I'm your host Travis Krick, I have a passion for exploring what it means to lead a lifestyle that connects us back into the basic elements of nature. The past decade, I've been a bodyworker and taught advanced bodyworking and massage classes to massage therapists. I Went on to receive a B.S. degree in nutrition, from CWU, and its lead me to help thousands of people reconnect to not only themselves, but with the natural world around them.
