The road trip just got a little bit more exciting...
Not only have we arrived at our first new destination and National Park, but we are joined by a special guest, Erin Shortt!
Erin and I have the best time reminiscing about the first major stop on our 2021 summer road trip. We talk about our campground (great shower experience), the Wild West town of Medora, and all we got into at the park itself.

This episode is just the beginning of the greatest road trip of my life. In the Summer of 2021, Erin and I embarked on the craziest adventure we have ever dreamed of and it all started here.

That's right folks, the wait is over and I am coming to you from my new home, Duluth, Minnesota. Over the last week and a half, I have been organizing my life in the North and welcome you all to join me.
This episode dives into some of the headaches I encountered while making the move, a little background on the place I came home to, and a couple of ideas for this show as well as where it will be heading in the upcoming weeks/months.
I'm so happy to start this new year off with you alongside me. Here's to the best year of our lives! 🥂
Where one chapter ends, another one begins. This episode is heartfelt and a true farewell to the place I have called home for the last 22 years.
We talk about how Kentucky and its people shaped who I am, seeing my new home as nothing but an opportunity, and of course, talking about some of my favorite food joints in the entire state.

Today we take a trip to Cuyahoga County in the state of Ohio, the fourth state we can cross off our list of destinations. Starting off with Cuyahoga Valley National Park and finishing the episode in Cleveland.
