What may be NBC's next hit workplace sitcom, American Auto is set in Detroit, Michigan, at fictional auto company Payne Motors. Featuring both known comedy veterans and up and coming actors, the show was created by Justin Spitzer, formerly of The Office and Superstore notoriety.
