Welcome to Day 21 of my 90-day challenge to grow a podcast business.
Today I share a major realization: podcasting isn’t just conversations. It’s a stage. A platform. A form of promotion that gives business owners visibility, credibility, and a chance to connect with new customers.
For years, I thought I was “just” podcasting for fun. But now I understand: I’ve been building a platform all along. And a platform has value when you learn how to use it to spotlight others, bring awareness, and create opportunities.
In this episode, you’ll discover:
-Why a podcast is more than just a microphone and a conversation
-How promotion and awareness drive growth
-What it means to sell the stage you’ve built, not just content
-Why every business owner needs to know the business they’re really in
If you’ve ever wondered how to turn your podcast into something bigger, this one’s for you.

Day 19 of my 90-Day Podcast Business Challenge (4th attempt!). I couldn’t go live today because of YouTube’s 24-hour stream activation, but there’s always a lesson.
In this update, I break down how I’m building a real podcast business: dialing in the offer (Business Spotlight), tracking KPIs, and doing daily outreach to hit goals.

• The Business Spotlight offer: stories create trust and attract customers
• KPIs for creators: what to track and why it matters
• Outreach math: how many conversations you need to hit sales targets
• Routine over motivation: showing up daily with a set schedule

On Day 18 of my 90-Day Challenge, I share what’s actually working (and what isn’t) as I rebuild my podcast business from the ground up—after losing a 700+ sub channel. This fourth attempt is different because I finally nailed:
-Who I serve (entrepreneurs)
-What I sell (Business Spotlight packages)
-How it helps (story → trust → customers)
You’ll hear hard lessons on packaging your offer, why sponsorships ≠ a business by themselves, and how to stay consistent when you’re starting over.
In this episode
0:00 Why “success is built one day at a time”
2:35 Losing my channel & why I’m not starting from zero

On Day 13 of my 90-Day Challenge to build a podcast business, I unpack a hard-won truth: your podcast must change as YOU grow. The real breakthrough isn’t gear or editing tricks—it’s solving the right problem for your audience and for your business.
What I cover in this episode:
-Why most podcasts quit (and how to avoid becoming a statistic)
-The shift from “how to start” → confidence to show up → systems that scale
-Moving from “content creator” to business owner (yes, you need an offer)
-The Business Spotlight model: using your show to highlight founders so customers connect with their stories
Community, consistency, and why confidence is the true bottleneck
Lessons from my 4th attempt at turning a podcast into a real business

On Day 11 of my 90-Day Challenge to build a $100K podcast business, I woke up to an unexpected email: my account on a major social platform was suspended.
Instead of letting it stop me, I used the setback as fuel to gain more clarity:
•Why failure is impossible to predict — but always a teacher
•How confidence and persistence turn obstacles into opportunities
•The importance of spotlighting entrepreneurs’ stories so their customers can truly connect
•Why serving first will always open the door to business growth
Failure is Knowledge isn’t just a podcast — it’s a reminder that every setback carries a lesson. Even Michael Jordan failed. What mattered was that he got back up and kept building.
This short episode is a raw update on the realities of entrepreneurship: unexpected challenges, late-night pivots, and the clarity that comes when you push through.

It’s late. It’s Day 5 of my 90-Day Challenge to build a podcast business to $100,000, and I almost didn’t go live… but this moment of showing up mattered.
Here’s what I discovered tonight:
-The real business isn’t just podcasting — it’s spotlighting entrepreneurs’ stories.
-Confidence is the foundation — without it, launching, growing, and monetizing a podcast doesn’t work.
-Spotlights create customers — when people know your mission and your story, they trust you.
What hit me tonight is that businesses don’t stand out because of what they sell, but because of the story behind who they are. And that’s the difference the Business Spotlight makes.
Even though I only reached out to 9 people today (goal was 30), I gained something more valuable: clarity.

