The ‘Keep It Real’ campaign flooded instagram with positive images intended to spread the message that we are enough as we are. People rose to the challenge and joined Ruth by posting images of themselves with #keepitreal painted on their body.
In response to this outpouring of support and with a clear need to take the conversation further.
We've got a special gift for you lovely lot this week - it's the Xmas special! The gang discuss the highs, the lows, and number of bottles of wine consumed over 2023 infused with a LARGE helping of Christmas cheer!
