She has extensive programme and project management experience and holds several CII Financial Planning qualifications.
But while she's not running the show here at moneyinfo, Tess can be found running around the hockey pitch, or running round the park with her German Shepherd, Keira. Always first to the karaoke to blast out some Whitney, Tess is a sucker for an 80s classic! An avid card player, Tess hopes she wins the 'Million Dollar Bill' and isn't left saying 'I have Nothing' at the end of the game!

Eleanor is a portfolio manager at a UK bank, looking after clients investment portfolios. She has a passion for educating others on investments and is determined to close the many gender financial gaps that exist here in the UK today. This led her to start up @sqhermile which is an Instagram page dedicated to making money management simple. Having worked in finance for the last eight years, she has seen the world change from a heavily male dominated world, largely unaccepting of females to one where females are welcomed and encouraged to shine. It’s expected that 56% of the UK’s wealth is expected to be female by 2025… the industry serving these clients needs to be the same.

This week I am joined by Sarah Tucker, who is the founder of The Mortgage Mum, which she launched during her stint on The Voice UK. She wanted to use her platform to make change in the financial services industry by giving women the opportunity to train and qualify as mortgage brokers; and then provide them with a space to work flexibly around their families.
Sarah qualified as a mortgage broker in 2015, after studying around her part time London career as a Legal PA; and her then 18 month old daughter Sienna. In 2016 she had her son Joshua and decided to make the leap to be a self-employed mortgage broker full time around her children. In 2018 she started calling herself “The Mortgage Mum” on social platforms, doing live videos to educate people on mortgages in a relaxed, informal way. This led to her gaining a following and a reputation, and eventually to her creating her own company. “It started as a nickname… Became an Instagram handle… Turned into a brand… Became a company… And now it is becoming a movement. The Mortgage Mum movement. I am so excited to see what the future holds for myself and these incredible women!”

This week I am joined by Fleur Iannazzo, who is a money coach who is on a mission to prove that there is nothing special about the people who are good with money. She admits to having her own financial crisis of confidence when -realising that her job was all about recommending big investments -she still could not apply the same analysis to her own budget. As a CFA Charter holder she is 'officially' good with numbers. Only when she came across the relatively new fields of Behavioural Economics and Behavioural Finance did she realise that she was not the only one unable to translate 'book learning' into real life.
