I share my thoughts and experiences in life and how I've not only shaped my mindset to be a better tool for myself and others but also how I'm continuing my growth. And I hope I can inspire you a little bit too.
In this episode I spend some time talking about balance. As much as it's important to put in the work to become the best version of yourself (mostly speaking mentally), it is equally important to recognize and follow through on taking a break. Inspired by a post from Lisa Olivera.

Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to sufferiiing! OK, so not what thus episode is about necessarily but I do talk about imaginary suffering. Ya know, when you think of all the bad things that can happen and then you don't do whatever it is you're trying to do? Yea, that. Short episode but packed nice and neat with quotes and something that literally just happened before I recorded this that may help you overcome it a little. :)

Greetings! So this is mostly me reading a blog post I shared on Thanksgiving with some tangents for clarity and the expansion of some ideas. I speak on Gratefulness and how we should all try to find the good that comes with the bad.
In this episode, like every episode, I ramble. I first touch on some sleep habits and techniques that may work for you if you struggle with it. Then I touch on taking quotes and things we've learned and actualization them (starts at about 29 min mark). And lastly, the reason for the episode, I talk about Control (35:30). And the idea (fact really) that we are only in control of what/how we think, what we say, and what we do...and those are the things we need to focus on.
Hey everyone! Thanks for checking me out. This intro longer than anticipated but hey, I tend to ramble with my brain being all over the place. I started this because I like to talk to myself when I wake up and throughout my day. And usually it's deep and thoughtful so I figured I should just record it. My hope is that as I speak on different things or shed light to my persepctive, I will be able to help others have a shift in mindset to better their lives. Most of my thought processes come from Stoicism but I take inspiration from so many people and I'll be sharing quotes and passages and giving my thoughts on them as well. This is all experimental and probably just from my phone for a while so nothing fancy for a while. Just my voice until I find my flow. Cheers!
