In this installment of the NashCast, Nash discusses key talking points from a group of coaches within the Central Florida area. After having so many requests to talk about certain subjects that effect soccer programs at the start of a season, we decided to chat about it with a non-coach to see how these issues relate to the business world.
Without coaching a HS team this year, Nash is able to say what needs to be said in regards to many of the issues that come about early in a season. This episode is great for anyone to listen to as it relates to career paths as well. Coaches, Parents, and Players should all have a listen...you might learn something.

In the third installment of The NashCast, Ryan Nash interviews his counterpart at Lake Howell High School...Coach Scott Betsinger. Betsinger has been the head coach of Lake Howell Boys Soccer for 26 years and counting. He has double digit district titles and even some state final four appearances. Listen in to hear all there is to gain from such a Seminole County Soccer Legend. You will grow from this!

Nash dives into the deeper side of team success with Tampa Prep Athletic Director, Chris Lavoie. It's always nice to have someone around that has been on your side since day one...and that could not be more true because Chris Lavoie is the AD that gave Nash his first head coaching gig.
Pay attention, because this guy brings the juice when it comes to building success in athletic programs. His tenacity is something any leader should strive for as he is always geared towards finding the result that best serves the team. Lavoie focuses on the mental side of sports and how, as individuals, we can improve the entire team surrounding us.
