*Recipe Alert!*
Poor Man's Steak
Ingredients:
Head of Cabbage
Room Temperature Butter or Olive Oil
Seasonings, I am using garlic powder, salt and pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Remove the outer leaves from the cabbage
Slice the head of cabbage into 4 "steaks"
Either spread butter and season both sides of the cabbage or use butter substitute or olive oil
Place on baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper
Bake side one for 20 minutes
Flip and cook the other side for 20 minutes
Take out of the oven
Enjoy!!!!
