14 Year Old Emet Lost 10 Kilos in 7 Weeks on The Conquer Food Programme.- https://conquerfood.org

Emet is from Israel and came to Bootcamp with his mother.

Emet came to Bootcamp to do the Conquer Food program as it showed them how to cook their own meals and allowed them to learn a lot more about and they thought they would gain a great deal more from that experience. They originally intended on staying for 6 weeks but ended up staying for 8 weeks because they were both so invested.

The main intent of Emet coming to Bootcamp was simply for fun; he had a slight interest in exercise and being fit but not too much, he was 90 kg not long ago and got down to 88 kg before he got here, and he now sits at 78 kg for the first time in a long time!

Emet talks about his mental health struggles that really affected his physical health and had zero motivation to do any work at all and just wouldn't want to get out of bed.

Emet looks forward to going back to Israel for Houmous and his friends! However, Emet will be returning to Bootcamp and will be bringing his older brother!

Emet's 3 words to describe TEAM Bootcamp are Motivational, life-changing & exciting.

I Beat Type II Diabetes in Less Than 4 Weeks | Neema's Story

Learn more about the Conquer Food Programme at https://conquerfood.org

Neema, a Conquer Food boot camper, has been with us for 4 weeks after quitting her job a few weeks back.

Neema spent a lot of time in and out of hospital suffering from diabetes type 2, IBS, and many other things, and she decided she had enough and decided to do something about it.

Neema Googled about 'Fitness Bootcamps' and found us online; she watched so many videos, and what stood out for her is that so many people come back after being here, and that was a good sign for her, and whilst she's been here, she now knows so many people that keep coming back.

Neema's diabetes has improved massively since being at Team Bootcamp, now only needing to take less than half of the medication she initially was taking, which is incredible, especially with it only being within 4 weeks!

The training, especially the walks, she's found very difficult but enjoyable, and the diet has been acceptable for her as it's actually more food than she initially ate. She found all the people fantastic and supportive; she was initially nervous cause there were many different people, ages, and backgrounds, but it worked very well.

We're immensely happy and proud of Neema and how she has progressed here at Team Bootcamp, and we can't wait to see her continue to improve and improve in the future; we hope to see her again soon!

LAURA | I Gave UP Everything For Bootcamp | 🔈 Episode 9

Episode 9 of Bootcamp Raw, Ash is joined by Laura who's 25, and from Belgium who quit her 9-5 to come to Bootcamp!

Laura chose the conquer food program as she was struggling with her weight, which was an issue due to doing little exercise, a lot of parties, and going out for meals. Then enough was enough and decided to come here to improve her weight and go on to travel the world, which is her dream.

Laura's main reason for her weight gain was both lack of exercise, after playing basketball for 16 years, and lack of nutrition. It went on to become a bigger issue after seeing photos of herself on holiday and not being happy with what she saw.

Her favourite activities are the outside exercises and being one with nature, as it was something she never really got to do in Belgium, so she enjoys that a lot.

Laura had a goal in mind of losing 15kg in her time here, however she has put that to the side and isn't so set on that, as she wants to focus on  losing more cm of her body and change how her clothes feel on her.

Laura was Ash's camper of the week in the last week to show for her great effort and commitment to the program.

SAM & SARAH | We Were So Scared of TEAM Bootcamp | 🔈Episode 6

On this episode of Bootcamp Raw Ash sits down with Sam & Sarah who were with us for a week at TEAM Bootcamp, and they also completed a day in the life where we documented their experience.

Sam, from York, came to bootcamp because she was very low on her motivation and wanted to sort her diet out, as well as have a nice break away from normal life. exercise habits were okay however she had to be going to classes as she needed someone to shout at her to get her to work.

Sarah, from Oxfordshire, came to bootcamp so she could be able to go to the gym and not be scared. Sarah's habits were getting better but used to be a lot worse as she would get a lot of takeaways, and would exercise 2 or 3 times a week.

Sam was very scared to come to bootcamp as she wasn't confident enough to think she could make it through the week, as well as meeting all the new people. Sarahs initial thoughts were that it would be difficult and it was really scary, especially going into the unknown.

