The Chiefs are back in the Super Bowl, and the Chiefs Bros are back to discuss it. We talk over how this year feels different with a Chiefs team with nothing to prove to anyone, and how playing in the Super Bowl now feels rather routine. The Bros are back from their lengthy hiatus on the podcasting IR with renewed spirits and fresh, piping hot takes. The Bros take a moment at the midway point of the regular season to look back on the games played thus far and reflect on the state of the Chiefs heading into the bye week. The defense looks like the best it has been in the Mahomes era, but the offense continues to struggle with questionable play from the WR corp. The Bros discuss what might be causing this, and what Andy Reid might do to fix it. Rounding out the podcast is a quick swing around the league to check in on where other teams are at. Andrew does not believe in Tua, Jonathan thinks the Cowboys might be frauds, and the Bros both agree that the Bengals are the absolute worst.

The Bros also predict the current and potential hall of famers that were on the 2022 roster, and have a nuanced conversation on the Patriots dynasty comparisons that are being made. The Chiefs bade farewell to the upstart Bengals on Sunday in route to their third Lamar Hunt trophy in the last four years, while punching their ticket to the Superbowl! The Bros are feeling feisty in this week's podcast as they are finally able to unload on the Bengals after the Chiefs' 23-20 victory over Cincinnati. Mahomes had one leg, no WRs, no run game, and still got the job done. Meanwhile Joe Burrow got the ball twice in the 4th quarter with a chance to go win the game and produced a grand total of 0 points. Chris Jones turned in a career-defining performance and reminded the cocky Bengals that Arrowhead is indeed the home of the Chiefs, and no one else. The Bros roast the Bengals and their whiny, ref-blaming fans, give out gameballs, and take many a deep breath after the most stressful, but perhaps ultimately most satisfying, game in the Mahomes era of Chiefs football.
The Chiefs survive and advance in a gritty performance from a clearly hobbled Patrick Mahomes, but will grit be enough to beat the dastardly Bengals?

The bros also give a quick recap of the Rams game and discuss some of the signings the Chiefs have made in the last week. The bros are feeling pretty chill this week after having no Chiefs game on Sunday to overreact to. The bros give a preview of the upcoming Sunday Night Football game against the Tennessee Titans, discuss the moves made at the trade deadline, and survey the league at large through 8 weeks.
The Chiefs offense struck gold in Sunday's beatdown of the 49ers. The bros discuss the game, give a brief recap of the games they missed (sorry!), hand out some game balls and blame balls, and relish in the Chiefs victory heading into the bye week. Not much "around the NFL" talk this week, but there will be plenty next week when there's no Chiefs game to recap. Enjoy the better audio quality this week and hopefully going forward!

(Hi Jake)
On today's long anticipated podcast the bros recap the Chiefs dominating victory over the Pittsburgh Stillers, hand out a few game balls, and preview a brutally difficult upcoming game against the Buffalo Bills in the divisional round. Happy retirement Ben!
The Raiders disrespectfully held their pregame huddle on the Chiefs' logo and then proceeded to take a dirt nap all afternoon as they got blasted into Oblivion to the tune of 48-9. The Raiders continue to suck and the sun continues to rise in the morning. All is as it should be. The Bros are coming off of a short week and so have a shorter podcast this week. What else is there to say about such a lop-sided beatdown? The Bros discuss the most recent iteration of Raider implosion and how much this game tells us about the state of the Chiefs. They also look forward to the biggest game left on the schedule this season when the Chiefs travel to LA to hopefully cement their division lead against the upstart Chargers. Remember kids: you mess with the bull, you get the horns!
The Chiefs Bros return from their extended bye week to recap the most recent win over the Broncos as well as the previous game against the Cowboys. "I think I got my swagger back! Ahhhhhhhhhhhh!" The Chiefs dominated the Raiders to the tune of 41-14 on Sunday Night. It was the kind of performance that the Chiefs haven't had in a long time: the offense, defense, and special teams all playing well together at the same time. The Raiders looked shell-shocked afterwards, and the rest of the AFC should be feeling nervous as well because the Chiefs might just be back to their Super Bowl form. The Chiefs Bros discuss the game and what it means for the season going forward, give out some game balls, and look forward to Sunday's matchup against the Dallas Cowboys.
Happy Raider Week! The bros recap Sunday's win over the Green Bay Packers. It wasn't always pretty, but it was enough to secure the win. The defense looked like it might be rounding into form, special teams was excellent, and the offense continued to struggle through its mid-season slump. The bros also look forward to the Sunday night showdown with the Raiders of Las Vegas, who have had an up and down season in their own right, and discuss the mosh pit that is the AFC this year.
The Kansas City Chiefs pulled out an ugly win over the hapless New York Football Giants on Monday, but didn't do much to alleviate the concerns of the fanbase. The Chiefs Bros discuss their gameday experience at Arrowhead (suck it GEHA) and share some takeaways from the game. The Bros also discuss some moves the Chiefs made before the trade deadline and preview next week's game against the Green Bay Packers.
The Chiefs got a W!!! It was a worrying performance through the first half in Washington on Sunday, but the Chiefs got things turned around in the second half and came away with an overall encouraging performance against the Footballs. The Bros break down the Chiefs' day on offense and defense, give out a number of game balls, and debate the merits of dancing on the number 21. Bon appetite!
It was a rough night for the Chiefs and for Chiefs Kingdom. We also discuss the Chiefs hopefully returning to the field on Sunday night, and what Josh Gordon's contribution might be. We have a short mailbag Q&A at the midpoint, and end with a quick survey around the NFC. We had some audio issues while recording this podcast. We apologize profusely and promise to do better next time, just like the Chiefs' defense...
The Chiefs win 42-30 over the Eagles. The offense was nearly perfect and the defense was... concerning. The bros discuss the game and what they think is ailing the Chiefs' defense right now. Is it all Dan Sorenson's fault? Is Bob Sutton still to blame?? Game balls for the offense, and blame balls for the defense. We'll see you again on Friday for the Bills preview.