Day 3 of my 90-Day, $100K Podcast Business Challenge (fourth attempt).
Today I pushed myself to record in public, walk into businesses, and start real customer discovery.
I sent 27 messages and got 1 reply, but the lesson was massive: your story brings customers, and communities/groups are a cheat code when you use them to listen, not pitch.
What you’ll learn:
-Why recording in public (and being uncomfortable) builds momentum
-How to focus your message on entrepreneurs who already have businesses
-The simple outreach script I’m using to learn customer pain points
-Why “share your story → attract customers” is the fastest path to growth

Welcome to Day 4 of my 90-day push to build a podcast business to $100,000 (fourth attempt).
I’m being transparent: revenue = $0 so far. Today’s focus is consistency and customer clarity—I’m not trying to solve every problem for everyone. I’m solving the right problem for the right customer.
Today’s moves
-Recap from Days 1–3 and what actually changed
-27 outreaches yesterday → 2 replies; aiming for 30+ new outreaches today
-Why I’m prioritizing entrepreneurs who can use and afford the service
-The three-question DM I’m using to learn real pain points (customers → story → more customers)
3 Questions I’m asking prospects
-Have you ever spotlighted your business on a podcast to get more customers?
-What’s your biggest challenge in getting consistent customers?
-What budget do you set for promoting your business?
Why this matters
Stories sell. When entrepreneurs tell their story, customers connect, visibility goes up, trust goes up, and sales follow.

When I believe in something, it's like I really trust or think it's true, such as when I believe I can do well in a test because I've studied.
But when we say 'Having Belief Isn't Enough,' it means that just my belief alone isn't always sufficient or all I need. It's like saying,

Self-control is super important in many parts of life. Like in school or work, it helps us stay consistent and do better in what we do.
In our relationships with others, self-control is key too. It helps us communicate better and handle conflicts with more calmness and understanding. That way, we can build healthier connections with people.
Not only that, self-control also affects our physical and mental health in a positive way. It lets us make better choices for our bodies, like eating well, exercising, and getting enough rest. It also helps us deal with stress and anxiety, making us stronger emotionally.
To practice self-control, we need to know ourselves and face our weaknesses. By recognizing what makes us act impulsively, we can find ways to overcome those habits and make better choices.
It might be tough to learn self-control at first, but with practice and effort, it becomes easier. Setting achievable goals and celebrating our progress helps reinforce this behavior and makes it stronger in different situations.
In conclusion, "Self-Control is Key" reminds us that controlling our impulses and emotions is vital for personal growth and well-being. When we develop self-discipline, we can handle life's challenges better, make smarter choices, and have more meaningful relationships. It's a powerful tool that guides us towards a more successful and fulfilling life.

"Every Action Has A Reaction" means that everything we do has a consequence. It's like when you throw a stone into a calm pond, and it creates ripples that spread out.
Our actions, too, can affect people and situations around us.
For example, if we're kind and respectful to others, they are more likely to be kind back, and we'll have better relationships.
But if we're mean or hurtful, it can cause problems and make others unhappy.
This idea also applies to school and work. When we work hard and do our best, we usually get good results and people notice our efforts.
But if we don't put in the effort, we might miss out on opportunities and face negative consequences.
Remembering that our actions have reactions helps us make better choices. By thinking about the possible outcomes before we act, we can make our lives and the lives of others happier and more positive.
So, it's essential to be responsible and consider how our actions affect everyone around us.
Obstacles are like the bumps and hurdles that pop up in our lives while we're trying to achieve our goals.
They can make things seem hard and confusing, even when we're doing our best. These obstacles keep happening because life is a bit complicated and full of different things happening all at once.
One reason obstacles come up is because people are all different. We have different ideas, dreams, and wishes, and sometimes those differences can cause problems when we're working together on something.
But it's okay because we can learn to talk and work things out.
We all have some limits, like not knowing everything or not having everything we need. These limits can make it tough to get things done, and sometimes the future feels uncertain.
But it's important to stay strong and find ways to handle these challenges.

