Jaclyn so graciously agreed to appear on the podcast to discuss her expert opinion as a psychotherapist on pandemic trauma and mental health. She discusses how it affects us more than we realize, what we can do about it, why we are wired the way we are, and how to adjust our perceptions. She also addresses the stress of trying to do it all and why we even think we have to.

Jaclyn and I met in high school, I was a freshman and she was a senior. We were in band and she was the drum major of our marching band. We grew up in Fort Mill, South Carolina. We both went to the University of South Carolina - the REAL USC, we were a school before California was even a STATE - lol.
