A thirty something couple, dropping the pounds.
We are going to be bringing you along with us on our challenging quest for better health. We are working very hard right now, just to drop the large number of pounds that we have packed on over the last few sedentary, food addicted years.
We have both achieved some early success, and will keep you updated as each week passes.
We will share our struggles and triumphs along the way, and you will help provide us with some much needed accountability. If anyone ever asks me what we get out of producing this show, I will have to simply say that we do it to keep our selves on track.
Of course we hope our stories and info are helpful to others, but really this is very self serving.
BRUNCH DINING TIPS
Gale Gand's brunch menu usually includes a signature beverage (something sparkling), one or two baked goods, an egg dish, a pancake, waffle or crepe dish, some kind of fruit and some kind of dairy.

This week I had a 'normal' radioshow for DFM RTV Int. (http://dfm.nu) with my homegrown soundscapes and music. And like I promised with embedded Paris sounds. If you like be live on the radioshow; I'm doing the show every thursday from 22:00 till 24:00 (GMT +1). You only have to visit http://dfm.nu to find a link to the livestream and chat. Maybe'll see you next time on the chatchannel. And no surprise of course, but my nickname on that is 'Zebra404'.
