The goal of this podcast is to begin talking about patterns and behaviors that carry across generations. Are they still serving your greatest potential or are they inhibiting you from accessing what you truly deserve? By sharing my story and listening listening to others share theirs, it’s obvious to me that we all have something going on and it’s more important now then ever to lean on those you love.
I've been back & forth since the beginning of February about doing a series on the topic of love. This week is the first episode of the series, focusing inwardly on self love. These will be solo podcasts about my thoughts & feelings on the different variations of love. Along with each episode will be downloadable worksheets to work through the strategies I introduce.
I hope this episode finds you open to exploring loving yourself harder.
The 8th episode of Generation Lux and the 4th episode with two voices instead of one. This week, Isabella Lucci, comes onto the pod to talk about her long history of physical health conditions. She goes into detail about her endometriosis diagnosis and shares some unbelievable information about this disease as a whole. Her journey has been extensive, but she exhibits genuine vulnerability as she shares with us what she's been through. This wraps up our episodes for January :)
My best friend since 6th grade, Katarina Trask, delivers the blunt reality of what graduate school really takes. If you're currently in a graduate program, or headed in that direction, Kat will make you feel so validated and seen, all with a little bit of humor. If you're looking for support throughout your semester, definitely tune in to what she has to say!
If the title doesn't speak for itself....Sometimes the people who fill certain roles in your life aren't the ones you expected, but almost always they're exactly what you need. In this episode, Brianca Pal and I relay advice that we've learned through experience but wish we would've had guidance through. We've stepped up for one another to fill the roles of wifey, mommy, bestie, and now we're here for you too!
This episode is aimed for people in their 20s and parents. The topics we chose to talk about were ones we thought could help guide you through this confusing period of self discovery and growth. Finding your true you is hard if no one told you where to begin.
This episode means a lot to me because of all the reflections I did during the brainstorming process. I truly think everyone can take away a little something to adapt to their own life or as simple as a new perspective lens to look at the rest of the world through. Enjoy :)

This episode is super special because it's the first one after a holiday break and there is a special guest! In this episode, you'll follow along as Rachel Mascio & I complete the Wheel of Life exercise. The purpose of this exercise it to examine your life in 8 different categories and rate it on a scale from 1-10. We looked at how our life is looking currently, and we explored what direction we would like to take it in the future.
Follow along either by doing the exercise along side us or just by listening to our stories and discoveries. The first link below will take you to the Wheel of Life Assessment and the second link opens a downloadable worksheet to use as a template for your wheel! I'd be soo soo happy if you shared your final result if you decide to do this exercise (@Lionswholove).

Whether you can relate to the on again off again therapist relationships, or if you've been pondering the idea of starting to tackle yourself and your mental health, this episode is for you! I share some personal experiences with therapy and provide some tips for starting out the process yourself.
For the quizzes mentioned in this episode, check them out here! I get real personal about my personal love languages, what love looks like to me, and even uncover things you might not necessarily consider a "love language"

Here goes nothing! This episode is the launch of my newest project, Generation Lux. I go into detail about what you can expect to gain out of listening to this podcast as the listener. I'm in no way an expert on any of this, and I am speaking from a place of personal experience and individual circumstances. I want to create a safe space for people to collapse into, and I hope everyone respects the beauty of each individuals journey. Come along for the ride.
