What does 'ascension' mean to you?

In this episode, Stephen broadcasts from his office at the Summerhill Pyramids. He shares the history behind several of the beautiful artifacts in his space and explains why they are so precious to him. How do you nourish your body from within?

This episode begins with Stephen and Mathew discussing why it’s important to care for your hair as a beautiful part of your bodily vessel. Stephen shares why he feels he could never shave or cut his hair. They explore the concept of beauty from within and the importance of taking care of our bodies from the inside. Stephen explains how he’s teaching this to his young daughter in the hopes that she will feel deeply connected to her body and work to nurture and protect it.

Mathew asks Stephen to share the latest updates on his center for humanity. Stephen talks about his experience with the Agriculture Land Commissioners and why he believes this new center for humanity is a vital addition to the community. Stephen and Mathew once again consider the dire effects that food production has on planet warming. Stephen urges us all to get in touch with our Grand Selves and listen to our inner guidance as we make our daily decisions, especially when it comes to the food that nourishes our bodies.

Welcome to another episode of In The Moment joined by our dear friend James Alton!

This episode is dedicated to Mr. Fozzie Cipes, Stephen’s beloved dog who recently passed on. Stephen opens up about the experience of losing his dog and how it affected his whole family. He memorializes Mr. Fozzie and shares the beautiful memory of how his family first got him and the wonderful life they shared together. Stephen reads a lovely excerpt that was sent to him by his dear friend Carole Serene, and reveals how this comforted him and his daughter. 

James Alton shares his own experience with animals. He explores why humans will care so much for our animal friends, even knowing that their lives will be shorter than our own. He explains the difference between chosen pain and unchosen pain. Stephen, Mathew, and James discuss the concept of chosen pain and why we put ourselves in situations we know will end in heartache.

How can YOU make a positive impact on our planet?

In this episode, Stephen and Mathew dig deep into the benefits of organic farming. They talk about the positive ripple effect eating organic has on our bodies and our planet. Stephen urges us all to consider how we can make shifts to eat more local and organic foods. Stephen opens up once again about WHY he wants to start his Culinary College for Humanity in the Okanagan and the positive effect he aims to have on local food production.

What does it mean to be truly in the moment?

In this episode, Stephen describes what being in the moment is. He shares that when you are genuinely in the moment, you will feel a sense of euphoria as you have complete Knowingness of everything around you. Stephen talks about the genius of children and how they are so easily in the moment at all times. Children are not distracted by the illusions of adults. 

Stephen opens up about an intimate experience he had with aliens. He reads you a passage from his book, All in One Era, where he describes boarding an alien ship with 11 other people. This experience changed and enriched his life dramatically, and is a story you will not want to miss. 

In segment 2 of this episode, Matthew asks Stephen about his intriguing way of capitalizing certain words to signify their importance. Stephen shares his unique perspective on the word ‘Knowingness’ and why he capitalizes such powerful words. He suggests Knowingness is the opening to being in the moment. He’ll also touch on the word ‘Self’ and how this refers to what each of us IS and CAN be. Stephen and Matthew discuss how Time is an illusion - once we realize the grandness of who we are in the universe, we are able to open ourselves up to other dimensions outside of our illusioned ‘time’.

Have you ever wanted to become one with nature?

In this episode, Stephen broadcasts from the Summerhill Pyramid Winery in Kelowna, BC. He paints a picture of his many years meditating in the Summerhill pyramids during new moons. The pyramids create an ideal chamber to go within oneself and reflect. 

Stephen shares a current project very close to his heart - a green cemetery at Summerhill. The green cemetery will give people the chance to become one with nature as they pass on from this world. Stephen envisions a sacred garden where people can be buried in harmony with the earth. 

In segment 2 of this episode, Stephen reveals his plans to create a culinary centre for humanity school. This school will provide an opportunity to learn about agriculture, become self-sufficient, and ultimately see a return to local food production. Stephen urges all of us to realize that agriculture IS US and without it we have nothing. This is an urgent and important project as our planet and our bodies are suffering from the current state of food in our world.

In this first episode, Stephen reflects on several world tragedies including the war in Israel and the aboriginal children recently found in mass graves in Canada. Stephen and his co-host Matthew Jensen discuss how we can take something that is otherwise sad and find the light within the situation and celebrate it. Balance is so important in this life, find the yin to your yang.  

You’ll hear Stephen recount an eye-opening trip to Ethiopia and some fond memories of working with David Suzuki. He’ll also touch on the current suffering of our planet and the rise in processed food. The time is now for us to take back our power and holy oneness. We are in the midst of a great awakening. 

Stephen also considers the importance of apology and forgiveness. He urges you to recognize that none amongst us are better than the other, we are all equal and of the same oneness. In the moment where we experience full forgiveness and are able to let go, there is eternal peace and joy. 

When we are in the moment, we never know what we are going to get.

When we are in the moment, we are open, we are one, we are all one forever beings.
