I had the privilege to be joined by the inspiring Edel Diamond from the South-West Belfast Food bank. We are talking about how the service has adapted through Covid and how it continues to support people.
People can now self-refer for food packages and the Food Bank is in need of long-life milk if anyone can help.

I am joined by Emily at Colin Neighbourhood Partnership to chat about how volunteering can support work goals, as well as fulfilling life goals. Emily also runs through the opportunities available in the West Belfast Colin area.
We are joined by Desy from West Wellbeing based in West Belfast. We explore the importance of seeking help and the role of community support services. This is an inspirational story of a community coming together to help and protect each other.
In this episode we have Emalyn Turkington from Nexus NI joining us to explore the impact of trauma on achieving our goals. Nexus NI offers specialised professional counselling services to survivors of sexual trauma. It also provides training and education workshops on topics such as consent, relationship and sexuality education, internet safety and child sexual exploitation. This discussion includes but does not focus on sexual trauma.

Gareth joins us to chat about the differences between mainstream and adult education, as well as what stops people from giving it a go.