Fear is like a little monster that can eat up our bravery. When we feel afraid, our courage disappears, and we become hesitant and unsure of ourselves.
It's as if fear is a dark cloud that covers up our strength and determination. Instead of facing challenges head-on, we may shy away from them, thinking that we're not capable enough.
Imagine courage as a bright light inside us that guides us through tough times.
However, when fear creeps in, it dims that light and makes it harder for us to see our way forward.
We might start to doubt ourselves, thinking that we might fail or get hurt if we take risks.
The more fear we allow into our minds, the more it takes over, and the less brave we become.
It's like a vicious cycle: the less courage we have, the more afraid we feel, and the more afraid we feel, the less courage we can find.
But here's the good news: just as fear can weaken our courage, courage can also defeat fear.
When we face our fears and push through them, the cloud of fear starts to dissipate, and our courage shines brighter again. Each time we conquer something that scares us, we grow stronger and more confident.
So, the key is to acknowledge that fear is natural and okay, but we must not let it control us. Instead,
we should strive to find our courage, take small steps to face our fears, and gradually build our strength to overcome them.
With each step forward, we'll discover that our courage gets more potent, and fear loses its grip on us.
Remember, it's okay to feel fear, but don't let it destroy your courage. Embrace challenges, face your fears, and watch your courage grow, allowing you to face life with a more daring and determined spirit.

Life balance is like a puzzle where we have to fit all the important pieces of our life together in a way that feels good. It means giving the right amount of time and attention to different parts of our life, like school, family, friends, hobbies, and taking care of ourselves.
Imagine you have different balls that you have to keep in the air. Each ball represents something important to you, like schoolwork, spending time with family, playing sports, or having fun with friends. Life balance means making sure you don't drop any of these balls by giving them enough attention.
Having a balanced life is important because it helps us feel happy and fulfilled. If we spend all our time on just one thing, like school, we might feel stressed or miss out on other things we enjoy. By finding a good balance, we can have time for school, spending time with loved ones, doing things we love, and taking care of ourselves.
To have a balanced life, we need to make choices. Sometimes we might have to say no to extra activities or set limits on how much time we spend on certain things. It's also important to take breaks, have fun, and do things that make us feel good. Balance is different for everyone, so it's important to figure out what works best for us.
Finding life balance is an ongoing process. It means checking in with ourselves regularly to make sure we're not giving too much time to one thing and neglecting others. It's like adjusting a recipe until it tastes just right.
When we have a balanced life, we feel happier, less stressed, and more in control. We have time for the things that matter most to us and can enjoy different parts of our life without feeling overwhelmed. So, by aiming for balance, we can create a happier and more fulfilling life for ourselves.
Doing work is important because it helps us learn, grow, and make a difference in the world around us. When we do our work, whether it's studying for a test, completing a project, or helping out at home, we are building important skills and knowledge that will benefit us in the future.
Doing work matters because it teaches us discipline and responsibility. When we take the time to focus on our tasks and complete them to the best of our ability, we are showing ourselves and others that we can be reliable and dependable. These qualities are important not only in school but also in our personal and professional lives as we grow older.
Doing work also helps us learn and expand our knowledge. Each task we undertake presents an opportunity to discover new things, solve problems, and gain a deeper understanding of the world. Whether it's solving math equations, reading a book, or conducting a science experiment, every piece of work we do adds to our knowledge and helps us become more well-rounded individuals.

In the video titled "How Absent Fathers Shape Their Children's Lives," Devon Thomas, Eriedian Castrelo, and Terryl Humphrey discuss the impact of fathers' absence on their children. They explore how this absence can shape various aspects of a child's life.
The video highlights that fathers play a crucial role in their children's development and well-being. When fathers are absent or not actively involved, it can have significant effects on children's emotions, behavior, relationships, and future prospects.
Children who grow up without their fathers may experience emotional distress and feelings of abandonment. They might struggle with their self-esteem, trust issues, and forming secure attachments with others.
The absence of a father figure can also contribute to behavioral problems, such as aggression, delinquency, and a higher likelihood of engaging in risky behaviors.
Furthermore, children without involved fathers may face challenges in establishing healthy relationships later in life. They may find it difficult to trust others, experience difficulties with intimacy, and struggle to maintain long-term commitments.
When you give a gift, it becomes something truly special for the recipient. It represents your thoughtfulness and care. Your generous act has the power to bring immense joy and happiness to someone's life.
By saying that your gift will be somebody's prize, we mean that it will be highly valued and treasured. It could be a toy that brings laughter to a child, a book that inspires and educates, or a donation that supports a worthy cause. No matter what form it takes, your gift can make a positive impact.
Celebrating your journey is a significant and valuable practice for several reasons. Firstly, it allows you to acknowledge and appreciate the progress you have made, regardless of how big or small it may be.
Each step forward, each milestone achieved, and each lesson learned is worth recognizing and commemorating.
By celebrating your journey, you embrace a positive mindset, fostering self-confidence and motivation to keep moving forward.
Secondly, celebrating your journey provides an opportunity for reflection and self-awareness. It allows you to pause and take stock of your experiences, growth, and achievements.
Through this reflection, you gain valuable insights into your strengths, weaknesses, and areas of improvement.

