You’ll hear true stories from all walks of life from the fun and light hearted - right down to the raw and quite vulnerable.

The one thing they all have in common is mindset and such a brilliant way of looking at things. Everyone is different, and each of my guests have had their own way of  responding and navigating their way through some really tough times

But they all have a similar thing in common - And that is,  they’ve all had the goal of achieving a positive outlook on life despite all the hurdles they face. And they’ve’ll done it in their own way.

There’s no you do A B and C and that’s how you achieve a happy ending, or follow these these steps and from tomorrow, your life will suddenly be amazing... No, there is absolutely none of that whatsoever.

These are true stories told by inspirational people and my one hope is that you find them as amazing as I do and they lift you up as much as they did me.
