Have you ever let your attitude be determined by someone else's behaviour? We've all done it. Typically when we allow this to happen, it is because we have not been prioritizing our walk with the Lord and pursuing Him like we should--we're pouring from an empty cup. In order to be a joyous christian, we must start by taking full responsibility for our faith.
Sometimes serving the people that God has put in front of you will be inconvenient. And that's okay.
Have you ever wondered the best way to ask someone if you can help them? Have you ever told someone, "If you need anything just let me know", knowing full well that they're never going to reach out. Don't you wish there was a better way to offer help to someone?
What if you could ask a powerful yet simple question instead?
In this episode, we discuss Jesus' miracle of healing the son of an official. There are two key lessons in this story, tune in to find out what they are.
In this week's episode we discuss a couple bonus lessons from Jesus' miracle of turning water into wine!

This week Chris continued in his series, FACING THE GIANTS. Using the story of David and Goliath as a launchpad to help us see how Christ can win (and has already won) the battle against the giants in our lives. The giant we talked about this week was “Addiction.” No, not just talking about substance abuse and inappropriate internet searches—but rather any repetitive sin in our life that we feel helpless to overcome. Whether that’s lying, gossip, gluttony, or something else entirely, so many christians have a sin they keep trying to kill, but it refuses to die. But here’s the good news: addiction is beatable when we remember who we are in Christ. You can’t win the battle alone, but when you are in Christ, you are not alone in the fight against the giant in your life!

This week Chris began a new series titled, FACING THE GIANTS. Too often we take it upon ourselves to try and slay the giants that stand before us in our life, only to be discouraged when that plan doesn’t work out. (If David could do it, so can I…right?) Thankfully, Jesus not only provides a better way for us, he provides the only way.
