On academic scholarship, he attended Antioch College in Yellow Springs, Ohio and graduated with a degree in Biology in 1971. In 1975, he graduated from Case Western Reserve School of Medicine and spent the next five years in training at Harlem Hospital in New York to become a General Surgeon. He has held several teaching positions at various medical centers and universities, but pursuing his interest in community-based alternative medicine, he founded the Abundant Life Clinic in 1986. He is best known for his clinical research in HIV/AIDS and is a pioneer in the use of Kemron for the treatment of HIV disease.

He has taught at the University of Michigan, Michigan State University, the University of Toledo, and most recently at the San Francisco State University where he taught a thought-provoking course on Malcolm X in the Context of Black Nationalism. Dr. Muhammad is published in several peer reviewed scholarly journals and has also written for The Final Call Newspaper, the Nation of Islam’s flagship periodical. Dr. Muhammad is the author of several books, including Understanding The Assault on The Black Man Volumes I and II and The Book of God: An Encyclopedia of Proof that the Black Man is God. He has appeared on Revolt Television’s Hip Hop platform The Breakfast Club with hosts Charlamagne Tha God, Angela Yee, and DJ Envy, as well as on VladTV with DJ Vlad. In 2015 Dr. Muhammad presented with Roc Nation artist Jay Electronica at Oxford University. Most recently, Dr. Muhammad is prominently featured in filmmaker Tariq Nasheed’s new “Hidden Colors” documentary, Buck Breaking (2021). Dr. Muhammad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Religious Studies from Morehouse College, Atlanta, GA; a Master’s degree and a Doctorate degree in Islamic Studies from the University of Michigan, Ann arbor. He has taught at the University of Michigan, Michigan State University, the University of Toledo, and most recently at the San Francisco State University where he taught a thought-provoking course on Malcolm X in the Context of Black Nationalism. Dr. Muhammad is published in several peer reviewed scholarly journals and has also written for The Final Call Newspaper, the Nation of Islam’s flagship periodical. Dr. Muhammad is the author of several books, including Understanding The Assault on The Black Man Volumes I and II and The Book of God: An Encyclopedia of Proof that the Black Man is God. He has appeared on Revolt Television’s Hip Hop platform The Breakfast Club with hosts Charlamagne Tha God, Angela Yee, and DJ Envy, as well as on VladTV with DJ Vlad. In 2015 Dr. Muhammad presented with Roc Nation artist Jay Electronica at Oxford University. Most recently, Dr. Muhammad is prominently featured in filmmaker Tariq Nasheed’s new “Hidden Colors” documentary, Buck Breaking (2021). Special Guest Information: My name is Tyesha Jones. I am a mother of two boys, a registered nurse, and the owner and founder of Gifted Hands Health Solutions. I’ve been an RN for almost 10 years now, and have worked in a number of different specialties. I currently work in homecare. Aside from nursing, I began my own business in 2019 teaching CPR and other health training classes. During the pandemic I branched out and also began offering premium high quality medical scrubs. Gifted Hands is my new baby! I get so excited when I’m teaching or get a new order. I now truly feel like I’m walking in my purpose!
I created my company to normalize the practice of cpr throughout the community, not only for healthcare professionals like myself, but literally for everyone! CPR is needed during Cardiac arrest emergencies, and is a leading cause of death over cancer and other diseases. I know it is so important to have some sort of knowledge and skill related to it, so I feel it’s my duty to spread this Knowledge. I also lost my father to cardiac arrest in 2020 so my passion for teaching this subject has gone a little deeper.
It has definitely been tough juggling being a mom, still working as an RN full time, while also running 2 businesses, but I wouldn’t have it any other way! I love everything I do, and everything I am. I have a very strong village and support system that has been with me every step of the way and I am forever grateful to them.
