I sat down with Tiffany Pederson-Henry, a newly Yale graduate, to discuss diversity and inclusion in sports. During her time at Yale, Tiffany helped start Yale Bulldogs for Change, an on-campus group for black student athletes. Hear about Tiffany's experiences during her time at Yale as well as many other stories that Tiffany and I share relating to race and sports.
One thing we both concluded during our conversation, is that while sports have oftentimes become a safe space for black athletes, there is still a lot of work that needs to be done. This is definitely not going to be out last conversation on this topic.

It's week 3 of the ShaunsTake NFL Offseason and we're onto the AFC! Listen in as I cover the AFC North and South. There's a lot of excitement for some of these teams, but there's also a couple who are in big trouble this offseason.
**Update on Lamar Jackson's situation: the Ravens opted to use the non-exclusive franchise tag on Lamar. This means Lamar has a 1 year offer from the Ravens but is allowed to negotiate a deal with other teams. If Lamar were to sign an offer sheet with another team the Ravens can match that offer and keep Lamar OR let Lamar sign with the other team and receiver two 1st round picks from said team. In all likelihood, Lamar and the Ravens will eventually work out a longterm deal, I seriously don't see Lamar playing for anyone but the Ravens.

As we go through each team we'll be playing "Progression / Regression" for all 32 starting QBs. With high school football just around the corner, I talked with none other than 247 Sports' National Recruiting Analyst Greg Biggins. Together we discussed Southern California High School Football which is headlined by St. John Bosco and Mater Dei, the top 2 teams in the nation.
In our conversation together, we not only talked about Bosco and Mater Dei, but some of the top public schools in the country in Mission Viejo and Corona Centennial, as well as other SoCal sleeper teams and players you need to know for this upcoming season.
