"Originally from Southeast Missouri, Kory Vance is a poet and affordable housing professional living in Sacramento, California. He is equally passionate about housing and poetry. Currently, Kory is the Director of Housing & Lending at an organization in Sacramento. In his career, he has worked in a broad range of affordable housing and community development initiatives, including homeless intervention, neighborhood revitalization, home repair, first-time homebuyer, and foreclosure prevention programs.