In life, it's natural to want more—to achieve greater things and expand our horizons. This ambition drives us to set goals and grow as individuals. However, it's important to balance this desire with contentment and gratitude for what we already have.
Imagine life as a book with different chapters representing our goals. Embracing the idea of more means appreciating the chapters we've completed, learning from them, and being thankful for the experiences. But it also means being open to new possibilities and seeking personal growth.
By finding a balance between gratitude and ambition, we can create a meaningful and fulfilling life. It's about being happy with what we have while also striving for a brighter future. This approach allows us to continuously grow and transform, making the journey towards more as important as the destination itself.

Never stop learning means to have a growth mindset and constantly seek out new knowledge and skills throughout your life. It is the belief that there is always more to learn and room for improvement, no matter your age or level of expertise.
It involves embracing challenges and mistakes as opportunities for growth, and actively seeking out new experiences and information to expand your horizons. It requires a commitment to lifelong learning and a willingness to step out of your comfort zone and try new things.
Never stop learning is important because the world is constantly changing, and new technologies, ideas, and perspectives emerge every day. By continuing to learn, you can stay relevant, adapt to changes, and improve your personal and professional life. It also helps to stimulate the brain and keep it active, which can enhance cognitive function and overall well-being.
Listening to your gut, also known as following your intuition, is important because it can provide valuable insights and guidance that our logical mind may not be able to access. Our intuition is a result of our subconscious mind processing vast amounts of information and experiences that our conscious mind may not be aware of. By tuning into our intuition, we can tap into this vast knowledge and make decisions that are aligned with our values, goals, and overall well-being.
In addition, listening to our gut can help us navigate through difficult situations and make choices that are in our best interest. Our intuition can provide a sense of clarity and certainty that can help us overcome uncertainty, doubt, and fear.
However, it's important to note that our intuition is not infallible and should not be solely relied upon. It's important to also use rational thinking and analysis to make informed decisions. Nevertheless, by honing our intuition and learning to trust it, we can make better choices and live a more fulfilling life.

Learning your worth is a process that involves developing a deep sense of self-awareness and appreciation for your inherent value as a person. It is not a simple or straightforward task, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach. However, there are some general principles that can guide you as you work to learn your worth.
First, it's important to recognize that your worth is not dependent on external factors such as your job, accomplishments, or possessions. These things may contribute to your sense of self-worth, but they do not define it. Your worth is inherent and unchanging, regardless of your circumstances.
Second, learning your worth involves developing a deep sense of self-awareness. This means taking the time to reflect on your values, beliefs, and priorities, as well as your strengths and weaknesses. It also means being honest with yourself about your thoughts and feelings, and being willing to confront the parts of yourself that may be holding you back.
Third, learning your worth requires practicing self-compassion and self-care. This means treating yourself with kindness and understanding, and making time for activities that nourish your body, mind, and soul. It also means being patient and forgiving with yourself as you navigate the ups and downs of life.
Finally, learning your worth is an ongoing process that requires consistent effort and self-reflection. It may involve seeking feedback from trusted friends, mentors, or colleagues, or seeking professional help if necessary. Ultimately, learning your worth is about recognizing and embracing your unique qualities and contributions, and living a life that reflects your true value as a person.

