Mindset impacts emotions and emotions alter your biology, so if you believe that you can, you are more likely to. If you focus more on the positive, you will create more of the positive.

Just because there is a nay-sayer in your mind, doesn't mean it's true. Self-doubt is actually a sign that something is important to you and that you should use it as a signal to dig deeper and keep going and not let it detract you from your goals. We also look at the importance of creating 'power statements' for ourselves.
