Tony Miller Sr., the Host of The Relationship Therapy Podcast is definitely a good listener. In his previous Episode, he mentioned that he had been receiving feedback from his listening audience about not talking about Singles enough. Well in this Episode he delivered what he promised. Tony interviewed his daughter Shana Miller. This was an interesting back and forth between the two of them as Tony asked some probing questions to Shana. This dialog with Shana should definitely open up for more interviews and Episodes about the life of Singles. If there was never any mention of their Relationship, you could not tell that they are Father & Daughter. I believe that Shana was forthcoming with her answers and completely honest despite it being her father peppering her with the questions. You are going to enjoy this Episode entitled, "The Interview with Shana Miller.

As Tony begins Season 4, he starts out with a heavy subject that many of us may not truly be understanding of. How hard is it to Define LOVE! As Tony states in this Episode, often Couples have a hard time Defining what they call LOVE. In order for us to know what LOVE is, we probably need to be able to do more than verbalize it. Tony gives us the next 4 Signs That Your Relationship is Ending. These are some things that we need to look out for in all of our Relationships. It's extremely sad when a seemingly good Relationship changes direction and is heading to the Relationship junkyard. All Relationships don't make it to their Fairytale Ending. Sometimes they are halted unexpectedly before time. This is what brings the misery to the individual who had no clue of the possible breakup. Breakups are never easy even you say that it is. If you have spent time with someone for any significant amount of time, the breakup will affect you in some type of way. Hard work is required for Relationships but I believe that there some of God's Favor involved as well. If everyone plays their part and puts forth the right kind of effort, then the rest just leave in God's hands!!!

Tony begins a new series entitled; "The Examination of Cheating!" Cheating is something that destroys Relationships. It breaks down the trust and happiness of a Relationship. The problem with Cheating is that it starts somewhere way before the reality of Cheating even starts. Temptation brings the awareness to Cheating. Temptation gives pathways to Cheating that is totally unimaginable. The strongest individual can fall prey to the high winds of Cheating when Temptation takes over and starts to have you thinking irrationally. That's what Satan wants to do in every Relationship. If he can get both mates to start doubting their significant other, this leads to the problem of Cheating. This particular episode focuses on Temptation and how it plays upon individuals in Relationships and causes even some of the best Relationships to falter. Each and every Couple can be victims. that's why we must watch out Together. Because Temptation will have you Cheating on the Best person you ever had!!!

In this particular Episode, Tony introduces a new series entitled: "What's the Deal with Conflict?" In most, if not all Relationships there will be Conflict that arises and puts the Relationship front and center. The Conflict places a challenge on the couple and could very well destroy whatever Relationship you are in. If couples don't handle Conflict when it rises up to attack the foundation of the Relationship, it could mean the end to their Relationship. Don't be the ones that states: "It can't happen to me!" Conflict does its best work when nobody is watching and for a lack of a better word, when couples are ignorant to the fact that Conflict will come. We as couples, just need to know how to handle it when it comes! If you find a couple that has any amount of years together, just know that they have weathered some Conflict along the way!
Tony takes a break from teaching this week to allow you the opportunity to hear from a very special couple. Tony Jr. is also the host of the "So You Want To Talk About Leadership Podcast!" It might be important that you listen to help you become a better leader. This couple gave a Great interview!

Tony takes the opportunity to flip the script toward Women this week as he is talking about "The Little Things Matter from Women. In this episode he highlights some of the Little Things that Women can do for their Husband to help enhance their Relationship. When couples make sure to FOCUS on the Little Things, all of the Big Things are an added Bonus in the Relationship. Sometimes it is going to be hard, and sometimes you may find that your significant other may not appreciate it the way that you expected him to. Just know that you are doing for him. If both the Husband and the Wife worked hard on The Little Things in the Relationship, The Big Things can only bring the Relationship even higher.
Tony makes a bold statement in this episode. He is talking about "The Little Things Matter". We all seem to get really excited over the big things with our significant other; as well as we should. However we cannot forget the day to day Little Things that our mate does that keeps our Relationships going strong. If our Relationships were built around all the big gifts, then there would not be much excitement at all. Begin watching all the Little Things that go into your relationship and start appreciating them!
In episode #8, Tony invites his very first guest to the podcast. Who better to be his first guest than the woman who knows him best? Valerie Barnes Miller is the wife of Tony and they are going to have a conversation about their marriage. They are going to ask a series of questions as they give the audience an opportunity to learn more about them. Some of the questions will reveal some of the ebb and flow of marriage. But it also demonstrates that Love is the Common Denominator in their Marital Relationship. Valerie is a proud mother and wife who understands how much work is needed to keep a Relationship going! This a good episode for couples to enjoy together!
Tony uses this episode to talk about how Couples are different individually in Relationships. Women have their own way of looking at things; and Men have their own way to deal with matters. Now both are together trying to make Relationships work. The key component to approaching Relationships is being intentional about learning each other and understanding the Differences Between Women and Men in Relationships. In each of the items covered here, we will discover that Women have different viewpoints than Men. How we make those adjustments on Values, Intimacy, Conflict, Communication and Quality Needs, will take us toward having a very Successful Relationship!
In Part 2 of Reasons For Successful Relationships, Tony gives us the final 3 Reasons some Relationships are Successful. Very few Relationships have problems with each other until something changes in the Relationship! Tony talks about 3 constants that can be the foundation of Loving Relationships: 1) Listening to Learn 2) Speaking on the Relationship to Make it Solid and 3) Laugh to Love. The 6 Reasons are serious Relationship Builders but of course this is not an exhaustive list. You are sure to think of more that you have experienced. This is something that you are going to want to share with your friends and loved ones!
In this episode, we will be exploring the "Reasons for Successful Relationships!" Every Relationship has their own dynamic that makes the Relationship tick. But sometimes if that dynamic is a negative one, many times the Relationship will fail. The Relationships that are Successful all have certain things in common that is kind of the key to their Success! After hearing this episode, you will find yourself placing your Relationship under the microscope to determine whether your Relationship is Successful or not!
This episode could have you asking yourself what happened or you could be following the tips that Tony gives to couples who are already in a Good Relationship. Don't just rest with Good, make it better everyday! These tips will help you enhance what you have already built with your significant other!
Have you ever been asked about your grade in your marriage? What if you are asked, will you be able to answer? And will you truly take an honest look at yourself to see where do you stack up as a spouse? Tony gives us that and a whole lot more to think about in this episode called, "The Relationship Gauge!" We live in a world that has gauges on everything from Sports, Politics, and Finance. Why not place a gauge on your part of the Relationship? What standard do you live by and should it be a higher one for the value of your marriage? This is one that will challenge you to be a Better Spouse!
In this episode, I will share with you the causes of Relationship Struggles inside of Marriage! Every single couple goes through a period of struggle within their Marriage! The longevity of that Marriage depends on whether you both can push past the struggle and continue the relationship. This one will give you something to think about!
In this initial episode of The Relationship Therapy Podcast, Tony Miller, Sr. welcomes his listeners to a very special Valentine's Day message.
