Barri Griffiths is the host of the WWRE Podcast and the youtube channel Wrestling With Real Estate, where he interviews people from all aspects of the industry. His goal is to help educate as many people about the amazing benefits of real estate. He focuses on multifamily investing and mindset coaching.
For the past decade, he has been working in the entertainment industry. He previously starred in the U.K. Version of U.S. Gladiators, as Gladiator Goliath. Then went on to wrestle on tv for the WWE as Mason Ryan, where he wrestled the likes of John Cena, performed on Pay per views, and regularly appeared on Monday night RAW. He is currently performing for Cirque du Soleil at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
In this special episode, Grant Warrington and Barri Griffiths are breaking down a multifamily deal. They speak in details from financing to cashflow, from remodelling to reselling.
Grant is full time Real Estate Investor, Property Manager & Realtor in Southeast Michigan. He started with very little money, limited knowledge and 1 single family rental. He quit his 20 year career job to take a pay cut to get into full time property management and oversaw around 800 units. He then quit the property management job and gave up the W2 safety net to take his second pay cut and he followed his dream of working full time in Real Estate and not having a boss. He accomplished this in 4 ½ years and he now personally owns and manages with his wife Monika their 41 unit portfolio.
