As I continue on this journey through life and find myself I would like to impart a little of my own life nuggets and help others on their journey.Our body is our temple and we must take care of mind, body and spirit. Lets us live, love, laugh each day to the fullest and when we meet a bump along the way, be there to pick each other up.
As we continue to examine the 5 Stages of Grief, lets us examine the 3rd stage, Bargaining :"Maybe if I had gotten them to the hospital sooner, they would have lived".

When we lose a loved one whether expected or unexpected, sometimes as we grieve it can evoke feelings of anger. Identifying and examining the feeling of anger and getting the appropriate will help to eventually bring you peace , as you grieve. Anger is a natural part of the grief process.
Loosing a loved one to death is not easy, many of us suffer in silence because we don't understand and know how to handle the emotions we are feeling. But as a community we should share our stories and help each other to get through our losses.