Success is often hard to achieve because it requires significant effort, dedication, and persistence. It is not enough to simply have a goal in mind; one must be willing to work hard and make sacrifices to reach that goal.Success also involves overcoming obstacles and setbacks along the way. It requires resilience in the face of failure and the ability to learn from mistakes and keep moving forward.Furthermore, success often involves taking risks and stepping outside of one's comfort zone. This can be uncomfortable and intimidating, but it is necessary to grow and achieve great things.Ultimately, the road to success is not an easy one, but those who are willing to put in the effort and persevere despite the challenges are the ones who are most likely to succeed.

On a personal level, we also experience cycles in our lives. We go through periods of growth and development, followed by times of stagnation or even decline. We have highs and lows, successes and failures, and moments of joy and sorrow. However, just as the seasons change and the water cycle continues, these cycles in our lives are also not permanent. They too will pass, and new cycles will begin.Recognizing the cyclical nature of life can help us to embrace change and find meaning in our experiences. We can learn to appreciate the good times and accept the difficult times, knowing that each phase is a necessary part of the cycle of life. We can also use our past experiences to prepare for future cycles, and to appreciate the lessons we have learned along the way.In essence, life is a cycle that constantly moves forward, bringing with it change, growth, and transformation. By embracing this cyclical nature of life, we can learn to navigate its ups and downs and find purpose in each phase of our journey.

Growing from your past experiences involves recognizing the lessons you have learned and using that knowledge to make positive changes in your life. This process requires honest self-reflection and a willingness to acknowledge past mistakes and shortcomings. It also involves developing a growth mindset that allows you to see challenges and failures as opportunities for learning and improvement.
To grow from your past experiences, start by taking an objective look at your past. Identify the experiences that have had the biggest impact on your life and reflect on what you have learned from them. Be honest with yourself about your strengths and weaknesses, and identify areas where you can improve.
Next, focus on the positive. Rather than dwelling on past mistakes, celebrate your successes and the lessons you have learned. Use this knowledge to set goals for yourself and create a plan for achieving them.
Finally, embrace the idea of growth and change. Recognize that you are not defined by your past experiences, but rather by your ability to learn and grow from them. Be open to new experiences and opportunities, and stay committed to your personal growth and development.

Developing a plan involves creating a roadmap that outlines the steps necessary to achieve a particular goal or objective. To develop a plan, you must first identify the goal that you wish to achieve and understand the factors that influence its success. You should then break down the goal into smaller, manageable tasks that can be accomplished within a given timeframe. The next step is to prioritize the tasks, taking into consideration their level of importance and the resources available. This may involve assigning specific responsibilities to team members or stakeholders, as well as determining the timeline for completing each task. It is also important to identify potential roadblocks or challenges that may arise and develop contingency plans to address them.Once the plan has been developed, it should be communicated clearly to all stakeholders, and progress should be monitored regularly to ensure that the plan is on track. Adjustments may need to be made as circumstances change, and it is essential to remain flexible and adaptable throughout the planning process.Overall, developing a plan requires careful consideration and collaboration among all stakeholders involved to ensure that the goal is achieved efficiently and effectively.z

Your environment DOESN"T define who you will become. You define your environment by the people you hang around and the actions you take in life. For Episode #29, this is going to be a special conversation/interview because Tim has EARNED so much throughout his life. Like For instances, April 4, 2022 is Tim's Day. Not his birthday but a Specific Day Dedicated to my brother. Yes you read that right, this man has a Day just for him and the good thing is that he is from Little Rock, Ar. This is good Because it goes to show anyone watching this conversation that anything is possible with the right mindset!
After you get done watching this conversation, you should be inspired to learn how to make your dream into a reality. Not only learn but start taking small actions toward them.
Thank You for always supporting me and always showing me love. You deserve to be successful. If you don't believe this, You Will Never Become Successful!

As the year comes to an end, the most important thing that you should take away is the amount of growth that you have developed. Times gets hard and when it gets hard, the first thing that we want to do is quit. And when we quit, we are quitting on the journey, on ourselves, and everybody around us. Growing allows us to learn how to handle everything that is thrown at us and why we are handling it that way. For Episode #19 my brothers Malik Allen, Chandler Miller, and Devon Thompson have a everyday conversation about life, and you can hear the growth that has been achieved.
