I woke up thinking, Ok Njeri we're here again!!! The excitement of the month of DECEMBER and how the, works goes crazy about setting New year's resolution. But coming mid of the year, We're all drained and others find it hard to accomplish the resolution. How do I want to live my life? Living internally each day, Getting Excited each Morning and celebrating each day.
Here I'm being vulnerable about my Journey that I've been through for more like an year and going through therapy for a couple of months so far, How I've realised I have always met other people's needs while I neglected myself. I'm on a journey to heal and create safe space for myself.
Here I'm just giving my quick observations about my current path on setting boundaries and standing up for myself in my world. How I am currently struggling with overthinking when my inner self whispers as I try to act on it right away.
Today we have a Guest all the way from South Karolina. A Black woman in Police Force and a mother of 2 kids. Madam Madison is taking us through her personal life journey as from being a young mum at 18 years of age, Goi'g through a divorce and breaking through her carrier path in USA police Unit.

It will be a, segment of healing our traumas that holds us back from being able to tap into our higher self.
