The Job search has been disappointing. Yes, I know we've got more new job growth then ever before in US history (bullshit) but it's not happening for me. But you know what?
I'm going to keep looking. There has to be something, right? Right?!?

Every mind contemplates it. At first I posted then, then pulled it because I felt hesitant about posting it, then I said, (F#k that!) It's how I feel and I'm not going to be apologetic for how I'm feeling. And (F#K you!) if you have a problem with it.
Since I keep most intimate thoughts like this to myself, this is a way to exorcise those demons. It's a form of catharsis, like shouting at the moon.
I certainly feel better afterwards. And if the Native American seniors knew when it was their time to walk into the forest to never return, there is no reason why I shouldn't know also.
Once my debts are paid, if it is deemed possible, and once I have the means, then I'd like to go out by my choice. I'm looking at five or so years from now, but yeah. I'm not going to waste away in some senior living facility somewhere. Heck, I couldn't even afford it.

As a DJ, I play tracks and music from others. It's what we DJ's do. We play tracks we haven't created ourselves for people to dance to and appreciate. In essence, we are the ambassadors for the artists and producers of said tracks. We're the vectors that get their music viral, that get their music heard and distributed. Without us, without the parties, this wouldn't happen.
I mixed a special set this month, a Valentine's Day set from the confines of my pandemic-free haven, my bedside.
I also went on YouTube and found some classic dance movies to sync the beats up with for my chasing synchronicity impetus that has driven me for so long. I wish I had the bandwidth to choreograph, but one lifetime is just too darned short to do everything we love with the dedication they deserve. So, I repurposed the look and feel of Fred Astair, Eleanor Powell, Ginger Rogers, Anne Miller, Mitzi Gainer, The Nicholas Brothers and other greats of their time, destined to be forgotten by the next generations, and mixed them in with modern-day electronica, with house music, deep house music, and dance. I'm not going to make any money for doing so, since YouTube frowns on that sort of thing, and perhaps Spotify might ding me for spinning other artists' tracks I didn't produce myself. However, for the sake of the Art, I must at least try.

As a boy, I would watch PBS and their ballets. I would turn the music down and replace their music (though enjoyable in its own right) with a cassette tape containing my favorite dance music that I recorded from the radio.
Basically, it's all I'm doing now, just with better equipment.

During my job search two days ago, one of the jobs, I came across was for a vocalist. Unfortunately, they had already filled the position by the time I’d gotten around to submitting a sample, a sample based upon their sample. It was a silly simple sample to be submitted as an example of my ample gamble of their jingle. I dawdled. So I missed out. So otherwise daunted to get a role I wanted, I shall present my audition to you.

The opening harmonies under FDR was a memory of a tune I heard, Spirited Away, tiger stripes. And I merged it as I would if I were dj-ing with Lipps, FunkyTown, and the toot (sweets) and heys of Donna Summer's Bad Girls. As an artist, I am also a DJ.