Their toughest aspects were definitely the fitness aspect and the sleeping arrangements, as well as a tough hike one day!

The last question for both Sam and Sarah is if they would come back to TEAM Bootcamp, Sam said she definitely would but Sarah said yes a bit hesitantly! They've both been amazing to have and we hope to see them again soon!

The Conquer Food Programme | 🔈 LIZ

In Episode 4 of the Bootcamp Raw Podcast, Ash is joined by Liz from Scotland who is a long-term Conquer Food guest.

Liz decided to come to TEAM Bootcamp, and specifically the Conquer Food program, because she had come to TEAM Bootcamp before but when she left she didn't keep doing what she was supposed to be doing and ended up gaining the weight she had lost whilst been with us.

Liz's main difference between a regular Bootcamp program and the Conquer Food Program is that the group is a lot smaller so the trainers can dedicate more to individuals, as it's a lot easier for them too.

Liz's mental health has improved greatly going into her 5th week at Bootcamp, she has no issues and her confidence has increased greatly. She has been using a journal and that been great for her, and she sees that when reading through her journal after having a tough first few days and seeing the progress the further she went on.

Liz's message to people who might be skeptical about coming to a fitness boot camp is to do research and make a phone call. Her 3 words to describe the Conquer Food Program is freeing, liberating and uplifting.

GEMMA & MIKE 🥊 Fight Camp Special | 🔈 Episode 4

On this episode of Bootcamp, Raw Ash sits down with two campers, Mike from Liverpool and Gemma from Northern Ireland.

Gemma's reason for coming to Fight Camp is for the challenge and she finds it a really good one. It's also a great getaway for her to get away from everything at home.

Mike's favourite parts of the camp would be the pad work as well as Tabata circuit sessions as he find them amazing once he finished it because it's such an achievement to get through it.

A massive positive about our fight camps is that there is no pressure on anyone because in our groups there are such a wide variety of people at different levels, from people who have fought a lot to people who have never even put a pair of gloves on before.

Both Mike and Gemma have fight camp above normal BootCamp because although they were skeptical about it at first they both suits them a lot more and the different exercises were really appreciated.

VIDEO SUMMARY
Ash is joined by Sheena on this episode of TEAM Bootcamp Raw. Sheena came to Bootcamp to complete 8 weeks and is now heading into her final week with us.

Sheena’s motivation for coming to Bootcamp was because she had always been overweight and had to try many different diets but her end goal always seemed so far away, so she thought 8 weeks at TEAM Bootcamp would really kick start her journey and reprogramme her to get to the main goal. Sheena has always seen massive benefits in other parts of herself such as her skin, hair, and mood from having a healthier lifestyle.

Sheena’s diet before Bootcamp wasn’t your traditional ‘poor diet’ she didn’t eat loads of chocolate or crisps, she would have a lot of carbohydrates, and would fill herself upon it, with very little protein, but her time at Bootcamp has taught her a lot on what to eat and how much which is a great big step.

In her second week Sheena had picked up an injury, which was an MCL injury in her knee, and she went on to do some strength sessions which helped her a lot, as well as realising her good core strength which allowed her to lift heavier weights and her flexibility improved greatly. Exercises Sheena wouldn’t be doing again is much running and burpees, but enjoyed everything else especially spinning and boxercise.

In seven weeks Sheena has lost 33lbs which she isn’t too happy with and would have some weeks where she’d work so hard but only lose a pound, and it would get her down sometimes but she came to realise that there was so many more benefits that were happening and more important things than just numbers on a scale. Of course, her overall fitness increased, as well as her flexibility and she also dropped 4 sizes in clothes, going from a 24 to a 16, which are amazing achievements. So although she hasn’t lost as much weight as she would’ve liked she’s still seeing massive improvements to her body!

Sheena’s future goals consist of her being at her final goal by around November and she’s planning to have her excess skin removed at some point next year!

KATE FLINT - Weight Loss Surgery Was My Only Option! 🔈 Episode 2

My first official podcast guest is long term boot camper, Kate Flint.

