In today's very special episode, we have Noah Bissell, the co-founder at Bissell Brothers Brewing.
Bissell Brothers was conceived in November 2011 by brothers Noah and Peter Bissell, in response to Noah’s homebrewing obsession, and Peter’s interest and burgeoning experience in entrepreneurship and marketing.
Noah’s insatiable desire to explore further into mixed fermentation and barrel-aging led the company to perhaps its most dramatic move – The opening of its second production facility and taproom in the boys’ hometown of Milo – a rural community of 2,500 – in 2018. At Bissell Brothers Three Rivers, beers are produced with mixed cultures of yeast and bacteria, as well as aged in foeders and barrels, and customers enjoy a wide variety of canned and draft beverages produced in Portland as well.

We're coming right back at you this week with another very special episode featuring a brewery that Jared himself is a huge fan of. It is none other than Neil Fisher of WeldWerks Brewing Company, fizzing straight out of Greely, Colorado.
WeldWerks Brewing started like many other successful businesses: in a garage. Neil Fisher (co-founder and head brewer) began homebrewing with friends at his home in 2009, and over the next few years, a full roster of nearly 2 dozen different colorful characters would come around once a month to brew, learn and enjoy one another’s company. Fast forward a few years to the 2014 Big Beers, Belgians and Barleywines Festival, held at the time in Vail, CO, which is home to one of the nation’s best home brew competitions. A soft agreement was made in advance that if Neil was able to bring home a medal at this prestigious competition, he would consider opening a brewery. Well, as it happened, he didn’t win a medal – he won two.
We are as enticed with that story as you probably are, so sit right back, grab a cold one and tune into today's episode!