Kate has spent 3 months on the highly effective and immersive Conquer Food Programme and has scorched over 20 kg of body fat. I speak to her about life before and during her Conquer Food course and her preparation to join the highly intensive Fight Camp next week.

Video Summary:
On this episode of Bootcamp Raw, Ash was joined by Kate Flint who is with us at TEAM Bootcamp for six months. Kate has been amazing in her first few months of training having applied herself so well to everything that's been thrown at her, and has also got her son and husband to join her at boot camp as well.

Before arriving at TEAM Bootcamp Kate had been morbidly obese her entire adult life, since the age of 16, which was never an issue for her when she was younger and it didn't get in her way, but had tried a lot of things to try to lose weight including getting bariatric however it didn't work due to her not having the right mindset, however as she's got older everything became a lot more physically demanding, especially at work where she is a carer, and when she turned 50 last year decided it was time to make a real change for good. Kate goes on to tell a story about how she went on holiday with her husband and where they were staying a really large flight of steps going up next to it, to where Kate didn't want to take the steps not believing she could get up them and would always want to get a taxi.

One evening after having been out they weren't able to get a taxi and had no choice but to take the steps, and Kate struggled so much that she ended up crying and had her husband pushing and pulling her up the steps at times. Ash goes on to ask Kate about her first thought and impressions when arriving at TEAM Bootcamp, which Kate explains the hope that you gain from getting into the boot camp as you're immediately invested and motivated and supported, and an instant feeling of that she had made the right decision.

On a walk in Bridgenorth, they had come across a big set of stairs, very similar to the ones she had come across on holiday, and although she struggled physically she looked at the challenge with a completely new mindset which was a big turning point for her knowing that she could do anything at boot camp but it was just going to take her time but she'd get there eventually, and now she's flying without any of the help at all which is a great improvement and has even completed a 5k run having never thought that was possible three months prior. With Kate only being halfway through her 6-month stay she still has lots of goals and lots of improvement ahead

Bootcamp Raw Podcast Introduction With Craig Williams | 🔈 Episode 1

My initial podcast will be with the founder of Team Bootcamp Craig Williams.

So obviously, this is the first time for me to do this. I'm normally on the other end of you hosting the podcast, but I approached you with this idea basically because of the journeys that I get to experience on such an in-depth level.

I just thought it'd be an excellent way for us to follow the client's progress. We know it's so inspiring and what a lot of people don't see is the realities behind their journey and I just thought it'd be an excellent opportunity for us to share the real insights.

Video Summary:

Welcome to the first edition of Bootcamp Raw Podcast, behind the scenes look at the journey of our campers at Team Bootcamp.

We spend as trainers we spend the most amount of time with with the campers and I get to see it just it's quite easy to take it for granted because you get to see so many people change their lives in such a powerful way that almost you become a little bit desensitized to it.

So I think for me this would be an excellent chance to bring it to the forefront, you know, and capture those you know the real insights into those journeys, so I'm really excited about it.

We spoke about capturing those stories at the beginning of the journey and then midway through the journey and then post journey, and people can follow sort of a chronology of that journey, and you know we can pull people in when they've had a really really bad day, and they might have had a breakdown or a breakthrough as we call it and it might be an excellent opportunity to talk about that and what happened and how they overcome it.

The benefit is capturing stuff that inspires me, yeah you know and I might be thinking.
Oh, you know I can't be asked to train after work. I'm tired and I just always have to link it back to an experience like that, and I can't justify well what do these you know when you come across these stories of which every week there's somebody in it's got an incredible story.

It gives me a perspective on people's struggles and just it gets to get it gave me faith in humanity. I realized that during my time here because I think we've worked out; I've probably coached close to about 19 000 people, yeah yeah.

It just gave me this perspective that the overwhelming majority of people is good and want the best for themselves and their family and just willing to crack on, and I was amazed at the volume of work that people could actually do because coming from the fitness industry, like a globo type gym situation, people come in they do like an hour or 45-minute class, and then they're gone, and that's it.

For me, t
